Amazing place, super helpful and friendly staff. The only let down was the breakfast buffet with limited options and canned juices. The a la carte menu was decent though. Unfortunately there were no vegan options on the menu.
The atmosphere is nice, the view is worth millions. You can lie on the bed and see the sea view. It's really great. There's a bathtub on the balcony, I really like it. The room is clean, spacious, and has many amenities. There's a swimming pool and you can also go down to play in the sea.
A small, interesting hotel on the seashore. We didn't swim in the sea because of the weather, but the beach is definitely conducive to smoking. A good restaurant at the hotel for dinner. We stayed for one night while waiting for the ferry to Phangan. A normal hotel, overall I recommend it
Arrived at the accommodation at 2:30 PM. The room was not finished. Sat waiting. Went into the room at around 3:40 PM because I was sitting waiting for the staff to inform us but they didn't inform us. Went to check it out myself. In short, they said it would be finished in a moment. The water outside was strong at every point. The water in the room flowed very slowly. The room was a bit noisy because the large door was made of wood and started to hiss. Stayed in a villa with adjacent rooms. Could clearly hear the door opening and closing. The noise was loud because the door was hissing. Breakfast was okay.
A lovely modern hotel right on the beach. We had a room overlooking the sea with a lovely big balcony with lots of seating and a bath. (I think all rooms face the sea)
The swimming pool was perfect and a little one for small children.
The staff were excellent and very friendly.
The beds were very comfortable not like many we have had in Thailand. Breakfast had a lot of variety.
Its a nice place there next to the sea. The staff and owners are super super super nice and helpful in almost everything you want to do or place to go. It is a quiet area of the Khanom Beach Area but this area is very close to the city of Khanom, within minutes, close.... But I still suggest u either rent a car (either there or from your airport arrival point) or rent a motorbike there in Khanom for better sightseeing and safety as I don't suggest walking on the main driving road. Like I rated before, the rooms are nice but they are very big, most have a soaking bath on the balconies. Nothing is perfect but the room is so big that I think they need a sofa or a lounge chair in the room and on the balcony as it is way big enough to add it all and be so very relaxing at the same time while looking the Island of Samui in the background. I will say that security is strong in the hotel, even the maids do not have access keys to your room, so if you want it cleaned, you must provide your key to the cleaning staff or to the front desk to clean (Note: I did suggest to the cleaning crew that the hotel should give them a (master) key .... they responded by saying, maybe one day. This hotel has/owns several restaurants, bars and quick-marts, all walking distance. so technically you dont have to go far way but you must explore the beauty of the area so I suggest to travel around, even traveling to the various (public) locations of the Khanom Beach.
Super helpful, friendly and well-mannered staffs! Room was so beautiful! My kids and i loved it so much. However one downside is, the pool was way too deep, 1.4m-1.6m deep🤣 im standing at 1.52m while my husband is 1.68m and the whole time i was at my husband’s back and couldnt swim🤣 other than that this place is awesome!!!

SStanislavThe only hotel in Nakhon Si Thammarat that meets my criteria. Lately I have been visiting this hotel regularly with my wife because it is our favorite. If possible, we always book the best room they have available and its facilities are of a high standard. Modernly furnished room, quality mattresses and comfortable pillows, and that's important to me !
Even though there was a recent problem with the quality of service in the restaurant, the hotel manager responded promptly and professionally resolved it at the highest level.
So for now the Hotel has my highest recommendation !
PS: Thanks for the warm welcome and delicious pork ribs
ННаталья ВолошинаThe hotel is good, stayed for one night. Thanks to the staff, they upgraded the room. There was a view of the sea. Beautiful! It is located far from the crowded places.
Breakfasts in Thai style.
Not a bad gym.
KKK1472in general, the hotel is quite clean. Overall service is up to standard. Location is in the city which is convenient for travelers. Parking is quite available most of the time. Breakfast here might not be an option to choose when you can go out and looking for a good meal.
One problem is on wifi internet, the hotel reset the wifi everyday and need to newly connect which is not working well for guests who stay many nights.

GGuest UserI always come back to Twin Lotus every time I visit Nakhon Si Thammarat. It’s not because of the quality of stay but only because of the food. For me, Chinese food here is the best in town. Room’s spacious and bed’s OK for me. However, cleanliness and housekeeping really need more attention. I was in room no. 8011 which was very dusty and dirty. I noticed new sofa but the chair was still the same old wreck. Another point was that there was only one plug socket available in the room.

GGuest UserGreat comfortable beds and really nice and clean rooms. Overall a great choice. Super quiet rooms as well. The breakfast was good with many options. There are a lot of weddings and events that happen here, so it's usually pretty busy on weekends. The staff is kind and helpful and made things easy.
