What a beautiful hotel, The facilities are wonderful and the staff are so helpful and friendly. The service from Nancy was particularly wonderful, really helping us with Vegan food. We will definitely return here. We loved the eco friendliness, and the swimming pool especially.

About one o'clock, the store informed us that we could check in. When we returned to the front desk, we were told that we had upgraded! Super beautiful B&B! Great getaway. Narada is supposedly a reputable local brand with a long history - so trust them to know their thing. Resort facade can be a tad old with moulds at the corners. However, I am okay with that as I do not have direct contact with these surfaces. What's more important is that the towels and bedding are fresh and clean. I also appreciate a dehumidifier machine in my room - helped to remove excess water in the air. One downside though - the resort, being nestled in a rainforest, is full of mosquitos. So take note to pack lots of insect repellent - I was bitten incessantly, even while using the hotspring :(

We had a very pleasant 3 nights stayed at V8plus Huanzhi Hotel Haikou Qilou Laojie Branch. We have received excellent supports and services from your staff, from the reception, housekeeping and breakfast services. They were polite and very helpful. A sufficient good breakfast spread. We thank you for the free cold packed drinks given to us when we return to the hotel after a hot day out. At night after 10pm, super the green beans soup and free used of washer and dryer for laundry. This is one of the best modern hotel with excellent service we've ever stayed so far. We would like to specially commend one of your staff Mr Li from the reception service, who has so kindly help us without hesitation to book 2 car transfer to the MeiLan International Airport using his personal mobile app a day before our departure. On our day of departure 20th April from 7.45am (even though he official starts work at 9am), Mr Li went extra miles communicated with us and the drivers through WeChat to ensure our smooth pick up at the hotel to the airport. The modern smart facilities in the room is good but it would be more helpful and effective if there are English languages translation in an app or on written leaflet to services foreigner and or english speaking senior citizen travellers above age 60 like us. We would highly recommend this hotel to any travellers visiting HaiKou, best location, modern facilities, well kept and staff services are excellent.

Although there was a slight problem at the beginning of check-in, the front desk took care of it quickly! We took a room with 3 bedrooms. The children wanted to sleep separately. The environment of the hotel is good, clean hygienic and cost effective. The owner of the hotel is very nice , friendly , helping and can speak basic English. He received me from the airport for free and he also provide free drop off service to the airport. I chose this because it is close to the airport and it’s very cost effective if we are arriving late night I think it’s best choice. There are some suggestions if they can work on that that would be better. 1. Cups in balcony table and sofa were bit dirty. 2. Air conditioner was bit noisy but it might night effect the sleep if too tired. I would definitely consider to book it again if I arrive late night in Sanya.

Service: 24-hour pick-up and drop-off at Meilan Airport/Meilan Station, the front desk attitude is super good, there are dedicated people to connect the itinerary, arrange the travel time, and arrange airport pick-up and drop-off.
