You can pay 600 yen for 1.5 hours of washing and drying by scanning a QR code after downloading their dedicated app. The hotel is very close to Kaihin-Makuhari Station, and it's just one JR Keiyo Line ride to Maihama Station for Disney. To get to ZOZO Marine Stadium, it's about a 20-minute walk. If there's a direct shuttle bus, you can walk through the outlet mall to the bus stop and wait for it there. There's a highway bus to Narita Airport from bus stop #3, which is less than a five-minute walk away. The earliest bus departs at 6:25 AM. You can't buy tickets in advance; you just tap your transportation card or pay cash on board. The earliest bus usually has plenty of empty seats, so no need to worry about not getting a spot. It arrived at Narita Airport Terminal 2 just after 7 AM. Overall, the experience was great, and I would definitely consider this hotel again if I come to ZOZO next time 👍🏻"

Getting around is easy, but do check the shuttle schedule. 3. **Excellent Service & Breakfast**: The hotel staff are friendly and efficient; check-in was quick, and their English proficiency made communication seamless. Breakfast offers a good variety of options at a reasonable price, though it can get busy, so it's best to go early. 4. **Well-Equipped Rooms**: The room facilities are good, with everything you need. The shower pressure is excellent, perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. Cons: 1. **Limited Nearby Shopping**: The closest shop is a Lawson, which is only good for daily essentials. The nearest major supermarket is quite a distance, at least a 30-minute walk (depending on your pace). 2. **Housekeeping Needs Improvement**: Room cleanliness could be better, especially in corners and on the top edges of furniture, where dust accumulation suggests it hasn't been wiped down in a while. Summary: Overall, it's a good place. The price is affordable, offering great value for money, and the room facilities are relatively new. Although the location is a bit out of the way, the free shuttle bus service makes it very convenient for getting to nearby attractions. Just remember to keep an eye on the shuttle schedule. I would definitely stay here again for future Disneyland trips. Highly recommended."

"An absolutely perfect hotel stay! The service from the front desk, restaurant, concierge, and even post-stay was excellent. They offer a free shuttle bus to Disneyland (which also serves as a tram stop), which is very convenient! The hotel doesn't provide any beverages in the rooms, but there are two very convenient convenience stores downstairs (within the hotel itself)! The pool wasn't open due to the season. If you need to go to the airport (Narita & Haneda) from the hotel, make sure to book at least one day in advance! I'll definitely be back next time!"

"If you can overlook the hotel's aged exterior, which is understandable given its proximity to the sea, you'll find it to be a highly recommended stay overall, thanks to its exceptional cleanliness, excellent in-room bathroom, and attentive staff. I stayed in a Premium Floor View Bath Large Room with two others for one night at the end of June. The exterior does show its age, likely due to its seaside location. However, the interior, including our room and the entire facility, was impeccably clean. Besides the large public bath, our room also had a spacious and very clean private bathroom. The staff's service and demeanor were consistently polite and left a great impression. Even the international staff members were just as competent as their Japanese colleagues, reflecting high training standards. Another nice touch was the availability of toilets not just in the rooms but also throughout the building. Having two bath towels per person was also very convenient, making it easy to bathe twice, in the evening and morning. My only minor suggestions would be these three points: 1. There are only two elevators available for guests. Considering the total number of guests, this felt insufficient. While there are elevators closer to the center of the building, they are marked for staff only, and there's no explanation as to why guests can't use them. 2. I wished the showers in the public bath had stronger water pressure and more volume. 3. The dinner buffet operates in two sittings, with the second starting at 7:20 PM. However, this effectively means less time than the first sitting, and I would have appreciated being informed of this at check-in. Additionally, we were told that during peak times, we might have to dine in the lounge outside the restaurant. However, the downsides of using the lounge (e.g., the distance from the food stations to the seating, along with steps and small stairs) were not explained, making it unclear why this particular arrangement was emphasized. (While there are carts available to carry trays, they are prioritized for the elderly and those with disabilities, and their availability is limited.)"

"Location: I chose this hotel for my trip to Disney, and it was perfect! It's just two stops from Disney, and right by the station. Room Size: Not super spacious, but big enough to open up my suitcase, which was plenty. Bathroom: I loved that the bath and toilet were separate! The bathtub was also big enough to relax in, and the toilet was very clean with good water pressure. Bedding: Usually, hotel mattresses are too firm for me, making it hard to sleep, but this one was softer and perfectly to my liking – I slept so well. Amenities: Face towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, sleepwear, and a hairdryer are provided in the room. Toothbrushes, cotton sets, combs, and razors can be picked up before heading up to your room. There wasn't a skincare set available. Facilities: There's no phone in the room to connect to the front desk; it's located by the elevator. The room is equipped with an air purifier, refrigerator, and electric kettle. Overall: The price was affordable, and the location is excellent, so I definitely plan to stay here again when I visit Disney! Thank you! (*.ˬ.)"

"Located in front of Yachiyo Midorigaoka Station, there are two convenience stores and several restaurants around the station, which is very convenient. The room is clean and has a bath and toilet, but there is also a large hot spring bath, so you can get rid of your tiredness. I didn't use it this time, but there was also a laundry in front of the large communal bath. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity."

"Very nice hotel. Close to the expo and not a far walk from the beach. There are plenty of stores nearby and a quick taxi ride to shopping area. Very nice hotel and clean however, I would say the facilities were a bit outdated such as the shower. The pool is another location which makes it a bit inconvenient."

"The separate bath and toilet, plus the amenities, really uplifted my spirits! Among the official hotels, this one offers great value for money. And we were able to enter Disneyland a full 15 minutes early! Highly recommended for those who want to visit Disneyland. There's also a convenience store within the hotel, and parking is a flat 2000 yen until 5 PM the next day. The shuttle bus service to Disneyland is a lifesaver for families with kids too! So many great points."
