The room facilities were decent, I quite liked them. It's very close to the airport and the outlets, which is convenient. However, there's not much to browse at the outlets.
The service was terrible!!! I stayed here for the convenience of catching a flight. I was supposed to be able to check-in and check my luggage directly at the hotel. I even specifically asked about this when I checked in, but the staff couldn't give me clear information. They didn't tell me that you have to check in from the hotel three hours in advance!!!!! As a result, I couldn't check in at the hotel and still had to go to the airport. And the staff had absolutely no attitude about it, it was truly frustrating.

Due to a project, I needed to find a place to stay near Meilan Airport at the end of 2025, away from the city center. I stumbled upon Jing Huayu and ended up staying there multiple times, totaling 12 nights, which left me with warm and cherished memories.
The location is a convenient 10-minute drive from the airport high-speed rail station, and their shuttle service is efficient and well-organized. The guest rooms are clean, and the amenities are reliable. The front desk and service staff are warm and thoughtful; every time I checked in, it felt like 'coming home.' There are plenty of dining options nearby, and with residential buildings, a school, and a community center, it's a lively yet peaceful little haven next to the airport, blending modern and classic vibes. A particularly warm highlight of my memories is the cleaning staff, an 'ajie' (auntie) who was enthusiastic, professional, and full of life. She even shared some exquisite homemade pastries with me, giving me a glimpse into the laid-back life of the hospitable people of Hainan! Thank you for your care; I hope we have the chance to meet again.

After our trip to Shimei Bay, we arrived at the hotel with my entire family, including young children and elderly parents, along with several large suitcases. We were understandably quite tired from the journey. Upon arrival, it was clear that the hotel had a significant shortage of staff both inside and outside the lobby – a stark contrast to Shimei Bay, where service personnel were readily available everywhere. Although there weren't many guests checking in at the time, and the scene wasn't particularly busy, given our large group and numerous bags, I had to proactively request a luggage cart to make things easier. For a resort hotel that prides itself on the guest experience, the initial service response would be much better if it were more proactive and if staffing levels were more adequate.
Regarding the room, the promotional pictures I saw when booking showed a sea-facing view with a visible beach. However, the actual view from our room was quite different from what we expected. While we could see the sea in the distance, our primary view was of the hotel's pool area, and the beach wasn't visible at all. The visual impression didn't match the promotional images.
During the Chinese New Year period, the hotel organized various activities, some free and some with a charge, which is understandable. However, it was quite surprising to find that even digging for sand crabs on the public beach area required an additional fee. Compared to the hotel we stayed at previously in Shimei Bay, the activity planning here was indeed a bit lackluster.
On the bright side, the breakfast was excellent. There was a rich variety of options, especially the Pandan Tofu Pudding, Pandan Pancakes, and various Hainan noodles. These were not only distinctive but also delicious, adding a wonderful culinary delight to our mornings.
What truly impressed us was the mature food scene around the hotel. From Coconut Chicken, Wenchang Chicken, Ding'an Jumping Beef (which can be hotpot or BBQ), Baoluo Noodles, Hainan Noodles, to all sorts of desserts and snacks – the choices were incredibly diverse. This added a lot of local flavor and memorable gastronomic experiences to our trip.
The hotel's beach area itself was quite good. The sea breeze, sand quality, and the overall experience were very relaxing and comfortable.

