I stayed here for one night before heading into Oslo city, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient for travelers—just a short ride from the airport. The hotel may not be ultra-luxurious, but for a short stay, it’s absolutely perfect. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the overall environment was peaceful and relaxing. The lobby is spacious and beautifully designed—it gives a very open and welcoming first impression. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options (more than I could finish!). There’s even a gym available, which is a great bonus for a transit hotel. But what really stands out is the value for money—for the price I paid, this was way beyond what I expected. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a convenient and comfortable stay near Oslo Airport. Totally worth it!

The rooms were quite small, and the beds were tiny, probably only 0.8m wide. As a 1.7m (5'7”) tall, 143lb woman, I genuinely felt like I might fall off the bed. The bathroom, on the other hand, was quite spacious. However, the shower partition was poorly designed, only covering half the shower, which meant water splashed out everywhere. A definite highlight, though, was the breakfast. The Norwegian salmon was of excellent quality, and the cured fish was also very tasty. The variety of items was much better and more extensive compared to what you'd typically find at other hotels.

I like this hotel near Oslo Airport, Norway. It is simple, clean, artistic, huge parking lot, very close to the airport, breakfast is great and very rich.

Located near the airport so convenient for those not going far. Absolutely nothing else nearby. Except Macdonald Hotel offers unlimited espresso coffee and tea so thumbs up! Bar and restaurant available at hotel but no public work area. Loud music at 3am. But that’s guest problem not hotel management ~ Must say best breakfast so far in all the hotels I’ve stayed at this trip in Europe.

The flight was cancelled and I had to find a hotel at 2030 at night the room as clean and comfortable but the barthroom was full of small hairs whe food was nice but very expensive. Would stay again.

I reach hotel late around 1am. Manage to check in as the reception is still open. The hotel staff told me their system is down but still let me check in. I quickly went to sleep after a quick wash up as I am tired. To my disbelief, around 3am someone manage to open my hotel door and was talking in a language that I unfortunately don’t understand. I got so traumatized and I shout loudly and the guy close the door. I suspect that due to system down that the hotel somehow allocate my room to another guest which caused the confusion. I was really tired during that midnight incident and decide to just sleep over it. The next day I have to catch a 8am train hence I don’t have time to clarify with the hotel. I only inform the front desk.

I chose this hotel because I had an early flight the next day. The gentleman at the front desk was very professional. What truly impressed me was his enthusiastic help with a parking ticket issue we had from our previous hotel; he even went above and beyond to contact relevant parties on our behalf. This level of service was incredibly comforting and appreciated, especially when you're in a foreign country. The room was a bit small, but it was perfectly fine for a one-night stopover. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise too, as they offered stir-fried meat, which is something I haven't seen at other local hotels and is quite rare.

Some misfortune and issues. Booking of a superior room for 1 adult and 2 kids on trip.com with king size bed, they said. Flight scheduled on sunday around 8h something When entering the room 4016, very far from the lift, there was only 2 single beds and a sofa not prepared. The front desk moved us to 4440, very close to the lift, family room, clean except some Stains on the kids mattress (the one on the upstairs bunk bed), no kettle for tea.....no king size bed and very noisy (kids from the side or anywhere but you Can hear jumping, the voices....until midnight) and noise from the airplanes. But the breakfast could change everything....but on a sunday, before 07h, there is a pre breakfast, but nothing hot meal like eggs and bacon. It was good quality and sufficient for me, but not exceptional like in an other nearby hôtel in the same Timing conditions. Even After 07h00, hot meal would have been better but not exceptional like..... 7/10 for the rate, a little bit disappointed and 6,5/10 for the breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located right by the airport, offering a dedicated shuttle bus service and access to nearby local buses for transfers. The facilities are quite comprehensive. While there's no kettle in the room, the front desk provides a hot water dispenser. Despite its proximity to the runway, there appears to be a nighttime curfew, which means noise isn't generally an issue and sleep is undisturbed.
