This hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location, just a few steps from the Kagoshima-Chuo Station gates for both local lines and the Shinkansen, right to the hotel entrance. If you plan on frequently using JR trains, this is your top choice. Beyond the prime location, the rooms aren't small, and amenities like washing machines and a smoking room are available, though there's no communal hot spring bath. The hotel offers two breakfast options: Japanese and Western, with the Japanese breakfast being more extensive. Many might worry about noise due to the proximity to the station, but in my personal experience, it was perfectly quiet for a good night's sleep. One thing to note: full room cleaning only happens on the third consecutive day of your stay. For the first two days, only a light cleaning is provided (towel and pajama replacement, and trash removal – bedding isn't changed). However, if you need a full cleaning, you can inform the front desk before 10 AM. Overall rating: 4.8!

The hotel isn't too far from Kagoshima-Chuo Station by taxi, and it's right opposite Sakurajima. You can see Sakurajima and the ocean from the room, so the view is fantastic – a really beautiful ocean view room. Plus, the room size is quite large for a Japanese hotel. On the second floor, there's an outdoor swimming pool and a hot spring, and you can also see Sakurajima and the ocean from the pool area, which is great. The Japanese restaurant on the second floor serves delicious Japanese food. Getting a taxi from the hotel to Kagoshima-Chuo Station can be a bit inconvenient, but there's a bus stop near the ferry terminal, where you can catch a bus to the city center and Kagoshima-Chuo Station.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's right across the street from Kagoshima-Chuo Station, the city tram stop, and bus stops, making it super easy to get anywhere. What's even better is that the hotel elevator goes directly down to B1, which connects to an underground pass. This means you can easily get to the other side of the road to catch transportation, whether it's scorching hot or raining. Plus, there's an airport bus stop on the hotel's first floor, providing a seamless connection to the airport. The transportation here is truly convenient beyond imagination. In terms of daily necessities, there's a 5-story Aeon mall just across one traffic light, and a Lawson convenience store on the hotel's first floor. You'll never have to worry about stocking up on food and drinks. For views, there are two directions. To the west, you can see the Ferris wheel at Chuo Station, and to the east, you can catch a glimpse of Sakurajima volcano, though it's completely dark at night and only visible during the day. The hotel rooms are quite small, with most of the space dedicated to the bathroom, which surprisingly has a separate wet and dry area. The bedroom, however, couldn't be any smaller. With two beds placed, they practically merge, leaving almost no space for luggage. Moving around is a bit of a squeeze.

First of all, I would like to thank the hotel for its assistance. I sprained my foot during the trip and the hotel provided the address of the hospital. On the day of check-out, I asked to wear the hotel's slippers and was willing to pay for it, but the hotel did not charge any fees. The child left an important toy in the room. The hotel provided very timely and proactive assistance and helped to send it back. In addition, the facilities are impeccable. The hotel provides thick coats for cold weather and children's toys. As for cleanliness, the hotel is still new, so the room was very clean. One thing that bothered me was, was it a mistake by the cleaning staff? There were tea bags on the shelf in the room, but there was one tea bag on the shelf above it, which was neatly propped up. Are there two per room...? The location is a bit of a walk from Yanigawa (about an 8-minute walk), but it might be good for multiple people! The location is not complicated, so you can find it easily. However, since it is outside the downtown area, there is nothing around...just another hotel or a ******** parlor! It is a bit dark, so it might be a bit scary for a woman to walk there alone. There is no convenience store nearby, so be careful! The necessary facilities and amenities are available. There were separate pajamas for top and bottom. The bath was a type without a bathtub. In terms of service, I had booked a single non-smoking room, but they upgraded me to a double room because there was a vacancy ^ ^

I like this hotel. I've stayed here for 2 times. They provide a free transfer from and to Railway station and a city centre. Very good onsen with a scenic view on Sakurajima. You can also rent a bike here in the hotel for a reasonable price. Convenience store is right by the hotel.

The room faces the sea view, which is great! One room, two meals, breakfast and dinner in another room. Food quality is good! When I checked out, he would help me get the car to the door instead of driving on my own. To sum up, the service is considerate. For three thousand dollars, you can find a sea view room with one bed and two meals. 

The hotel room has no bathroom, you need to use the public soup to shower, the mountain view room is on the road to the hotel entrance, the staff carefully reminds you to choose the meal time, the soup configuration is very careful, the bathrobe is so comfortable, many people will live to eat 

It's very clean, and the bedding and toiletries are brand new. On the first floor, the lobby offers a variety of DHC cleansers, toners, and makeup removers, so if you're not too picky, you don't even need to bring any toiletries. It's right next to the Tenmonkan shopping district, which is very convenient, and the 'Woa Ren' restaurant there is delicious. I'll definitely go back again; I really enjoyed the food in Kagoshima, and if I return, I'll stay at this hotel again.

A new hotel with excellent location. It’s just next to the shopping streets with lots of restaurants & souvenir shops. Got amenities such as bath salt, tea bags, drip coffee & cleansing oil/ lotion at hotel lobby for you to pick up. The restaurant where you take breakfast commands a stunning panoramic view. Will stay here again.
