Before the trip, I saw quite a few negative reviews about this hotel—complaints about damp, musty rooms, lots of mosquitoes, and cold, slow front desk service. To be honest, I was pretty nervous and was mentally prepared to just make do for one night. But our stay turned out to be a complete reversal, all thanks to the fantastic service from Song Yifan! During check-in, he proactively asked about our preferences. Upon hearing our concerns about humidity and mosquitoes, he immediately arranged a room on a higher floor for us, patiently gave us tips on dehumidifying and airing out the room, and thoroughly introduced the hotel's amenities, breakfast hours, and hot spring opening times. Other staff members also greeted us with warm smiles whenever we ran into them. I'd also like to recommend the hotel's Chinese restaurant—the food overall was great, and the chef at the evening BBQ was especially warm and hospitable, leaving a wonderful impression. In all fairness, the lakeside setting is lovely and relaxing. Both the lake views and the garden hot springs offer a true vacation vibe. While the facilities aren't brand new, they are clean and well-kept. Great service is truly the soul of a resort hotel. This stay far exceeded our expectations, and I'm writing this specifically to give a shout-out to Song Yifan. For anyone who is on the fence: having such reliable staff really makes all the difference in your stay.

The room is beautifully decorated, simple and elegant, and equipped with smart equipment. Every morning when you wake up and open the curtains, you can see the scenery of the fields. It is very comfortable to take a swim in the swimming pool before going to bed at night. It takes about 20 minutes to ride a bike from the B&B to Shimei Bay. Since I mainly went surfing this time, I rode the small electric donkey in the store every day and went to the beach with the sea breeze. It was very comfortable. The most important thing is that the boss lady and the staff are very enthusiastic. They will invite guests to have barbecue, drink and chat in the evening. In short, it is a very good experience. I will go there again if I have the opportunity.

The room was very old and looked dilapidated everywhere. The toilet and bathroom were connected to the bedroom with no separation, so there was a constant smell at night. The fan in the room creaked when turned on. The dehumidifier ran all day, but the water tank remained empty. The jet button for the private hot spring was also broken. The climate was very humid, and clothes hung outside for two days were still wet. The lobby, public areas, and Chinese restaurant all lacked air conditioning, making them damp and stuffy. However, the greenery around the property was nice, and the hot spring was very comfortable. The overall service was also acceptable.

As a frequent business traveler, I've stayed in countless hotels, and this one truly offers incredible value for money! The room layout is well-designed, with a spacious desk and strong Wi-Fi signal, perfectly meeting my work needs. The front desk staff were very efficient with both check-in and check-out, and they even provided a complimentary airport shuttle service, saving me a lot of time and effort. The hotel environment is quiet, ideal for both rest and work, and the surrounding transportation is convenient, making it easy to get to the business district. I highly recommend it to business travelers – a truly reliable hotel!

I highly recommend this sea-view apartment hotel. To put it simply, it's a two-bedroom, one-living room setup where you can cook your own meals and do laundry. The facilities are comprehensive, making you feel like you've bought a large sea-view apartment in Sanya. Every time I returned from the beach, it felt like coming home. The kitchen is separate, and the bathroom has instant hot water. Each room has air conditioning. It's super close to the beach, making it very convenient for dining and strolling around, as well as shopping for groceries. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. From the open-air balcony, you get a 270-degree view, with Dadonghai to the left and the city's neon-lit high-rises to the right. The overall soundproofing is good, and I'm very satisfied. The apartment hotel owner is also very welcoming; you can ask him for directions if you're renting a car and exploring the area.

Great, really good, perfect for a family trip. Everyone can have fun together, the kids were very happy, and there's plenty of space. The location is excellent, close to everything, and the butler service was impeccable.

The room was incredibly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was incredibly quiet at night, allowing for a deep sleep. The bathroom had plenty of hot water with just the right pressure, and the toiletries smelled fresh. The breakfast was varied, with both Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. They even gave me a small gift upon check-out, which was so heartwarming! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area; the value for money is excellent, and I highly recommend it!

We checked into this apartment after staying in a standard hotel room and were pleasantly surprised. For such an affordable price, we got a truly spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment. Upon check-in, we were even offered a choice of two apartment options so we could choose the one we liked best. I'd especially like to commend the receptionist's service. All our requests were responded to quickly and kindly. We repeatedly asked for extra towels, and they never turned us down. They also showed us how to use the appliances and the gas stove, so we had no problems with our stay. The receptionist was always available and genuinely tried to help. The location is very convenient. The sea is about a 10-minute walk away at a leisurely pace. Along the way, there are supermarkets, cafes, and other establishments that are popular with vacationers from all over the bay. The apartment itself is conveniently located, offering easy access to both the beach and other parts of the city. There's a bus stop nearby. Public transportation is inexpensive: for about 6 yuan with a transfer, you can reach many interesting places, markets, and shopping centers. The receptionist also recommended good places to buy souvenirs, allowing us to get everything we needed at reasonable local prices, rather than the inflated tourist prices. In our experience, buying souvenirs directly in the bay is not a good idea—you can end up paying significantly more. We were very pleased with our stay. The apartment was spacious, the location was great, the price was reasonable, and the receptionist was attentive. We would highly recommend this place to other travelers and would happily stay here again.

A guesthouse relatively close to the airport, just over a twenty-minute drive, making getting around very convenient with plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment nearby. The beach and ocean are right outside the property, and you can watch the sunset right from your room. There are bars outside, but the hotel's soundproofing is quite decent—we barely heard any noise at night and slept very comfortably. The front desk lobby doubles as a stylishly designed café, perfect for taking great photos. Overall, it offers pretty good value for money.

This was my third stay with this brand. The room was decent, though the bathroom had a slight odor. My elderly family member was staying in a separate room, and initially, our rooms were assigned quite far apart. The front desk immediately called us to offer a room change, which was very helpful. The young lady at the front desk provided excellent service. Even though it was busy, and the elevator was undergoing maintenance (causing a crowd at the front desk with some people complaining), the staff worked hard to resolve issues and greet everyone warmly. Their efforts are definitely commendable.
