GGuest UserThe hotel is rather old, the walls are dirty. Sauna and swimming pool for additional charge. If you are booking a room with balcony on the floor 2-5 with Mountain View, you can easily get a room with the parking view in the 1st floor. Hotel parking is for additional charge and fits only for small cars and fully booked most of the time. The location is great! Very near to many shops, restaurants.

AAlvinEnnFeeling a bit tired of Barcelona, ​​I bought a bus ticket and came to Andorra. This hotel was a last-minute booking. When I booked it, I noticed it was part of the SLH alliance, which made me think it must be good. And to my surprise, it exceeded my expectations! Because it was the off-season, the hotel upgraded my room to a suite! The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom! It was clean and luxuriously decorated. It happened to be raining that day, so I didn't go out much and quietly enjoyed my time alone in the hotel. Of course, what touched me most was the friendly service of all the staff. Every time I passed the front desk, they greeted me warmly and asked if I was comfortable. In short, everything was wonderful! Although I don't know when I'll be able to come back to this small, beautiful country of Andorra again, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel with my parents only for one night. It had all the basics and the room was fine. The only issues that check-in took long time but the personal was very kind and helpful. On the check out day they also let us leave the bags till the evening. Regarding the room it was spacious enough but no ac or ventilation. The floor was a bit dirty and there were multiple hairs on the sheets. All in all for the price it was okayish and great location nesr the river and Caldea.

AAlita浪跡天使Convenient shuttle with Andbus. Very friendly staff and useful info at the front desk. Great location with supermarket, bars, restaurants, and dry cleaner nearby. Only downside: no fridge in the hotel. Highly recommend the nearby 13.5 bar!
