The location is quite good, with a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. Breakfast was also pretty good for the price paid!

A very satisfying stay. The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Blue Mosque. The restaurant is on the balcony, which offers a great photo opportunity. You can even feed the seagulls for a photo opportunity, which is very photogenic. The room was clean, and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, including helping us book a taxi to the airport at a reasonable price. A huge thank you to Jiozan Murat and Kadic for their attentive service.

The location of the hotel is excellent for checking in the old town attractions. It is within walking distance to St. Sophia, Blue, Basilica Cistern, Archaeological Museum, Arena Square, Old Palace, and Column of Constantine. It is only a 5-minute walk from the M1 station. It is especially suitable for strolling out and feeling when there are fewer tourists in the morning and evening. The intersection at the entrance of the hotel is just right for cars to drive in for pick-up. There are many breakfast options and fresh ingredients. You can dine while watching St. Sophia and Blue in the restaurant on the 6th floor, and you can check in at the Roofbar on the top floor. When checking in, the front desk introduced the surrounding attractions and cruise ships in detail. If you don't want to use your brain, you can also find the front desk guy, who is very nice. When we left the store, we forgot one of our Airpods on the bed. When we came back to pick up our luggage, the store helped us pack it. Thank you very much! I booked the car for the airport on Ctrip, and the guy kept helping me confirm the location of the car and then sent it to the car. There are 5 rooms on each floor, 01-05, and the area increases successively. Although 01 is slightly better, it has a window facing St. Sophia. The room is small but it is newly renovated and fully equipped. Basic configurations such as hot water and drainage are all good. It is better than many hotels converted from old houses. Because it is close to the mosque, there are two calls to prayer in the morning and early morning. If you mind, you should bring earplugs, otherwise this will affect the whole area. The hotel itself also has lunch and dinner, but I didn't try them because I was always out playing. There are many high-rated restaurants nearby. It is recommended not to just look at Xiaohongshu but also look at Google map. Choose restaurants based on the reviews and high scores. I have never stepped on a bad restaurant.

The location is great. It is within walking distance of Taksim Square and the surrounding area is safe. Some staff can speak English and some can't speak, but I'm relieved that everyone is kind. The room is very large and hygienic. It was more than the price satisfaction.

We truly loved every bit of demiray hotel from the aesthetic of the reception , the rooms , the breakfast , the rooftop view everything if I were you and I was looking for a perfect hotel in istanbul I would not search anymore let me be more specific: We were greeted by the beautiful Ezgi at the reception with a smile and friendly attitude that made us feel like we were visiting friends and family , since i also work in the same field this is what we strive for a perfect check in , she politely gave us complimentary tea and turkish coffee and handed us the keys to the room always eager to help us with any information after explaining the times of breakfast and the hotels included free access areas ( swimming pool, hammam , turkish bath , sauna ) , Hasan the bellboy then took our stuff explaining in detail what is included in the room water and the amenities were complimentary tap water is not safe to drink in istanbul but all the bellboys always brought us water anytime we needed and with a smile . In the first night we stayed in the hotel we had a issue with the shower phone it was fixed but It broke again the next day , Mert who was at the night shift at the time gave us a complimentary upgrade and also he told us that if possible the change could happen on his shift and not the other shift , I write this down because since I work on this field i find Mert to be a very good , hardworking professional and excellent colleague since he solved a issue so quick in order to not bother the next shift , truly a excellent receptionist and he has my respect . On the third day of our stay we did a huge walk from taksim to the Hotel but we didn't eat anything we arrived back at the hotel and we wanted to order food , Emroh when I told him my request which as a front office manager myself i know it is not a part of the receptionist duties especially at night , immediately spoke with his colleague and they ordered us a pizza which was amazing we left the cash and went to the room , it shows Emroh can go above and beyond for demiray hotel customers and deserves a big applause . On the last day I requested a late check out to Emroh which was accepted and it made us very happy since we could come back take a shower and leave , the hotel has a luggage room which was very convenient . As for the breakfast it was Huge with great cold and warm options which change everyday , Cansu and the rest of the staff always assisted us with a smile and made our day from the beginning ! I have to applaud the housekeeping team esma and selma which cleaned the room to perfection and made us a beautiful design see picture bellow and since we know housekeeping is difficult for everyone we tried our best to keep the room as clean as possible . Our room was beautiful with a bathtub and it had an beautiful design and a very comfortable big sized bed . The rooftop has a 360 view of the bosphorus with view of the Hagia Sophia Galata and all the other mosques trully amazing ( Photos bellow ) . One of the most important things to note which impressed us is that Ugur the manager was always on duty ready to help, he spoke perfect English and he also looked the part with a stunning suit and a beautiful red patterned tie , it is very important for the hotel to have a nice team and this is what the manager does the best , as a front office manager myself I know Ugur has made an amazing team consisting of great all rounded receptionists that all in their unique ways made our stay memorable and amazing and deserves a big applause for his work . The room was spacious.. breakfast was good and the services were excellent. Very good location close to all the historical sites.

The location is very good. It is very convenient to go anywhere. There is everything nearby. It is surrounded by restaurants and various small shops. The key point is right on the edge of Gallagher Bridge. The hotel staff are polite and gentleman. They always answer questions and say hello when they encounter them. There is someone at the front desk 24 hours a day in the early morning. We need to go out early and need to heat food. However, there is a problem with the microwave. We go to the front desk for help. The brother locks the hotel door first and then goes to the guest room together and replaces the microwave in time without delaying the trip. The hotel has a strong sense of safety and a very safe door lock. I also had a problem and it was solved very quickly. The solution process was very comfortable and reassuring. I was well taken care of. Turkish people are really nice.

The view outside the window and on the rooftop is beautiful, but it is next to a major traffic road, so it is a bit noisy. Those who are not sensitive to sound can book it. The service level of the hotel staff is not very good. I booked two 1.8-meter double bed rooms. I was the booker, and they gave me a 1.8-meter room and gave my mother and friend a 1.5-meter room. I only found out when I visited them the next day. The hotel shirked responsibility in various ways and questioned why they didn't tell us when we checked in, and didn't mention their own mistakes at work. Fortunately, Ctrip was helpful and helped me refund the price difference. If you book multiple rooms, you must tell the room type with your companions to prevent the hotel from secretly changing the room and delivering the wrong product.

Şahane bir otel. Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Odalarda tertemizdi, çok keyifli bir haftasonu geçirdik. Şilenin en güzel butik otellerinden biri kesinlikle. Tavsiye ediyorum. Tekrar da gelmeyi düşünüyoruz.
