There weren't many hotels to stay for family trips. There is a room for 4 people, so I made a reservation right away. Unlike other hotels, the two-story room was unique. There's a room on the first floor. There are two rooms on the second floor, which can accommodate a total of four people. On the dinner soup buffet there was not much to eat for the price(209kr), but the breakfast buffet was excellent. The Lunch was 149 kr. Lunch was good. The view is good because there is a hotel right in front of the river. I was a little uncomfortable because there were no curtains in the bathroom window. I think it need curtains for the bathroom window. Free parking is very good!

On a business trip, it was very cold and it was a weekend. The hotel reception was very enthusiastic and helped us to move our luggage, especially the first floor small bar and the cake after 4 o'clock was very good and intimate. Breakfast is also very rich, will come again next time...

Absolutely perfect destination if you have to spend one or two nights in this beautiful city for business or pleasure. It's just 5-minutes to the central train station and boasts a stunning panorama view of the port.

The hotel’s name on the outside is just “Center Hotel” so you might pass it if you are not paying attention. While the reception and the outside are a little neglected maybe, the rooms are quite nice and clean. The breakfast has various choices (vegan and lactose free options included) but it’s maybe a little more on the salty side rather than the sweet one. And the current hours for breakfast are a little to early. It would be nice to be able to switch off the main light of the room from the bed, but it was not possible in mine.

Nice new building, easy check in with electronic locks. The location is amazing. Parking for a fee right in front. Quiet and comfortable. Excellent bed. The only downside was the kitchen equipment was pretty sparse. Don't plan on any elaborate meal preparation there unless you bring or buy some things. Nice big Co-Op supermarket a 5 minute walk away. Other than that, highly recommended and great value.

Very kind stuff , great breakfast and very good dinner (a small buffet dinner but everything was delicious and tastefull). Location quiet, only 10 min with tram 1 to main railway station and 15 min with tram 5 to Universum and downtown. Not a problem at all. Nice courtyard inside , gym very well equiped, sauna also included. We really liked our stay here and would come again. There is outside pool.

Such a delight to arrive, the magnificence of the 'Viking' ship on a sunny day measured up to the room and warm welcome, this accommodation made my stay in Gothenburg one to remember. Highly recommend and have already booked in for the last night to stay. Thank you staff and all, it has been a fantastic stay!

Amazing room and a great location. Our short stay was overall great and the hotel is cozy and nice! Note that the reception is not open 24 hours, so late check-in requires using a provided PIN. This was not very straightforward to us.

A good hotel, but the rooms already have problems. For an overnight stay of 1 day, it will do. Unfortunately, the pool was not working during our stay. Also, parking at the hotel is paid, but there is a free one right next to the gas station. We thought it was strange. The hotel is not in the city center, but in a quiet area. The rooms are very large, although it was written that the room was small, this was a nice bonus. The hotel is three stars, except for soap and towels there is nothing, but this is logical. Breakfast is good