My stay was initially quite pleasant. The front-line staff were consistently warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout. When a small issue arose with our travel photos, the hotel promptly communicated and resolved it, which I appreciated. I thought I was going to have a wonderful experience, but it was completely ruined by one utterly unprofessional staff member, plummeting my satisfaction!
While riding the shuttle bus, we politely asked the shuttle driver about the hotel's attractions and photo spots. The driver was halfway through explaining when another person nearby suddenly interjected and answered for him! Her attitude was extremely rude, cold, and dismissive. She was sarcastic the entire time, even accusing us of not speaking clearly. We were just asking basic, straightforward questions about attractions, and I truly don't understand how we could have possibly expressed ourselves more 'clearly'. When we politely asked about photo spots, she flat-out said there weren't any, and was incredibly impatient. Yet, later we saw clear signs for photo spots all over the hotel. We got zero useful information, only a belly full of frustration and anger!
Afterward, the hotel told us this person was a 'secondary employee' and wasn't on duty, which is why she wasn't wearing an ID badge. I completely reject this flimsy explanation! Why was she wearing a uniform, riding a guest shuttle, and casually interjecting to address guests if she wasn't on duty? It's one thing to be unfamiliar with hotel operations and lack service awareness, but she didn't even have basic human decency. She seemed to be working with a chip on her shoulder, acting condescendingly, as if we, the guests, were accommodating her bad mood!
In stark contrast, all the other shuttle drivers were kind, friendly, patient, and enthusiastic, creating an incredibly jarring difference! The hotel's reputation, carefully built by its front-line staff, was completely destroyed by this 'secondary employee' who showed no rules, no professionalism, and no respect. The hotel merely offered a casual explanation of her identity without any indication of intending to improve. Such tolerance for employee misconduct is truly disheartening. I will never recommend this hotel, nor will I ever stay here again!

Stayed two nights at the Hilton Hainan Ocean Flower Island. While the island itself felt a bit quiet, the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. A special shout-out to Elaine, who, right from check-in, enthusiastically gave us an overview of the island and even gifted us complimentary breakfast for our child. She was also very proactive in leading us to the water park. Although we didn't have much time to play due to afternoon plans, our little one was absolutely thrilled! P.S. The sunset at Ocean Flower Island is beautiful.

Very satisfied! We landed at 9 PM and the hotel's shuttle bus got us there in 10 minutes. There were 3 adults and 1 child, and the two 135cm beds pushed together were perfectly fine. The lady at the front desk provided excellent service. For breakfast, we had local specialty noodles across the street. At 8:30 AM, the shuttle bus took us to Meilan High-Speed Rail Station for Lingshui. The best part? The price was fantastic!

I just can't help but rave about the Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay! First off, the ambiance – you feel the grandeur the moment you step in. Both the lounge and the gardens exude a high-end feel; every shot you take looks like it belongs in a magazine. The design is incredibly thoughtful, for instance, the bedside switches are conveniently placed, and the lighting is smartly sectioned so you're not blinded if you get up at night.
My absolute favorite part was the large balcony. Lying on the long sofa out there, enjoying the sea breeze with some tea and fruit – it was just bliss! The suite itself was spacious and beautiful, with clearly defined living and sleeping areas, making it feel incredibly open and bright. The bathtub and hot water were perfect; a hot bath and a show at night just melted away all the day's fatigue. The bedding was super comfortable – soft yet supportive – I just hit the pillow and slept soundly until morning. The AC temperature was just right, making for a very pleasant stay.
An unexpected bonus was having a kitchen, which made it easy to whip up a simple seafood meal. And I have to praise the pool – the water was so clear you could see the tiles at the bottom. Staff were constantly maintaining it every day, so swimming felt completely safe.
The breakfast was abundant and incredibly delicious, especially the noodles, which were thin and crispy – so good.
Oh, and for parents with furry friends, listen up! The hotel has a dedicated, large, and clean grassy area for pets to play. It’s incredibly thoughtful!
All in all, this experience was absolutely worth it. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Sanya!

The hotel's environment and service are excellent. The sea-view room offered a stunning sunrise! They even provided a complimentary 'goodnight soup' every evening, with a different one each night, which was a thoughtful touch. On the first day, we received a complimentary fruit platter! The hotel pool was large and clean, and the lifeguard was incredibly helpful – seeing I was struggling with my breathing technique, he proactively offered to teach me! I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

