I booked this hotel specifically for a concert, and its proximity to Makuhari Messe made it incredibly convenient – just a 10-minute walk! You can take an express airport bus directly here from Narita Airport. There's an outlet mall right across the street, and a large shopping center is just a 10-minute drive away, making it excellent for shopping. Although it's in the suburbs, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby, so finding food and drinks isn't an issue. The JR station is only a 3-4 minute walk, and you can take the Chiba Line directly to Disneyland and the city center without any transfers. I was extremely satisfied with the transportation options! The hotel room was on the smaller side, especially the bathroom. In a double room, the bathroom was barely big enough for one person, and the low ceiling might be inconvenient for taller guests. However, the hotel itself was very clean, and housekeeping tidied the rooms daily. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Although they didn't speak Chinese, English communication was perfectly fine. They assisted with booking taxis and storing luggage without any problems. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. I was very satisfied with the value for money at this price point. It's definitely a great choice for anyone attending concerts!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The staff is friendly and patient and the location is great for quick access to the train system. We were there for the Star Wars Celebration and it was fantastic to hop on without massive crowds. Between the train station and the hotel are a handful of food options, including two 7-11s, which stay open until midnight or later. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

This hotel was incredibly convenient, being within walking distance of Kisarazu Outlet Park and having convenience stores, supermarkets, and even a conveyor belt sushi restaurant close by. The hotel interiors were clean, and the bathroom facilities were comfortable and well-suited for families with young children. It was almost perfect, with the only minor issue being that the air conditioning would automatically switch off. I'd highly recommend visiting during seasons other than summer and winter!

The most spacious hotel I've stayed at in Tokyo; it's clean, comfortable, and even has a natural hot spring. It's a bit far from the city center, but the TX line gets you there directly in 42 minutes. Plus, there's an airport bus that goes straight to the airport, and the price is great! The surrounding area is also very relaxing. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

Free shuttle bus service to Narita airport, great location, near to train station, easy to find (big sign board can be seen far away), flexible check in time (12am), friendly staff, provide all essential amenities and reasonable price.

Service from the staff was nice.. facilities was okay.. location was near the train station.. we didnt like the vibe of the area especially at night.. felt like the security in the area was very very poor. there are always a lot people camping around from the train station all the way to the hotel, trying to prey on people who are alone. they are always staring at me and my husband everytime we walk back from the train station. during our 1st night stay, my husband went down to the nearby combini alone and an obaasan kept following him asking if he wants massage service from hotel to combini and back to the hotel. then another night, we saw 1 girl got cornered by a group of guys while walking back to the hotel. she was obviously distressed but we are couldnt do anything since we are outnumbered. we didnt want to get into trouble so we can only walk away with guilt as fast as we could back to the hotel. drunk people everywhere. no police in sight during the few nights we were there as well. overall, definitely no issue with the hotel but we will not return to Chiba again.

My 5-night stay at Hotel Francs was very positive. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep. The room size is standard for Japan, which was perfectly fine. The staff and housekeeping were excellent. The hotel's location is a major plus, being close to the train station and Mitsui Outlet, which has many restaurants and convenience stores. Getting here from the airport was also convenient via the limousine bus, which stops right in front of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

12/12/25  We booked this hotel due to our flight was cancelled. It’s very affordable considering a free shuttle bus is provided to and fro Narita Airport Terminal 1-3. Also they provide free shuttle bus to the city train station. For approximate USD 50-60 / night I would say it’s a great bargain. Although the room I booked it’s kinda dated and looks all, the bed was comfy but the pillow kinda small in size and can be improved. Room service can be improved too as we waited for 30mins after our first call to request for an additional pillow and we needed to call again. There’s a bath tub which surprised me for the room cost.The hotel amenities are great and surroundings are zen and beautiful. Overall it’s a good stay and a great bargain for what I paid.

The food selection was extensive, and the surroundings were beautiful. Our sea-view room was spacious, and the hot springs were incredibly relaxing. After a good soak, a variety of refreshing drinks were available, making for an incredibly satisfying experience.
