I booked this hotel because it had a stellar 5.0-star rating, and my stay was absolutely fantastic! The experience was top-notch! The location is super convenient, just a few hundred meters from Wuyue Plaza, making it an easy walk. Exploring Yan'an was a breeze. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, and the attention to detail made the stay so comfortable. The value for money is outstanding, and the breakfast was especially rich and varied. I highly recommend trying the 'hollow noodles' that were featured in 'A Bite of China' – many other hotels nearby don't offer this for breakfast, only this one does! Staying at Zhiping Hotel (Qingshui Tianhe Branch) is definitely the way to go.

Excellent hotel and recommended! The room was big enough for 2 of us and very clean. There are several restaurants near by. Although Trip.com shows the breakfast is from 7:00am but the actually it starts from 7:30, which was a bit late considering our schedule of the day. The breakfast restaurant staff was kind enough and we were allowed to start the breakfast from around 7:00 although the selection was limited until 7:30. Overall very good experience!

I just stayed at the Vienna International Hotel in Yan'an New District, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! I have to give it a thumbs up! The receptionist was incredibly welcoming, which made me feel good. The check-in process was efficient and attentive, and she even thoughtfully recommended fun places and good restaurants nearby, making me feel instantly at home. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym, which is great for business trips and vacations. I especially want to praise the mattress in the room! It's supposedly specially developed, and lying on it feels like being gently cradled by a cloud, with a perfect balance of support and softness. Even though I'm a light sleeper, I slept soundly until morning, waking up refreshed and completely free of fatigue! The breakfast the next day was also a pleasant surprise. The restaurant had an elegant ambiance and an unexpectedly wide variety of options. There was Chinese-style hot porridge and steamed buns, Western-style bread and coffee, as well as various fresh fruits, delicate pastries, and even local specialties—everything was prepared with care and tasted amazing. This hotel has a very high-end feel in terms of decor and facilities, exuding sophistication, but the prices are very reasonable, making it excellent value for money! Next time, whether it's for business or leisure, I will definitely choose this Vienna International Hotel again!

I stayed in the first room on the left after exiting the elevator on the fourth floor. The window was by the stairs. There was a slipper under the bed, which suggests they never clean under there. Upstairs, there must be a KTV because I could hear singing until 1 or 2 AM, which disturbed my sleep. Plus, there was a low-frequency noise, probably from some large equipment room near the unit. Parking was also quite tight, though that might have been due to the May Day holiday; I'm not sure what it's usually like. Now for the good points: The bathroom had a three-way split design (separate toilet, shower, and sink areas), and they provided face towels. The bedding was comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful. I'd recommend booking a higher floor to avoid the noise.

Atour Hotel's service was excellent. The front desk staff greeted us with smiles during check-in, and the car service was warm and attentive. The room we were assigned had good soundproofing and powerful air conditioning. The hotel has free parking, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel facilities were comprehensive, including a free laundry room and gym. Upon check-out, the front desk staff even gave us a small gift and some warm water – the service was superb! Thumbs up!

The cinema king-size bed room is very good. The layout and comfort of the room are relatively high. Compared with other room types I stayed in before, it is more cost-effective. I recommend staying in this room type. Afternoon tea for two: I especially like afternoon tea. This design is very friendly to business travelers and feels good.

Driving all the way from Jiangnan to Northern Shaanxi, I was truly struck by the extreme geographical differences. The cave hotel was definitely the highlight of our trip to Yan'an. It was uniquely charming and spotless, with excellent facilities and wonderfully attentive service. They even upgraded our room based on our specific needs, which was a fantastic bonus. Definitely a five-star experience!

The beds are soft and comfortable, making people not want to get up as soon as they lie down. The various facilities in the room, such as air conditioning, TV, Internet, etc., all operate very steadily, providing me with a good rest and entertainment environment. Especially the network speed, whether it is processing work mail or watching video online, can be kept smooth and unimpeded. In addition, the public area of the hotel has also impressed me. The lobby is spacious and bright, elegantly decorated, and is a great place for guests to rest and communicate. The swings, paddling pools, leisure areas and other leisure facilities in the courtyard are all available, so that I can also find a good place to relax during my busy schedule. The maintenance of these facilities is also very good, clean and hygienic, making people feel very relieved to use. Overall, the hotel's infrastructure is very complete and intimate. Highly recommend this hotel! The rooms have excellent natural light and ventilation; there was no unpleasant odor upon entering. The sheets and duvet covers were disinfected and felt fresh to the touch. The toiletries were of high quality, and the hot water supply was consistent and uninterrupted. The room's soundproofing was superb, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The room service was friendly, the check-out process was quick, and the value for money was exceptional. Definitely worth staying here again!

The room and bedding are clean and tidy, the environment is elegant, very close to the attractions, suitable for morning exercises, although the breakfast is not rich but it is close, Chinese food can be ordered very convenient, the service staff did not say, warm and thoughtful.