While the hotel exterior didn’t quite match the photos on the booking platform, our actual stay was very pleasant. The highlight was the exceptional customer service. We had an issue with cigarette smoke drifting into our room, but the lady duty manager went above and beyond to move us to a room of our choosing.
The location is excellent - surrounded by cafes, bakeries, and restaurants - and perfect for anyone wanting an authentic local experience. A heads-up for international travellers: breakfast is strictly Chinese cuisine with no Western options (coffee, tea, or bread). Would be good if hotel can improve smoke control, particularly in the elevators and lobby area. Overall, a recommended stay for service and convenience!
The environment is really nice, nestled in the mountains with incredibly fresh air. The villa was comfortable and spacious – perfect for two adults and one child. We opted for a twin room and just added a bed rail (the beds can't be combined, though!). The room had everything we needed and was quite comfortable overall. Breakfast was standard, nothing spectacular, and the front desk service was also just okay. For a small town, it's impressive to have a hotel of this caliber. It would be even better if the service staff were more enthusiastic and welcoming. Oh, and a heads-up about the room with the ping-pong and billiards tables: as soon as I opened the door, I was almost knocked out by a terrible musty smell! They'd be better off not even offering that facility. We were chased out as soon as we entered; it was impossible to stay, let alone play. The small animal area in the back also wasn't very well-maintained. I hope they improve their management and take things up a notch!

GGuest UserWe brought our child, and the hotel's facilities and hygiene standards were very high, making for a very comfortable stay and catering to the accommodation habits of young people. The room was very large, about twice the size of a standard room we usually stay in. Finding such a hotel in Jiuzhaigou was a pleasant surprise. I hope the hotel can maintain this level of hygiene, facilities, and service. We'll definitely stay here again next year and will leave another review.
HHweiling OwThe place was hard to find. There are tonnes of shop lots at the bottom of one entrance, and the other entrance had a large open area with stairs that goes up. The security guard I asked did not recognise the name, and there is no obvious signs that I could pick up. (I cannot read mandarin). I dont think there was any other way aside from contacting the person via the app. Even if you found the entrance, there is no obvious reception area.
We had to ring the contact person on the Trip.com app, and I had family who could speak mandarin to help guide the rest of the process. He is helpful and quick to respond. He brought us through a metal door, to a dark alleyway with lifts inside. If we weren't in a group of seven, I would have worried about my organs at this point.
There was a bit of a juggle with my cousins and my side of the family. So I ended up staying in the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT. The layout of the three bedroom apartment (located on the 18th floor) that we ended up in is similar to the two bedroom apartment with the lounge carved up to create a new bedroom. apartment is quick to respond. The two bedroom apartment (located on the 25th floor) felt bigger and cleaner, and had better views.
From here onwards, it is the review for the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT: We ran out of toilet paper and had air-conditioning issues. The contact person is quick to respond and solve our issues. The beds are hard for my body that is use to a softer version. There is no daily cleaning services that suits us. They supply toothbrushes, shower caps, body and shampoo wash in the bathroom, and disposable towels. The towels can be reused during the time you are there, but they are meant to be thrown away so they dont have the responsibility to rewash the towels. We didn't use the swimming pool on the third floor as we were too busy. It is RMB4 per use. They also supply a singular giant bottle of water. I think it was 5 litres. The air conditioning units in all three rooms work. Our view is a live view of how Sanya people live in Sanya, families in another building, the locals sitting on their balcony on a hot day.
You get a couple of tags to tag into the building, out of the building, into the lift, and into the bedroom. There is also a code you can type in to get access into the building. When we left, the contact person helped us with getting a taxi to the hotel. It went through his account and we paid him cash rounding up to the closest amount. He did not want any more for helping us. He was extremely helpful.
This is one of the cheaper choices in Sanya - and my rating is for the price and location.

