Staying at fave hotel is good, the service is comfortable and clean, only unfortunately I stayed 14 hours in fave hotel, I asked the receptionist that my longer guest may get a discount, but he said there is no, But next time I come back to Biangting will stay at fave hotel again

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we knew this was going to be a memorable stay. First and foremost, the staff at Tahuna Beach Hotel deserve all the praise in the world. They were not just attentive, but genuinely caring and went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect. Whether it was the friendly greetings at the front desk, the impeccable service from the kitchen team, or the extraordinary gesture from the general manager who even provided transportation for us in his own car to the pier area for our next destination, every interaction left us feeling valued and welcomed. Despite their limited English proficiency, the staff's dedication shone through in every interaction. -I encountered a mishap during my trek to Mount Awu, where I misplaced my instant camera. A local found it, and with the help of Gilbert, one of the hotel staff members, the camera was safely retrieved and ensured it was in good condition. Additionally, when I slipped while trekking, my local guide called Gilbert, who promptly drove himself to arrange for me to be transported back to the hotel, ensuring my safety and well-being.These acts of kindness and exceptional service truly made my stay at Tahuna Beach Hotel and Resort unforgettable. The place is very big, but it is a bit remote. The environment is clean and the room is very comfortable. There are not many people. The swimming pool is also quite good. If you want to clean it, this is your choice.

The location is good. Just a little bit far from the shopping area. When we were in the room, we could hear the sound from the road. The decoration is unique but nice to see. The breakafast just simple. We caught 3 cockroaches😄

Stayed for a week and overall it was very comfortable. The room was very clean and the cleaning guys helped us tidy it up every day. Even though my things were all scattered, they were very patient and arranged them neatly. The air conditioner was also new and made no noise. It was cool enough. The front desk service was responsive and timely, and they were very enthusiastic and responsive to us. Anyone who needed help was always there. There was a guy at the door every day who would help open the door and welcome you. The hot water was not enough for me and it got cold after two or three minutes. But I found that in Southeast Asian countries There is no hot water, which is very distressing. Also, although it is very close to a big shopping mall, taxis are a bit difficult to hail and have to wait for a long time. I forgot to improve.

everyday the cleaning lady will knock ur door n ask if u want to clean the room. service is good .no breakfast here yet . they say soon . so far just ok

Good and convenient location. The room is clean and tidy. The bathroom is nice and clean. Staffs are friendly.

Diving resort, very comfortable. It is not convenient to use hands on the island, it is the proprietress who is not willing to change towels.

Hygiene: For two people, only one towel is changed at a time. There are not many toilet paper towels left and no spare! The floor cloth has not been changed and it is always wet! Environment: The room is small but fully equipped! Breakfast on the first floor. Nice place to work.
