I had a very pleasant stay here for a night. Very clean and neat hotel. Right from the reception to the hallways to the room, every place was clean. Extremely good service. Polite and helpful team at the hotel. Very good breakfast with a very decent spread of Western food. The bath tub with the complementary bath salt was the best for me after a long day of walking around the city.

Facilities: smart toilet, it will be very comfortable when it is cold. There is a little problem with bathing. If you want a large amount of water, the water temperature will be too hot, at least 45 degrees. If you want to adjust it colder, the water flow will be very small. uncomfortable 😣. When I checked in, it was 25 degrees during the day, the quilt was too thick, it was very hot, and the air conditioner couldn't turn it on, so I couldn't cover the quilt until it cooled down in the middle of the night. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and soft. It would be perfect if the water temperature and room temperature can be improved. Hygiene: still ok Environment: Yes, the parking space is very tight, just a few parking spaces at the door. Service: pretty good

The hotel is located in the deep mountains, beside the Shenlong Lake, the natural environment is excellent, and the garden carving in the later stage shows a delicate and picturesque surprise like a bonsai. The interior design is exquisite and there are green bergamot flowers, bringing spring into the room. The balcony has a large area and you can enjoy the fragrance of the garden. Afternoon tea is at the lounge on the first floor, where you can take a sip of local green tea and enjoy the fragrance between your lips and teeth. The dinner was full of spring, and a dish of spring bamboo shoots with ham was unforgettable. The delicacy and umami of a little ham surpassed the traditional Spanish and Jinhua ham. Another dish of fried local dried tofu is also unique and unforgettable. The next day, go to see the blooming wild cherry blossoms in the mountains by the lake, push the beauty to the extreme, and engrave this spring in your heart forever.

This is a very quiet, neat and clean hotel with all service boxes covered. You get a lot for the little money you spend. On check in you receive a coffee voucher which I immediately spend in the Hotel coffee shop. When I checked out, and needed to wait for my transport to show up, I was offered another coffee from the hotel coffee shop. The coffee shop, which serves excellent coffee, also serves as breakfast restaurant. Good choice of food and again a clean and modern layout. (has an interesting space saving set-up of the tables.) The only thing, probably only noticeable by foreigners, is the height of the benches and couches in the hotel. It feels like sitting on the floor. (A bit too low for my taste)

There is no breakfast in the hotel, but it is very convenient to turn left when you go out and there is a specialty breakfast shop. The room facilities are relatively old, the toilet flush is broken, and the bathroom light is also broken. The room lighting is very dim. The advantage is that there are more mirrors. Hotel service is good. but what write on Trip.com can’t trust 100% once i was reach to hotel ask for train station transportation they says which on trip.com app and they’re times are different. So morning we was hard to find a taxi to go train station transportation.