GGuest UserA Private Rendezvous with the Azure Sea and Sky
First Encounter: A Secluded Villa Shrouded by Coconut Groves
As the car drove onto the private driveway of Sanya Haitang Bay, with coconut trees lining both sides like green sentinels welcoming us, I instantly understood the meaning of ”tropical paradise.” This private villa is nestled within a 20-acre private garden, surrounded by century-old trees and tropical flowers, feeling like an isolated oasis. The main building's off-white architecture blends perfectly with the natural landscape, and the floor-to-ceiling windows frame the 180-degree sea view into a dynamic painting, with every corner reflecting the designer's ingenuity.
Space: A Poetic Dialogue Between Modernity and Nature
The villa's interior is a symphony of minimalism and tropical charm. The vaulted ceilings in the high-ceilinged living room allow the sea breeze to flow freely, and the wooden furniture and rattan decorations exude a rustic warmth. The most stunning feature is the master bedroom's ”stargazing hot tub”; at night, soaking in the private pool while gazing at the starry sky, with the distant sound of waves as natural white noise, is simply magical. The guest rooms are equally well-appointed, each with an independent viewing terrace, waking up to sunshine and birdsong in the morning, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night.
Service: Invisible Luxury Experience
The butler team acted as invisible guardians, from the chilled towels upon arrival to the rose petals on the bed at night; every detail was meticulously designed. A private chef could customize a seafood feast according to our preferences. Enjoying freshly caught groupers and wagyu hot pot under the stars, accompanied by custom cocktails, was a dual feast for the taste buds and vision. Most memorable was the morning yoga session, where a professional instructor led us on the ocean-facing terrace, allowing us to feel the sea breeze and achieve a spiritual awakening.
Activities: Tailor-Made Island Time
The villa offers a rich selection of activities: morning kayaking adventures, afternoon surfing lessons, and evening yacht parties. We chose a sunset cruise, witnessing the sky's gradient from azure to crimson on a private yacht, with champagne bubbles dancing with the waves. Upon our return, the butler had already arranged a sea-view dinner, with candles and lanterns creating a dreamy light strip on the beach.
Reflection: Redefining the Meaning of Vacation
This is not just accommodation; it's a proposal for a lifestyle. Merging with the sea and sky in the infinity pool, rewatching classic movies in the outdoor cinema, and leaving footprints on the private beach. Every design element of the villa speaks volumes: true luxury is not about material accumulation but about the depth of dialogue with nature and oneself. On the morning of departure, I took away not just photos but also a memory of a slow-paced life, reminding us that in this fast-paced world, there's always a sea worth pausing for.
Postscript: This place taught me that the highest level of vacation is becoming a ”temporary islander” – exploring the secrets of coral reefs during the day, listening to local Tanka stories by the bonfire at night, and ultimately returning to daily life with a soul caressed by the sea breeze.
GGuest UserThis stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The front desk lady checked me in quickly and even recommended nearby restaurants. The room was incredibly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was incredibly quiet at night, allowing for a deep sleep. The bathroom had plenty of hot water with just the right pressure, and the toiletries smelled fresh. The breakfast was varied, with both Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. They even gave me a small gift upon check-out, which was so heartwarming! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area; the value for money is excellent, and I highly recommend it!
GGuest UserI was very impressed with this hotel. The room we stayed in was clean, tidy and fully equipped. Lying on the bed, looking around, the night view outside the window comes into view, which makes you feel happy. The hotel's waiters are warm and friendly and take good care of guests. The nearby scenery is also unforgettable. Overall, I am very satisfied with this stay.

PPaul. SHotel has 6 floors with 1 lift. Average size room. Big windows, Queen bed with 2 pillows, 2 bedside tables. 1 round table with chair. Std amenities with paper cups. Laundry has 1 washer and 1 dryer. Separate bath/toilet, bath, face towels. Floor towel mat. Small area but OK. Water flow out and wet toilet area although separated. No rain shower. Big slippers. Adequate hangers and hooks. Power sockets not well placed. Good location opposite People's Park. Buses to everywhere including railway station and airport. Plenty of food stalls, restaurants, convenience stores, shopping malls nearby. Very popular hotel. Breakfast simple but good.
GGuest UserWaking up to the ocean view right outside my window instantly lifted my spirits. This place is truly perfect for a vacation! The room was very clean and comfortable, and you could tell a lot of thought went into the bedding. They even provided pillows of different heights to choose from. The common area on the first floor and the rooftop are both super photogenic. It's so relaxing just sitting here and enjoying the scenery. Plus, it's super close to the beach, just a short walk away!
