This hotel is an Ibis budget level hotel. The location is good, 10 min walk to the Marseille airport terminal 2. But the road is not that flat, so better to call in advance to arrange a shuttle from hotel. The shuttle bus from. Hotel to the airport is very easy to arrange.
Nearby the hotel there is a beautiful natural reserve, Réserve ornithologique des Salins du Lion. You can see swan, flamingos and many other birds. It has a huge area of trail also.
The breakfast provided by the hotel is just very basic. But there is no other choice around, unless you can go to airport to eat, suggest you to take it, but not expecting much.
I dropped some orange peel on the floor in the bathroom and I saw ants.
Welcomes at my arrival by the night manager, thanks to this lady for her kindness, her benevolence, her generosity.
The room with private bathroom and kitchen, comfortable, clean.
The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
The hotel is suitable for self-driving, and the location is very good. Although it is full of lavender all the way, it is a 5-minute drive from the hotel. This farm is definitely one of the most beautiful flower fields photographed. It is suitable for evening photography. It is more than ten minutes drive from Valensole. , The supermarket in town is relatively large, you can buy some snacks, the hotel is standard Ibis, small but clean and tidy, fully equipped, the front desk is very welcoming, check out is convenient, you can walk directly, here are the red label and blue label Ibis Together, parking is free, breakfast is not eaten, but referring to other Ibis breakfasts, the price of breakfast is still ok, breakfast is recommended, and I am generally satisfied

Formule 1 is a cheap hotel ideal for workers, budget travelers. The shower and WC are not available in the room.
Yet the staff was friendly, and the free and closed parking is a big plus.
En famille pour quelque jours, la chambre était pas forcément très propres, pas de machine à café ni de bouilloire.
Cependant personnels souriant et aimable.
Dans cette ville on est proche de tout et surtout de la mer.

MMiss Arielly RibeiroUnfortunately I hadn’t a experience pleasant as expected. I arrived at the hotel exactly at 20h30 as requested. But there was no one there to handle the payment. After a long waiting time, finally someone showed up and said I should proceed the payment through a machine which do not accept cash.
But when I booked I selected cash as payment method, once I don’t have an European card. The guy who “welcomed” me said it was impossible handling the payment and therefore I couldn’t stay at theirs place. I asked for the contact of the owner of the place, once the guy who talked to me it was only a guardian of the building.
When she answered, the owner was upset about I having her personal contact and disturbing her late night and still said there was nothing that she could do for me. Hence I should find another place to sleepover cause she couldn’t either process the payment by cash at that moment and receiving it in next morning.
I was lucky enough that there was another guy passing by at the place, who saw what was happening and he was so nice to offer me his card to get the room and I paid him back by cash. I’m really grateful to him, cause it was night, cold, I had many luggages, no other place to go and that hotel wanted just kick me out for something which is definitely their responsibility. Once they accept cash payment they must have a way to proceed those payments.
I’m such disappointed about that experience and the service provided from that place. I strongly do not recommend it. They don’t care at all about the customer wellbeing.
AAnonymous UserThe room was very comfortable and comfortable. The room was superb. It is perfect for a long stay with washing and all the comforts needed.
The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable, and it is very good to get a nice flight.
GGuest UserChristophe's pad is convenient for the shops, markets and sights of Aix, is in a pleasant neighbourhood, and has parking which is valuable because finding anywhere to park in the city is difficult, once you negotiate your way past La Fada, a sad neighbour who stands in front of your car and rambles on incomprehensibly. The pad is well provided with pots, pans etc and supplied with tea, coffee, herbs, spices etc, though it could do with a toaster, as well as a rubber mat for the inside of the bath because one can slip easily. It's a pad best for people who are fit - it's on the 3rd floor, and who get up, eat and go to bed at the same time because it is very sonorous with the slightest noise reverberating around the flat. For example I was forbidden to wear slippers by my wife because very step sounded on the laminated floor - there are no carpets or rugs - and every cut and scrape on the Ikea crockery grated.

JJulia HüterBeautiful hostel with a nice outside area, good location & big rooms. Bed was comfortable and had a curtain. There’s a safety box for everyone but you must bring your own locker. Unfortunately, the little safe next to the bed doesn’t work. Showers could be bigger tho.
SSivaa SaanthWonderful stay, the place is right next to the beach. Paid 60 Euros odd for the stay, after booking only 2 hrs before arrival, could not have asked for better ones. I and my wife are very happy with the assistance from the staff as well, they spoke in English and helped in checking in without anyone being there, as we arrived late. The building is secure and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and pubs. The room was quite compact but also comfortable, and has good ventilation, fresh air and access to natural lights, given the locality and budget, nothing more you can expect. Great for couples.
JJiangJeffI had an incredible stay at the hostel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The common areas were vibrant and perfect for meeting fellow travelers.
NNo_return_dateThis place is very basic and I feel like I overpaid given my experience. First it is close enough to a dance club that you can hear the music and patrons. In my case that was until 5:15 am when I got up for an early morning train. The shower is handheld and not mounted to the wall so it is a bit like bathing with a hose. No working elevator and the stairs were not built evenly so walking up and down them risks a fall or turned ankle. The thing this place has going for it is it’s proximity to the marina and it is a reasonable walk from the train station.
