"We came to visit my mom who was unexpectedly hospitalized. The hotel is right across from the hospital. This is a brand new hotel. The staff, Ms. Candy Wang, had excellent attention to detail and service mindset. I told Ms Wang just incidentally that we were only there for a night but may need to extend it on demand due to family care requirements. Ms Wang gave me an upgrade to a bigger room in case my mom needed to come in to rest for a while before we catch the flight home. We exercised this option when my mom eventually discharged, which I am so grateful for. Ms Wang made sure that travel and breakfast was well taken care of. She also helped me in my busy state of affairs to take care of parcels that I received on behalf of my mom. We have travelled to many places and countries. This has been the best experience ever!"

"Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag.
The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge.
The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around.

WWitidaWe came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

XXiaoyi0730Very satisfied. This is my first time staying at Hampton by Hilton. The hotel is positioned as a mid-to-high-end chain business hotel. The price is relatively favorable. It is still slightly luxurious in the same level. After all, it has authentic pedigree. The food is super good, with many varieties and a full range. The freshly made beef noodles taste very good. The front desk staff is very responsible and helped me pack the trekking poles I wanted to check in. At the same time, I would like to thank the front desk lady surnamed Li for upgrading my room for free. The room service staff also found my hat. Thank you very much.

BBeiyiwangdelainuoFood: Breakfast is semi-buffet, and the staple food needs to be determined one night in advance. Freshly squeezed juice, pastries, fruits, etc. will be available for self-service. Although there are not many breakfast varieties, the taste is very good. The B&B also provides meals, but it needs to be booked one day in advance. The portion is full and the taste is also very good.
Service: The butler will add you to WeChat early and answer questions online throughout the whole process. There is also a butler group, which provides a one-to-one saturated service, and most needs can be solved in time. Inform the butler of the arrival time, and the butler will drive the shuttle bus to the door of the winery to receive you.
Room: Free upgrade to the starry sky duplex king bed room A, while retaining the viewing balcony, it is also equipped with a loft directly connected to the rooftop terrace, which is a good place for night stargazing. The room has comfortable bedding, and is equipped with a relatively hard buckwheat pillow and a softer latex pillow. The mini bar is free, and the tea room is equipped with local eight-treasure tea bags.
Building: It is both a B&B and a winery. There is a large vineyard between the welcoming gate and the accommodation area. It is summer, and the low grape vines are beginning to sprout and bloom. The -1F of the main building is the wine cellar and brewing workshop of the Chateau de Chadolan. You can contact the housekeeper to make an appointment in advance, and the tour is free. Thanks to Master Zhou of the winery, the explanation is very detailed, and many of the explanations are refreshing. I also tasted the original wine directly from the fermentation tank, which is a rare and special experience. I heard that the B&B will open an outdoor swimming pool in summer, which must be good for watching movies. Unfortunately, the schedule is relatively tight and I didn’t have time to visit it properly.
Location: At the foot of the Helan Mountains, close to Manpu Town and Zhenbeibao Western Film City, both of which are 15 minutes away by car. There are many wineries around, including Liushi Winery, Walfeng, Xiamu, Turandot and other wineries, all within a 30-minute drive. Go north to the Helan Rock Painting Scenic Area, which takes about 30 minutes.

GGuest UserLovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area.
The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super !
We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity.
We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The toiletries were all upmarket
If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping.
Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

AAnonymous UserThe twin beds are 1.3m wide and can be put together, but there is a wall lamp in the middle that gets in the way. The mattress has side seams. The bed is very high and the mattress is very thick. I felt it was a bit hard at first, but after sleeping on it for three days, I felt it was just right. The blackout curtains in the bathroom are very good, and turning on the light in the bathroom does not affect others. The window can be opened for ventilation and cooling. The hair dryer can also be a domestic brand, which is good and has many temperature options. The free drinks are OK, and small bottles of Yibao water can also be added. The service is also timely. Check-in and check-out are also fast. The slippers for the children are not big. I don’t know if they are specially small for us. They are a bit too suitable for 4-year-olds. The lobby is not big and there are no chairs.

Our room on the 37th floor boasted 270° floor-to-ceiling windows, showcasing both the Helan Mountain sunset and Yinchuan's dazzling nightscape. Bathing felt like floating among the clouds. The kind staff at the front desk even thoughtfully brought up slippers and toothbrushes for the kids.
Breakfast was a delightful surprise, featuring local specialties like hand-pulled lamb and goji berry yogurt – truly a revitalizing start to the day! As someone extremely particular about cleanliness, I couldn't find a single flaw; the bedding and bathroom were spotlessly clean, practically sparkling. I've already decided that this will be my go-to hotel for all future visits to Yinchuan. It's undoubtedly the top hotel in Yinchuan!
