"The hotel's location is excellent, just a few steps from Erdao Street Night Market downstairs, with plenty of food options. The hotel is newly opened, so the rooms are clean, and the staff are enthusiastic and responsible, with a great attitude. Things are delivered very quickly when requested. However, the downside is the large air conditioning unit from the shopping mall downstairs, which starts before 5 AM and runs until 8 or 9 PM, which was a bit unbearable. Parking on the upper levels was a bit difficult during peak hours for both entry and exit. The breakfast was just average; I was hoping for some local specialties but couldn't find any. Hope these can be improved."

"Very satisfactory 3 nights stay at Jinze hotel during our recent visit to Yan’an. Hotel room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable. Very strategic location at the city centre, walkable to QingLiang Hill and the famous food street. Getting a taxi or DIDI is easy. We enjoyed the breakfast served in the hotel which comes with good variety and mostly local dishes. What impressed me most is the friendly staffs who are always enthusiastic to offer help and travel advice. The hotel in-house restaurants offer delicious food that comes with very reasonable price. Not surprisingly that we had several enjoyable meals at the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff also offered us free souvenirs when we checked out. Appreciate the kind gesture very much 😁. No doubt I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit Yan’an."

"I always stay at this hotel when I travel for business, and occasionally I get a room upgrade, so my experience has always been good. But today, I experienced what it means to be taken advantage of. @Yan'an Culture and Tourism, it was raining, and it was really hard to get a taxi to the high-speed rail station. I couldn't get a ride through Didi or Gaode. I don't know why? Is it automatically filtered out, or is the hotel really that remote? Because my departure time was short, I contacted the hotel to see if they could arrange a car, and they immediately asked for 200 yuan! A taxi usually costs 15 yuan! Thinking back, the hotel wasn't wrong, but shouldn't there be a standard price for hotel services?"

It would be perfect if there was a laundry room!"

"The hotel is located in the Yan'an New District, not far from the Yan'an Grand Theater and the Municipal Government. The hotel has not been open for long, the facilities are relatively new, there is a smart toilet, the room size is OK, and it is very quiet at night. The breakfast is average. The restaurant does not have an intelligent system, and you have to manually check whether the breakfast has been booked. I hope the hotel can improve this. The elderly booked a twin room, and we booked a double room."

"The location is just six minutes from the railway station, on the west side of the river. It is also a twelve minute walk from the coach station, so very convenient if you want to take a bus to Hukou Waterfall, Wave Valley or The Canyon. I chose a Kang room, even though it was summer, and it was a novel experience. The staff were all friendly, and breakfast was fine. There is currently no laundry room in the hotel for guests to use."
