Title: A Truly Incredible Experience with Exceptional Staff☺️ We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tahuna Beach Hotel and we must say, it was an experience beyond compare. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we knew this was going to be a memorable stay. First and foremost, the staff at Tahuna Beach Hotel deserve all the praise in the world. They were not just attentive, but genuinely caring and went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect. Whether it was the friendly greetings at the front desk, the impeccable service from the kitchen team, or the extraordinary gesture from the general manager who even provided transportation for us in his own car to the pier area for our next destination, every interaction left us feeling valued and welcomed. Despite their limited English proficiency, the staff's dedication shone through in every interaction. -I encountered a mishap during my trek to Mount Awu, where I misplaced my instant camera. A local found it, and with the help of Gilbert, one of the hotel staff members, the camera was safely retrieved and ensured it was in good condition. Additionally, when I slipped while trekking, my local guide called Gilbert, who promptly drove himself to arrange for me to be transported back to the hotel, ensuring my safety and well-being.These acts of kindness and exceptional service truly made my stay at Tahuna Beach Hotel and Resort unforgettable. Thank you so much🙏🏻 I can't wait to have the opportunity to return soon.

Nice to stay here and is coming back again in early December. All the staffs were very friendly and respectful, always showing their big smiles. Location is within walking distance for solo traveller like me. Small money for small room for sure but is tidy & clean, (always provided me with an old towels) bed is comfortable, restaurant setting and breakfast is good (to me), but haven't tried their lunch and dinner yet. Should anybody wanna visit Manado please do not hesitate to consider this place for location, convenience, comfortable and most importantly is safety as a tourist. This is only my personal point of view ok.

Stayed for a week and overall it was very comfortable. The room was very clean and the cleaning guys helped us tidy it up every day. Even though my things were all scattered, they were very patient and arranged them neatly. The air conditioner was also new and made no noise. It was cool enough. The front desk service was responsive and timely, and they were very enthusiastic and responsive to us. Anyone who needed help was always there. There was a guy at the door every day who would help open the door and welcome you. The hot water was not enough for me and it got cold after two or three minutes. But I found that in Southeast Asian countries There is no hot water, which is very distressing. Also, although it is very close to a big shopping mall, taxis are a bit difficult to hail and have to wait for a long time. I forgot to improve.

I was going on a jungle trip and this was the nearest hotel. I wouldn't have been attracted to the hotel, save for the location. However, it was a brilliant, friendly hotel with super staff. Breakfast was in the large restaurant on the ground floor with stunning murals. They were full of colour and vigour and clearly much thought had gone into the decor. Loved this hotel and would stay here again.

The unreliability of Indonesians is fully reflected in this hotel. I booked 2 nights, but there were a few days in between. As a result, when I checked in for the first time, I arrived at the hotel at 3 am and was told that they didn't have a holiday and didn't receive my reservation. I called Ctrip customer service and the front desk found it again, but it took more than half an hour to complete the process. It was 4 am when I lay down on the bed. The second time I checked in, they said that I had only booked but not paid, and I needed to pay. I took the order and it was clearly prepaid, so I went to Ctrip customer service again. It turned out that it was because the hotel didn't know how to operate the bank card provided by Ctrip, which led to the hotel not deducting it? ! I was really impressed. I checked in twice and had three front desks, but no one understood. Fortunately, Ctrip customer service was very, very timely.
