"excellent service, all the staffs are kind and helpful! the room is clean, the corridor is clean, bright and aesthetic with not too much deco. i'm just a bit unsatisfied with the pool because it's a bit dirty, many bugs in the water, and it doesn't cold enough. the food for breakfast was ok, not too many choices but still good because of their taste. i will recommend this hotel for those who need short transit from the airport because it's near."

"The hotel nearby malioboro street, 650meters by walk, by becak. Breakfast is good. There are a small swimming pool in front of the restaurant. The staff is very helpful. Good value for money. There are many oleh2 store near the hotel. I love the vibes 🥰 Thank you for the complimentary for me 🙏🏻"

"Newly hotel sudah pasti masih bersih yess keep it up untuk kebersihan nya, pelayanan check in cepat dan sigap, warm welcome dari semua staff tetep di tingkatkan ya, breakfast termasuk yang banyak choice nya menurut saya untuk rasa juga ok, lokasi juga priceless sekali dekat pakuwon mall, jalan kaki sudah sampai, swimming pool ada tapi tidak terlalu besar untuk anak anak masih ok.. Saya ada tertinggal beberapa barang tidak berharga memang, tapi mereka tetap berusaha mencarikan dan menemukan nya well excellent follow up menurut saya.. Anyway semua masih ok masih baru, hopefully tetap seperti itu bahkan mungkin bisa ditingkatkan terus ya apalagi hospitality nya yess 😍"

Relatively affordable price/value for money There are various room types including which can be for 4 people like bunk bed/loft room with starting price Rp200-400 thousand depending on type & season. For facilities and position, many guests feel this hotel is worth it.  3. General Good Service and Hygiene Many guests highlight that the hotel staff are friendly, service is quite responsive, room is clean, air conditioning is cold.  4. Design/Unique Concept There are loft room types, bunk beds, mezzanine, the design is quite modern & minimalist. Suitable for those who like “instagrammable” atmosphere."

"Room was okay but not very okay because trip.com purchase through 3rd party tiket.com and did not pass the room we choose non-smoking, so we ended up with room for a smoker and same level for all room for smoking. Hotel did a good gesture after we make a call to Mr. Bagus to solve this matter as hotel was full house to make sure our room comfortable, the housekeeping did change our sheet, and everything in bed also spray our room with perfume to make smoke odor gone. I was hopeless actually because the 3rd party was tiket.com local travel agent online which wasn't reliable like traveloka they are the same. But trip.com already apologize for the mistake and offer us as gesture a goodwill for their mistake, so I won't take any further action or complain as the hotel management already tried their best solved our problem. Thank you. I hope this never happen again in the future, they need double check and make sure their agreement with 3rd party is gone through very well and no mistake happen again"

"The hotel's location is decent. While it's a little walk from the main street and the palace, its quietness and lack of crowds are a major advantage. The rooms are spotless, and the housekeeping staff are very diligent. The hotel breakfast is good, and the service staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit."
