"The hotel’s hardware is okay, but the service can’t keep up. Before I went out, I told the cleaning aunt to help me refill the shampoo and body wash. When I took a shower at night, I found that the daily shampoo and body wash were not replenished. The toothbrush for the adults was not replenished. The auntie finished cleaning. I also took away the power card from the room. Although there is a Chinese restaurant in the hotel, there is no food when there is no traffic in the restaurant during the May Day Golden Week. Even ordering a pickled fish requires a phone call to confirm, etc. There was no response for 20 minutes, and we drove down the mountain to find a farmhouse to eat. The breakfast was also very average, not even a cup of coffee. The surrounding area was desolate and there was no gym. We would not come again"

"I stayed in this hotel on a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the service. As soon as I walked in with my suitcase, I was shocked by the grand lobby. When I checked in, they poured me some warm black tea. I felt embarrassed. There were some small refreshments opposite the bar for guests to try. They asked me if I had any room needs. They upgraded me. The floor I was assigned was also very high. From the room, I could see most of the city of Yongkang! They also gave me some fruits and snacks! The service staff were very enthusiastic and greeted me proactively along the way. It made me feel like I had many friends in a strange city. The breakfast was also very good and rich! I stayed for several days in a row, and the aunt even took the initiative to wash the smelly socks I changed! I was a little flattered. VVereeckenThis is a very quiet, neat and clean hotel with all service boxes covered. You get a lot for the little money you spend.
On check in you receive a coffee voucher which I immediately spend in the Hotel coffee shop.
When I checked out, and needed to wait for my transport to show up, I was offered another coffee from the hotel coffee shop.
The coffee shop, which serves excellent coffee, also serves as breakfast restaurant.
Good choice of food and again a clean and modern layout. (has an interesting space saving set-up of the tables.)
The only thing, probably only noticeable by foreigners, is the height of the benches and couches in the hotel.
It feels like sitting on the floor. (A bit too low for my taste)

MManeGaneshRecently We visited Yongkang, and found the Perfect place. Great Hospitality, Perfect location and perfect Staff. Especially Miss Zhang. And her team. (Owner lady too.) We being at new place new country with lot of language barrier but still they were ready to help, even though they don't know English but they never got angry but always communicated using translator. Especially front desk Girl Miss Zhang. She is doing great job. Only problem here was Food, since they have only breakfast which was. Pretty good, but no other meal. And we being pure vegetarian had to suffer as all hotels nearby by offer only non veg. But it has nothing to do with Hotel services, I hope I do come back here in future and experience the same.

In the past two days, I was too tired because of the high-speed traffic jam on May 1st. I wanted to rest first and booked this hotel closest to the Yongkang South Exit. The room was very clean and the price was quite affordable. It was a very cost-effective hotel. Every hotel staff is very enthusiastic, people feel very comfortable and the environment is very good. We arrived late at night and took it to the laundry room to wash some clothes. The aunt on the floor saw that we could go back to the room to rest first. She would help me return to the room when she washed and dried. The most important thing is clean and hygienic! This price is really great value to stay at this hotel! I will definitely come again next time I have a chance.
