The room was incredibly spacious, a rare find in Japan. Breakfast options were quite limited, which made dining a bit inconvenient. Luckily, there's a Lawson convenience store right downstairs, so grabbing some instant noodles and crab sticks was an easy solution for dinner. They offer a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport, taking roughly 10 minutes.

This is my second time staying at Narita Tobu Hotel Airport because it’s so convenient for catching flights from Narita. The room size is perfect for me and my suitcase. I love that there are last-minute shopping options both at AEON and the airport shops, which are easily accessible thanks to the frequent hotel shuttle bus service. The lobby floor has a drugstore and tax-free shop, making it very convenient to buy and pack essentials before departure. Additionally, the on-site restaurant and laundry services make my stay hassle-free and comfortable. Highly recommended for travelers needing easy access to Narita Airport!

The location is very convenient. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to and from Disneyland, with the pick-up/drop-off point on the 1st floor. From Bayside Station (on the Disney Resort Line), there's a free shuttle to the hotel from Exit 1. It's handy if you have luggage, but it's also a quick and easy walk without. There's also a paid airport shuttle service available; you just need to register and pay via QR code in advance. The views are fantastic, especially from rooms with a balcony and ocean view. For breakfast, there are several restaurants to choose from. I opted for the one on the 1st floor, nearest to the elevators. Even going down at 9:30 AM, there was still a queue, but the food selection was extensive. Rooms come with complimentary drip coffee, tea bags, and two bottles of water, plus a kettle. There are also two convenience stores on the 2nd floor. Facilities: They are a bit dated, but everything functions perfectly. The air conditioning control panel is located above the bedside table. Overall, it's a good choice, and I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The open-air parking lot is right opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. Breakfast and dinner are buffets, and the food is fresh and abundant. The staff's English level is average, but they are very polite. A ten-minute walk from Kamogawa Sea World, it is an unforgettable attraction. The hotel swimming pool is clean, has lifeguards on duty, and is open to guests free of charge from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The room, with its bunk beds, is perfect for those traveling with children! Breakfast was decent. Getting to Disneyland was very convenient, and the price was quite affordable. However, the toiletries provided in the room were minimal, and the slippers were not the disposable kind. My main complaint was being assigned a room far from the elevator. I highly recommend you specify your preference to the front desk when checking in, otherwise, they often assign rooms quite a distance away. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue.

Loved the extra thoughtfulness with massager! Room was on the small side when compared to other hotels across the Tokyo Bay, particularly with the official Disney Partner Hotels. The ammenities room is incredible. Welcome lounge and kids interactive projector was a huge hit for my daughters too! The short distance from the hotel to AEON and Aeter shopping mall is a another welcomed addition for those early shopping for those who are short on time during their Japan trip.

I highly recommend this hotel, particularly for families. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is ideal, with multiple kids friendly shopping malls and supermarkets nearby and the JR station just a one-minute walk away. The staff’s professional and attentive service was truly impressive.

Another major plus is the convenient location—just one station away from the JR station and two stations from the airport. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service that departs every 30 minutes, making transportation hassle-free. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money with its cleanliness, excellent service, and accessibility. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

My stay was excellent. The service was professional and friendly, making me feel welcomed from the start. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I booked the hotel for last minute for a 1 night event at Chiba. Unfortunately the cheapest option is the smoking room so I have to bear with it. The hotel is the old model. The hotel has wedding hall, some room functions for exhibition and meeting, the breakfast on the restaurant with additional fee. It using physical key, and the toilet is not as amazing modern toilet that Japan has, bit confused when I'm using it. All amenities provided, have kettle and only tea, would love if they provide coffee, sugar and milk, since standard hotel that I know would be provide a set of coffee and tea, but I didn't bother to ask, because I just stay a night.
