I visited Hengshan Mountain alone and stayed at a family-run guesthouse. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Most importantly, it was right next to the Nanyue Grand Temple, and a five-minute walk from Nanjie Alley, a commercial street with plenty of restaurants and shops – a very convenient location. But the most important thing was that every staff member was incredibly friendly, answering all my questions in detail and constantly showing concern for my well-being. Their kindness was truly heartwarming! If I bought some incense at the guesthouse, they even provided a guided tour of the Nanyue Grand Temple, making the trip truly worthwhile, like making a good friend on Hengshan Mountain! I'll definitely bring my colleagues back to visit the Grand Temple soon!

As soon as we got off the bus, a staff member helped us with our luggage and asked if we were staying at the hotel. Then when they found out we were two girls, they asked us considerately if we wanted to change rooms. We went to see the rooms and they were very cozy. You can go downstairs and chat by the fire with your friends staying at the hotel. The boss’s daughter is also very cute. The B&B is named after her. She is so cute and small. We took a Polaroid photo with her.

The room is very new and the environment is clean and hygienic. There is a commercial complex nearby with all the basic necessities of life. The room has been disinfected. There is a gym, restaurant and laundry room on the 4th floor. After a five-kilometer run the next morning, I can go to the next door for breakfast. The handle of the left window in room 1410 was damaged and could not be closed. The staff on duty came to deal with the problem at night but there was no solution. The large truck on National Highway 107 next door started to be noisy in the morning and I couldn't sleep. Other than that, there were no other problems😬

The hotel service was great and the staff encountered were very friendly. The problem can be solved immediately. The parking lot in front of the hotel is very spacious and parking is very convenient. The room is equipped with a disposable toilet pad, which is very intimate. Fluorescent lights are specially installed on the desk, and the office staff feel very good. Although the hotel is an old hotel, the facilities are in place and people live in peace of mind. Will choose next time

The small courtyard is near Yanshou Pavilion in the scenic area. For those who want to climb to the top to watch the sunrise on the second day of their stay, starting from the small courtyard saves two hours of climbing time, and it takes 2 and a half hours to walk to Zhurong Peak, which is quite good. The choice was made. This B&B was newly opened in 2024. The equipment and facilities are very new. The style is simple and fashionable. The rooms are relatively large and very comfortable. The chef in the small restaurant is very good at cooking. The food is cooked to order in the small courtyard. It is worth recommending. The two guys who were in charge of the store took care of the pick-up station and front desk service. They enthusiastically helped us deliver our luggage to the door of the room. I temporarily changed to a larger room and the price difference was waived when I checked out. In short The experience these two days was super nine, highly recommended!

The B&B is well-equipped, with heating supply for cold weather. The twin rooms are quite large and have smart toilets. What I particularly like is that the boss and his wife serve every customer very well and are friendly. They provide free pick-up and drop-off to the high-speed rail station and introduced me to the delicious farmhouse. The B&B is very close to the temple and Hengshan Mountain.

Advantages: convenient transportation, the train station is within walking distance; the front desk service is warm; the facilities are complete, and there are disposable towels and bath towels. Disadvantages: the carpet and soft cushions are old and look unclean; the corridor smells of toiletries, and the room has a peculiar smell of lack of ventilation; the central air conditioning is not turned on, and there are mosquitoes everywhere at night when the window is opened for ventilation.
