Nice structure with beautiful pool in front of the sea but there is no beach except when there is low flood. Breakfast is not rich and repeated but good. nice staff. spacious but not very clean room, good cleaning. Hair dryer on request at reception without extra payments and two bottles of water per day free.

I do recommend you guys for this hotel especially for muslims. Clean enough, the cafe also very nice i love the enviroment of the hotel ya.smell good.and the staff ohoo so friendly, kind and goodlooking. i'm so touch with their housekeeping 5days stayed there my room always clean they also helped me fold my clothes LOL. overall I LOVE IT!

We enjoyed the stay at Kebon very much!
We loved our front Boy (so sorry we forgot his name) he was always smiling and very thoughtful about little things!
We had our breakfast pancakes made ”thin” and crispy by him and it was delicious!
Everything was clean and still new.
This place is recommended for people who look for a more quiet option, away from the busy streets.
You will need a bike to get around when you stay here!

Good hotel on the beach front and near all the bars, clubs and restaurants. Service was good, they offered welcome drinks and help with carrying my luggage upstairs. The pool is sometimes used for the divers so it can be a bit of an inconvenience to swim/relax. They have a smaller pool at the back of the hotel but it looked like it hadn’t had a good clean in a while. Overall, a nice hotel and worth the money.

Located right in front of Gilly Turtle Point, I was able to swim with turtles every day during my 4 nights and see Nemo friends without any desire. The breakfast is delicious and the staff are shy but friendly. However, compared to Bali Island, the satisfaction of accommodation is low, but I was satisfied with being able to stay in a spacious room with good air conditioning. However, it was uncomfortable that the shower was fixed. If snorkeling is for purposes, I recommend it :)

Very satisfied with the hotel, clean and sanitary, the bathroom is large, the waiters are very friendly, the yard is also very beautiful, and it is very quiet at night. I took the wrong route to the breakfast place at first and thought it was a bit far away, but later I found out that it was actually very close, and it was really great to have breakfast on the beach!

The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on
I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower
I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave
The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first)
Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for)
I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol

I've stayed at this hotel twice, opting for the modern rooms. While the location is excellent – across from the beach and near the harbor – my experience was marred by some issues.
Cleanliness was average, with signs that the room could benefit from a deep clean. I found mould in the fridge, dirt around the shelves, and a noticeable stain on the floor that was missed during mopping.
Unfortunately, my stay was further tainted by a dishonest staff member who intentionally overcharged me for an iced latte. When I questioned the price, she acknowledged it was expensive without correcting the issue. To make matters worse, she gave me the wrong change. The next day, another staff member quoted a significantly lower price for the same drink.
While most staff members were polite and helpful, the presence of at least one dishonest employee is concerning. The food was hit-or-miss, but the hotel's location and some friendly staff aren't enough to outweigh the negative experiences.
I'll think twice before staying here again, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.

I stayed in one of the cozier rooms, and it was just right—comfortable, clean, and even had a safe for valuables.
One of the best things? The location! 🚶♂️ You’re close to the beach, surrounded by restaurants, and if you’re feeling adventurous, scooter rentals are nearby so you can explore more of Lombok. 🏝️🏍️
The hotel’s restaurant has a laid-back vibe and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner—perfect if you just want to relax with good food without heading out. And for those days when the sand gets a little too much, there’s a rooftop pool! 🏊♂️ After a long day of exploring, cooling off up there is a treat.
The staff? Super friendly! 😊 They even helped arrange our transport to Gili T, making the whole experience stress-free. If you want a convenient, comfortable place to stay in Senggigi, this one’s worth checking out! ✅

GGuest UserThe guy at the front desk was very nice. I brought the wrong adapter and there was no one for sale nearby. He kept asking his colleagues for me and finally borrowed it for me. When I checked out, he said that the adapter was given to me. Because it may not be easy to buy here, thank you very much.
The service, environment, and food are all great. I recommend everyone to book this restaurant.

XxcratLocation is good, thats why i chose this hotel. Its not on the main street. But Im solo guy so this is best for me. Near to jetty and near to one and only night market and main night life area and all cafes. Hotel offers bikes rental and day trips with reasonable price. Its good enough for solo or couple who would go for diving for few days on the island. If u r in gili for more than 2 days, I’d suggest u go north to explore better hotels and different experiences on the island or meno or air would be for you. Very near to the beach for sun rise as well. Bfast is superb and other meals as well. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Pool is normal but they managed to use for the available space for it. Close to local mosque but they do provide some kinda ear plugs for that. But its just few mins during the day. Highly recommended. You cant expect very good hotels on the island with less crowded crowd and this is good enough for few days esp when its close to the jetty to leave.

Construction happening all day around the bungalow, close to the live band inside the restaurant and the mosque makes the stay very noisy, no Wi-Fi in the room. I asked about the issue of the Wi-Fi and they said “well ask our IT guy,” then never heard anything about it again.
The staff we nice and friendly, but it wasn’t enough to make the stay more comfortable.
Left a day early due to all the issues mentioned and they wouldn’t refund me. There are better options on the island. Do yourself a favour and pick one of those.

One of the best stays I’ve ever experienced in Lombok!
Lombokhouse truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The space was thoughtfully designed — clean, cozy, and peaceful — perfect for resting. There’s also strong Wifi and TV with various channels, Netflix and other entertainment.
The location was also ideal: quiet enough to relax, yet close enough to Kuta’s great cafes and beaches. I especially appreciated the attention to detail — from the well-kept rooms to the shared kitchen and communal spaces that made it easy to meet other travelers.
But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the host and staff — always kind, helpful, and quick to assist with anything I needed, whether it was arranging transport or sharing local recommendations.
If you’re coming to Kuta Lombok and want a stay that’s affordable, stylish, and full of heart — Lombokhouse is the place. Would absolutely come back again!
