Booked this hotel because it's a short walk to Chora Church and Tekfur Palace, and indeed, both were easily accessible on foot. My room was on the first floor facing the street. While the windows were of good quality, the noise from pedestrians and traffic didn't quiet down until late into the night. The service was excellent; even though there was no elevator to my floor, my luggage was still carried for me. The breakfast quality was also satisfying. You can take the tram from the road facing the river by purchasing tickets from the self-service machine.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. Even though I was traveling alone, I was given a spacious room, which made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The restaurant, though not large, had everything I needed, and it was a real treat to have delicious Kaymak for breakfast without having to go far. There was a bit of a tricky situation during my stay, but the staff were so kind to constantly check in on me, asking if I was okay and offering their help. I really appreciated their concern and support. I would definitely love to stay here again if I come back to Istanbul!

Hello everyone))) We are delighted with the hotel in particular, let's start from the beginning. The hotel facade is really very Instagrammable, passers-by are constantly taking photos) The hotel itself is also very cozy. The breakfasts are really hearty and delicious. The owner Anna is the sweetest woman ❤️ Audibility is ok, or maybe the neighbors are just quiet) The only thing is that the air conditioner was noisy, but not critical. In this hotel I felt like a relative who came to visit, very welcoming)))

This hotel offers the best service and value for money. The breakfast selection is great with many options, and the housekeeping is excellent.

1. The two-bedroom unit is furnished and equipped just like an apartment, and it's in a separate building, not the main one. Why would anyone choose this over a two-bedroom executive apartment at Marriott? This place costs more than triple the price. 2. The apartment's floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the strait, but it's not a direct, unobstructed view, so the photos aren't great. 3. Construction work goes on from 9 AM to 5 PM daily in the apartment, and the staff told me it's unavoidable renovations! For a 7k per night hotel, you can't even get a nap in the afternoon. You decide if you still want to book it! 4. The staff's service attitude is good. 5. There are no amenities or facilities nearby the hotel. 6. Breakfast is terrible.

The hotel is really nice and room is so comfortable and clean. The hotel has a good selection of restaurants to try Turkish or Italian food, as well as yummy room service. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the hotel is located in walking distance to a beautiful palace and art gallery, as well as the tram which gives easy access to the attractions of the city. Highly recommend!

The deluxe room was on the top floor with a view to the park. You can open a huge window across the wall and watch the flights and games of birds, including the papuges (they are in huge numbers in the park). Aist, tea, papuges - it seems that you are in the park of the Yuri period. We are very pleased with all, including the hospitality with which we have been met and accompanied. A wonderful place and people, we will definitely come back again!

The hotel has a fantastic location right on the strait. We were upgraded to a sea-view suite, which was reasonably spacious and had a great view, but the bathroom was small and didn't have a bathtub. The hotel concierge service was especially excellent. Knowing our luggage had been lost by the airline, they gave us a toiletries kit with a set of pajamas, underwear, and toiletries – very thoughtful. The breakfast was decent and quite plentiful, but not to our taste, which was a slight disappointment. We had dinner at the nearby Serra Palace, where the service was excellent.

The hotel's beachfront location offers stunning views, and it's right next to a shopping mall. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options. The front desk service was top-notch, especially Sofia, who even upgraded us to a suite! They even gave us macarons at checkout. Truly perfect service and experience!

Room is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Location is also very conveniently and walkable to most landmarks. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel. Rooftop bar is beautiful with amazing night view of the city. Really appreciate front desk staff who allowed us to check in early after our long flight. Only some issues - AC is not very strong, even though we had it at 18 degree in summer weather. Hotel staffs are very helpful and can be fierce looking 🤣 In conclusion we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.
