The location of the hotel is a bit out of the way, advantage: quiet, good parking in the hotel's own car park. It always has to be considered individually, it's best to check the routes virtually in advance.
Room cleanliness really needs improvement. The carpets are noticeably dirty, which is quite unpleasant, and the daily cleaning service seems superficial rather than thorough.
At the restaurant, breakfast ends strictly at 10:00 a.m., and they remove absolutely everything at that time—so make sure to go down at least 15 minutes earlier to avoid missing it.
Parking at the hotel comes with an extra charge, but there is a nearby lot right next to the property where you can leave your car for free, which is a good alternative.
For a short trip, this is the ideal hotel in a quiet location. We received a very courteous welcome.
Parking is subject to a fee.
Not in a central location for a trip to Krefeld.
It's easy to get to the highway.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay.
The front desk is friendly, the room is clean and quiet, there is an electric kettle, the breakfast is typical German, there are not many choices, there is a machine that automatically makes pancakes.
The room was nice, the dinner buffet was nice, the breakfast was nice, and the reception was nice.
The dinner buffet, I asked the price, I thought it was 90, but it turned out to be 19.6, there was steak, it was really good
9The address is very convenient, very close to the train station, the room is normal, not particularly spacious, but the breakfast is really unacceptable, there is not much choice, I didn't eat it every day, it was a waste
The room is small and tidy, the location is good, ten minutes walk from the station. The only thing that is not very friendly is the self-check-in system, which cannot be found Booking Number and needs front desk assistance.
Our request for a double bed was honored, but unfortunately the view of the Rhine was not. We think it's a shame that there were 2x1 duvets, but others will like that.
We would book again for the price of the overnight stay of €83.

台台灣小禕Very comfortable accommodation experience, very close to the German subway station, the focus is that breakfast can be enjoyed without extra charge, the standard of the meal is good, the accommodation at this price is very cost-effective
GGuest UserGood location, relatively close to the train station. There are many Asian restaurants on the street about 500 meters away. The hotel sometimes has Chinese service. If you have any questions, please ask the front desk. Become a relatively cost-effective hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a little outside, but a bus stop right in front of the hotel is available. The reception was not more occupied than we arrived, but check-in still worked super uncomplicated. The room was very spacious and everything needed was available. Have felt very well and liked to come back!
NNina ShahidI arrived in Köln at 12pm from 14 hours bus journey, they let me do early check in. My single room can only be access by stairs, the receptionist saw me with heavy luggage so he change my room that can be access with lift which is double room. I paid for single but got double instead. Im very very happy with the hospitality given by the hotel, specifically by the young black hair guy (I wish I know his name) that helps me a lot knowing that this is my first time in Europe. *************, I’m very grateful.
The hotel is nearby Cologne Hbf, less than 5 minutes walk. The room & bathroom are clean & comfortable. Very recommend to stay here, staff are all so kind & helpful.
GGuest UserBetten und Decken sind sehr klein, mit 185cm und 95Kg war es eine Herausforderung, zudem war die Matratze schon sehr durchgelesen.
Frühstück war gut und vielfältig.
Personal durchweg freundlich.
OOlgaGreat location close to Hbf. The hotel has a modern and spacious lobby with a bar and small shops with drinks and snacks.
The room was clean, with a comfy bed and a large TV. There was no fridge.
The only negative thing was that someone opened our door at 9am without knocking and scared and woke us up. Probably it was housekeepers.
SSezD0720Booked for 3 nights to attend a Rammstein concert in nearby Gelsenkirchen. A little out of the way (11km from Gelsenkirchen itself) but a really laid back atmosphere.
As my German is very rusty, I was grateful to see that several members of reception spoke English.
Although their website states they have a restaurant, it appears that it’s only a continental breakfast and no lunches or dinners available.
Anyone who has travelled to Germany, knows that a Sunday basically means hardly anywhere is open.
As a disabled traveller, walking into the local area was out of the question, so had to scramble to check food delivery apps to see who would actually be able to deliver.
This was frustrating to those who don’t drive in European countries or have the ability to walk very far.
However, the staff were very helpful and did try to assist where and whenever possible.
Should I return to this beautiful area of Germany, I would still wish to stay here, just knowing that you can breakfast here and eat out or have takeout delivered for lunch and dinner.
GGuest UserStay was ok but even for 3* I found various factors very upsetting;
#1. Stairwell main fire escape ALL doors were wedged open!! Is this legal?!
#2. Entering the room my first impression as a stained seemingly worn out carpet looking disgusting!!
#3. Using the toilet I found I could not close the door because the toilet IS IN THE WAY!!! *******!!!
#4. The safe for my keys, money and passport was BROKEN and impossible to use - no handle, no batteries. This gave me a worried feeling throughout my stay!!!
#5. THE TELEVISION DID NOT WORK - and it seems HASNT WORKED FOR WEEKS!! Outrageous and in breach of your contract.
#6. A small but simple point to correct - a missing bedside lamp shade.
#7. Finally just a point of service with the lady serving breakfast noisily clipclooping about in her shoes as well as being surly and noisy with serving and clearing breakfast
Please find relevant photos attached!
I now expect some compensation for the lack of a tv nor safe
PPaoyinteThe hotel is in a good location. It takes about 5 minutes to walk across the road from Dortmund Main Station. It is like a pedestrian street along the way, with many businesses and restaurants! The hotel is relatively clean, but the room facilities are too few! It only provides hand soap and shampoo and shower supplies, and basically nothing else! The biggest problem is that there is something wrong with the hotel. Turning on the cool breeze in summer has little effect. Fortunately, the windows can be opened and it is cooler. The bed is a bit too soft at night! The European Cup costs 2,000➕ per night, which is too expensive!
