Facilities: Fully equipped, ready for immediate move-in. Hygiene: The bathroom floor was clean, neat, and comfortable. Environment: The environment was good, and the service attitude was excellent. Service: Very good, convenient for getting around, and plenty of dining options nearby. It's quite close to West Lake, so I highly recommend this hotel for tourists. Just remember to write the full room number when ordering delivery. 666 Everything was great!

We stayed in building 13, and the guesthouse hosts, an uncle and auntie, were incredibly warm and welcoming. As soon as we arrived, they served us a bowl of hot soup. It was a cold day, and that soup not only warmed our stomachs but also our hearts. The auntie then showed us to our room, where our luggage was already waiting – amazing service! The next morning, the breakfast prepared by the uncle and auntie was so abundant and delicious! Even though we had already tried the local 'morning tea' specialties, we still couldn't resist finishing everything! The auntie even served a bowl of porridge and side dishes for my mom, who thoroughly enjoyed it. Before we left, the auntie also gave some small gifts to the two kids. The service was truly outstanding! We definitely want to go back if we get the chance! Building 13 it is!

Our twin room had a sofa bed, and the hotel thoughtfully provided bedding, which perfectly solved the problem of our two kids fighting over a bed. Staying here for an early morning flight is super convenient; it helps you avoid traffic risks and feeling rushed. We even had time for breakfast before heading to check-in. However, the breakfast here isn't great – the baked beans were watery, and the muffins weren't good. But other than that, everything else was excellent. It's well-soundproofed too, so it wasn't noisy despite being right at the airport.

What an amazing hotel! The staff, especially the lady who helped us, was beautiful, kind, and provided excellent service 👍. We were even given complimentary roasted sweet potatoes 🍠 upon check-in, which were absolutely delicious! Breakfast is free (7:00–10:30 AM) with both Chinese and Western options. A light lunch is also free (10:30 AM–12:00 PM), offering noodles, wontons, dumplings, and rice noodles. And there's a complimentary afternoon tea (1:00–4:00 PM) with coffee, milk, fruit, and pastries. If you're tired from exploring, they even provide foot bath buckets to help you relax your feet 🦶. All the bottled water and various snacks in the room are free. 📣 And the water is Nongfu Spring in green bottles – plenty to go around! This stay was definitely, absolutely, 100% fantastic! 👍👍👍

We really liked the hotel! Great prices, clean, all appliances are working, minimalistic rooms with everything you need. One of the important advantages is free laundry. Very polite and friendly staff at the reception, they were helpful in all matters. Excellent location: near City God Temple, West Lake, Leifeng Pagoda, many restaurants with local cuisine, supermarkets, many shopping centers within walking distance. Thanks!

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Line 1, near the famous Hefang Street, and within walking distance to Wushan Square and even the further Liu Lang Wen Ying (Orioles Singing in the Willows) scenic area. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, as well as the Intime shopping mall, making it incredibly convenient. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. In particular, Jiajia assisted us by packaging our early-arrived parcels, allowing us to collect all our items promptly. We would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Hangzhou.

Extremely satisfied! I've stayed at the West Lake State Guesthouse and Xizi Hotel multiple times, and this time I visited Shaoxing Hotel, a state guesthouse in a tier-three city. I found it to have its own unique charm, and the check-in experience and value for money were on par with, if not better than, state guesthouses in provincial capitals. If you explore carefully, you'll discover many novelties. Plus, the enthusiastic staff shared many historical anecdotes with us. While the scenery might not have the natural advantages of a provincial capital's state guesthouse, the views near Dai Cafe are absolutely stunning, and Fushan Park is just a stone's throw away. Fan Wenlan's Former Residence is elegant and serene, exuding a pleasant cultural atmosphere. The hotel's Lingxiao Pavilion is classic and quaint, and the Duoshijinliang Bridge has a unique and beautiful design, maintaining an ancient, refined style. The sculpture in the center of the hotel lobby combines ancient and modern elements, making it very interesting. The crystal chandelier is also different from others, with a beautiful name: 'Listening to the Rain on Fushan'. The staff shared all these details with us as if they were cherished treasures. Shaoxing is a city rich in culture, and its state guesthouse is naturally a shining pearl within it. So, our two-day stay was a rich experience. The 68 RMB breakfast was incredibly rich, delicious, and nutritionally balanced. I bought a hotel package, which was great value, including a black-awning boat tour and a complimentary dinner. It also included three quick-edit photos from a travel photography session. The dinner was lavish, with a full sense of ceremony. The new travel photography service was also excellent. My scheduled date was fully booked, but the extended date brought rain and a significant drop in temperature, and I was due to check out. The travel photography customer service helped me arrange a session for 5 PM on my desired day, and the photographer efficiently captured beautiful photos before dark, quickly and skillfully. Both the photographer and the stylist were wonderful, working tirelessly and demonstrating high levels of skill and emotional intelligence.

We chose this room type mainly because it allowed two friends to stay without disturbing each other, with one bed on each floor. I was pleasantly surprised to find a waterside patio downstairs, which I really liked. However, the chairs weren't great; it would be perfect if they could be replaced with outdoor sofas. Also, the large sofa downstairs wasn't very comfortable to sit on. The power outlet by the bed downstairs was a bit loose, so the charger wouldn't stay in. Everything else was perfect, and we were very satisfied with our stay. Our butler, Xiao Dang, was very responsible. He picked us up from the parking lot and took us to the hotel. After check-in, he showed us to our room and sent us a lot of information about local attractions. He answered all our questions, which made our trip very enjoyable. Thanks!

I've stayed here many times, and the front desk agent was Xiao Yan again. I think I've seen her before, but I misheard her name as 'Ye'. I stayed one night and barely slept at all. Yan'an Road is right downstairs, and the New Year's Eve celebrations were incredibly noisy. At 3 AM, I contacted Trip.com, and they kept an eye on my request until they moved me to a quiet room, which was even larger than the previous one. The hotel staff are well-trained and polite. I forgot my toothpaste, so I opened a disposable one, and the next day, the cleaning auntie kindly gave me another small Hakka toothpaste. The hotel offers great value for money, is within walking distance to West Lake, and has two subway lines right outside – it's hard to find a more convenient location!
