Pet Friendly Hotels in Zhejiang, China

The room is very spacious and quiet at night. I have stayed in a hotel with more soundproofing effects on business trips. This is really good. The high floor can overlook the night view, and the room type with a bathtub is cheaper than the same type of hotel. Takeaway can be delivered directly to the door. The service attitude at the front desk is really great. I will consider this later on a business trip.

It's my first time here, and the price is worth it. Some small requests are quite in place. I personally pay more attention to the service attitude, which is very good.

Great value for money, quiet and comfortable, the sea view floor-to-ceiling windows are great for taking photos! Convenient transportation and easy to find, very close to the station and the pier. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to Kaihong Plaza and RT-Mart, and you can also order takeout and have it delivered directly to the door of the room. Thumbs up to the front desk brother, who is very patient in helping guests solve problems! Highly recommended!

The room was beautiful, featuring a classic, antique charm, and was exceptionally clean. The owner was incredibly kind and attentive. When I was heading out at night, worried it might rain, they thoughtfully stopped me to offer an umbrella. In the morning, before I left, they even presented me with a selection of Wuzhen's special local souvenirs and enthusiastically gave me directions, making me feel like I was receiving warm advice from a family elder. Their hospitality was truly heartwarming. The guesthouse is also ideally located, only a short walk from Xizha Scenic Area.

This are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.  I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat.  The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure. I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.  The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up.  The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.  There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.  The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.  One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I  was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting )  , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.  I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my  trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).  I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach. 

This was such a beautiful hotel! Located inside the ancient town (about 1 min walk from the north gate), with stunning grounds and room. We also had a private balcony with a comfortable swing seat! Breakfast was delicious (Chinese style obviously) and all the staff were extremely accommodating. Would highly recommend this place and want to return again!

This is a newly renovated guesthouse, situated in a residential complex right across from the ancient town. The room was spotless, and what impressed me most was how lovely the owners' family was. It was pouring rain on the day I checked in, and I had a high-speed train scheduled for around 6 AM the next morning. I couldn't get a taxi, so the hostess proactively helped me find a car. What's more, when she learned I was leaving so early, she even went out in the rain late at night specifically to get me some local Dingsheng pastries. It was truly heartwarming!

Yongkang Hotel is the most cost-effective hotel! It was very late when I got off the train. Didi traveled to the hotel for ten minutes. It was very convenient and it was very fast to check in at the hotel. The friend had a fever and asked for a thermometer at the front desk. The front desk lady was afraid that the water in the room was not enough, and she brought us two more bottles of water. When she checked in, the front desk lady sent small snacks intimately. Facilities: Although it is an old hotel, the facilities have nothing to say, there is no smell in the room at all, the air in the river view room arranged is very good and the environment is very good, it is really friendly. 001 Hygiene: very clean! ! ! 001 Environment: Quack good! ! ! 001 Service: Quack good! ! ! Every process of staying to leaving the store can feel the hotel's service enthusiasm. Friends who stay in Yongkang can come and experience it. It is worth it! ! !

I was traveling with my kids during the holidays. I originally thought that the conditions of chain hotels would be better, but the environment of this hotel was average and the hygiene was average. There was nothing to eat for breakfast, but the service attitude at the front desk was good.

I arrived at Nanxun 4+ in the afternoon so there was no boat to the hotel. Contacted the hotel by searching the number available on trip.com on wechat. They kindly provided a location that the taxi could drop us off at so that we didn't have to walk too far during check-in. The hotel is located in the guzhen right next to the water so the views in the day and at night are spectacular! Place was clean and spacious and the breakfast was clean and filling. There was a lovely cat that lounged in the sunlight while we ate breakfast. During check-out the service staff helped us book a boat to a ferry where it was easy to get a taxi from there. Me and my friends had a very relaxing and beautiful stay here.
