Service: The front desk staff's English was excellent. This hotel is perfect for those with an early flight the next day. The price is much cheaper than in the city center. You can store your luggage in the city during the day (don't use the subway stations, they're rip-offs). For example: We had a 7:20 AM flight from HRB. We took the hotel's earliest shuttle at 5 AM, and it only took about 10 minutes to get there. We checked in around 5:10 AM, and by 5:30 AM, we were inside having breakfast. There was a small shop selling cosmetics, tobacco, alcohol, and snacks. It was a bit rushed, so I just bought a little bit of everything. The chocolates and wagashi were exquisite and delicious, perfect for gifts. The prices felt a little bit higher than in the city, but not outrageous. Airport cosmetics aren't actually cheaper than in the city, but it's good for last-minute purchases. Cleanliness: I had read reviews saying the cleanliness wasn't great, and it's true that it's just average, but not terrible. It's comparable to some domestic chains. The sheets and bathroom certainly don't hold up to close inspection, so I brought disposables.

The hotel is very convenient for Narita Airport (any terminal), with frequent free shuttles (10–15 minutes depending on terminal). The schedule is clearly listed on their website, so worth checking in advance but no reservation required as it’s first come first serve. The room was incredibly huge. I’ve stayed in Japan many times and never had one this big! Even though I booked for one person, I got a twin room with two double beds, sofa, TV, and lots of space. There’s also a Lawson on the ground floor, great for last-minute snacks or using up coins a they even have a coin-counting machine so don’t feel embarrassed if you have hundreds of small coins! Check-in was quick for me since I got off the shuttle first, though others waited a bit longer. I skipped breakfast as it was crowded and didn’t want to miss the bus - a good decision since it left a few minutes early. The bed was large with firm pillows, which I prefer. Overall, a great and comfortable stay before my early flight.

Been staying here each time i go disney.. love the location.. right in front of bayside station.. easy to go disneyland and disneysea.. also nearby ikspiari.. the lobby has entertainment and disneysea ticket counter.. service provided was awesome too! If u r carrying luggage, u can wait for the bus to bring u to bayside station too.. breakfast has a large varieties of choices (u can choose which restaurant to go).. all the different restaurants are good too.. there is a disney shop there.. laudromat.. mini arcade and mini convenience store there.. even shops and salon too.. will still continue to stay at this hotel when im there..

Great location since it has a free bus service from airport to hotel (vice versa). I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days with their garden view room. The view from my room, the amenities such as outdoor hot spring with variety of tubs and the service is superb. The hot spring payment is for the entire day. So, you can try hot springs and steam bath for women in the evening and the hot springs and sauna of men in the morning ( it exchange in the morning). When you want peaceful and nature vibe this is a great place to stay and I definitely comeback here. I love the ambiance. The room I stayed was not as great as outside. Its big for a solo traveler since there are 3-bed and the interior design predict its time but the cleanliness bothered me since under the bed there's a used slippers. That mean, it wasn't clean thoroughly (not vacuumed) to see that thing under and cut carpets hidden under the bed. Overall, I still love the place.

Hygiene: Clean Environment: Good, close to Tokyo Disneyland. Facilities: Probably renovated, everything feels pretty good. Service: The service attitude is also quite good. The hotel offers fireworks views, and the environment and facilities are both quite good. There are two Lawson convenience stores inside the hotel, which is great for food, drinks, and entertainment.

This hotel was perfect for my layover. I stayed for one night, and like most places in Japan, the conditions were excellent. There's a convenient store downstairs, and the hotel itself is quite beautiful, great for a stroll and some photos. They offer a shuttle service to and from the airport, running almost 24 hours. The intervals are a bit longer early mornings and late evenings, but otherwise, it's every 20 minutes, which is super convenient.

I booked this hotel specifically for a concert, and its proximity to Makuhari Messe made it incredibly convenient – just a 10-minute walk! You can take an express airport bus directly here from Narita Airport. There's an outlet mall right across the street, and a large shopping center is just a 10-minute drive away, making it excellent for shopping. Although it's in the suburbs, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby, so finding food and drinks isn't an issue. The JR station is only a 3-4 minute walk, and you can take the Chiba Line directly to Disneyland and the city center without any transfers. I was extremely satisfied with the transportation options! The hotel room was on the smaller side, especially the bathroom. In a double room, the bathroom was barely big enough for one person, and the low ceiling might be inconvenient for taller guests. However, the hotel itself was very clean, and housekeeping tidied the rooms daily. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Although they didn't speak Chinese, English communication was perfectly fine. They assisted with booking taxis and storing luggage without any problems. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. I was very satisfied with the value for money at this price point. It's definitely a great choice for anyone attending concerts!

Self-check-in was very convenient. There were no disposable slippers, but regular slippers were provided. Toothbrushes and combs could be picked up in the lobby. The pros are the affordable price and the shuttle service to the airport and Narita town. For the airport shuttle, depending on your arrival terminal, I waited under sign #26. Be aware that various hotel shuttles stop at #26, so make sure you get on the right one. The shuttle to Narita town was very crowded. Note that some shuttles stop at Aeon while others don't. Check the shared timetable carefully if you plan to go to Narita Aeon. The hotel was very clean. It's a place I would choose again. Recommended!

Nice quiet hotel near the train station in narita. U get free bus shuttle to airport but need to book when check in. Room is quite big for Japan. Close to restaurants, convenience stores and the famous temple too.

Location was great, right beside the mall and the train station. Convenient shuttle bus access to Disneyland and Disneysea free of charge! Cross a road and walk less than 5min opposite to get on the airport transfer to Narita/haneda airport! Tbh, one of the better stay in Japan due to its cleanliness and size of the room.
