Despite running the exhaust fan continuously, the smell remained, causing considerable discomfort and affecting the overall ambiance of the room. The breakfast offerings were limited, likely due to low occupancy at the time, which is understandable. While the quality was satisfactory, the selection left me desiring more variety and flavor. The staff was courteous and accommodated my orders by the pool, though the service was somewhat slow. On a positive note, the cocktail was enjoyable, the pool area provided excellent views, and the beach was delightful. In summary, the unpleasant odor in the bathroom overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Had a nice surprise of mixed fruits and wine. Candy gifts also for the young ones. Perfect for this holiday season The room is very spacious with soft pillows and blankets. Stayed at the loft. Room is good even for a family with cr provisioms for both loft and ground floor. They forgot space for luggage and clothes but its still ok for short stay. Highly recommended as plaza and calle crisologo are just a few steps away.

The room was clean and comfy—aircon was cold, bed was cozy, and the bathroom had strong water pressure (big plus). Check-in was easy, staff were nice but not too formal, which I liked. Location’s super convenient—near food spots and gas stations, so you don’t feel stuck. There's a mall right across and lots of restaurant choices within the compound. Room Service wasn't too bad either. If you’re passing through or need a place to crash in Pangasinan, this one’s solid. Would stay again.

The hygiene is good, the service attitude is very good, and the staff are very patient. The food in the restaurant is also delicious. You can drink and chat with friends on the balcony at night, listen to the music played in the restaurant, and watch the lawn lights.

Very nice property with large and clean rooms. The breakfast is made with love and brought to the room. The service at reception is also very helpful and courteous.

Had a great stay! Loved the orange theme and stylish design. The on-site coffee shop and restaurant were a big plus. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The rooms were very clean. Highly recommend!

I know this resort has gone through some hard times because a lot of the features and activities they used to offer are no longer available, and the staff has said that they are going through redesigning and relocating some activities to different areas on the property. I still enjoyed my stay. Just one thing, the bed is very uncomfortable.

The amenities like the pool and the beachfront are the good thing about this hotel. Not too crowded when we had our stay. They have very accommodating and courteous staffs and the vicinity is kept clean and comfortable. They are enough spaces to spend good time with the family and friends. We had the premier room and it was very comfortable with a pool view. The one facing the shore would have had a fascinating view of the sunset and the shore. The price is higher than the ones around it but was reasonable if traveling is big groups.
