Facilities: smart toilet, it will be very comfortable when it is cold. There is a little problem with bathing. If you want a large amount of water, the water temperature will be too hot, at least 45 degrees. If you want to adjust it colder, the water flow will be very small. uncomfortable 😣.
When I checked in, it was 25 degrees during the day, the quilt was too thick, it was very hot, and the air conditioner couldn't turn it on, so I couldn't cover the quilt until it cooled down in the middle of the night.
The bed and pillows are very comfortable and soft. It would be perfect if the water temperature and room temperature can be improved.

The hotel’s hardware is okay, but the service can’t keep up. Before I went out, I told the cleaning aunt to help me refill the shampoo and body wash. When I took a shower at night, I found that the daily shampoo and body wash were not replenished. The toothbrush for the adults was not replenished. The auntie finished cleaning. I also took away the power card from the room. Although there is a Chinese restaurant in the hotel, there is no food when there is no traffic in the restaurant during the May Day Golden Week. Even ordering a pickled fish requires a phone call to confirm, etc. There was no response for 20 minutes, and we drove down the mountain to find a farmhouse to eat. The breakfast was also very average, not even a cup of coffee. The surrounding area was desolate and there was no gym. We would not come again

This is a very quiet, neat and clean hotel with all service boxes covered. You get a lot for the little money you spend.
On check in you receive a coffee voucher which I immediately spend in the Hotel coffee shop.
When I checked out, and needed to wait for my transport to show up, I was offered another coffee from the hotel coffee shop.
The coffee shop, which serves excellent coffee, also serves as breakfast restaurant.
Good choice of food and again a clean and modern layout. (has an interesting space saving set-up of the tables.)
The only thing, probably only noticeable by foreigners, is the height of the benches and couches in the hotel.
It feels like sitting on the floor. (A bit too low for my taste)

GGuest UserWhen staying at this hotel, the front desk staff was enthusiastic and efficient during the check-in process. They smiled throughout the whole process. The layout design was very reasonable, the bed was moderately soft and hard, and the support and comfort of the mattress were just right. I slept until I woke up naturally, and the sleep quality was great! The bed sheets and quilt covers are white and clean, and you can smell a light, fresh fragrance. The supporting facilities in the room are also very complete, and the toiletries are of high quality and very comfortable to use. What surprised me most was the hotel's service. They also provided snacks. The hotel's high-quality service and comfortable room environment made my stay comfortable and safe. Next time I go on a business trip or travel, I will choose here without hesitation and strongly recommend it to my friends!

MManeGaneshRecently We visited Yongkang, and found the Perfect place. Great Hospitality, Perfect location and perfect Staff. Especially Miss Zhang. And her team. (Owner lady too.) We being at new place new country with lot of language barrier but still they were ready to help, even though they don't know English but they never got angry but always communicated using translator. Especially front desk Girl Miss Zhang. She is doing great job. Only problem here was Food, since they have only breakfast which was. Pretty good, but no other meal. And we being pure vegetarian had to suffer as all hotels nearby by offer only non veg. But it has nothing to do with Hotel services, I hope I do come back here in future and experience the same.
