"I chose this place to get married and pick up a bride. Except for the traffic jam at the entrance during morning and evening rush hours, everything else was fine. The lobby of this hotel has a very high-end feel, the decoration is exquisite, the front desk staff, Guo and Jia, are very welcoming. The room looks refreshing, clean and tidy. The price is not expensive in the urban area, and the accommodation environment and hygiene are much better than those of express hotels of the same price. Xiaoguo Xiaojia has a standard service attitude and is worth recommending."

Excellent hotel and recommended! The room was big enough for 2 of us and very clean. There are several restaurants near by. Although Trip.com shows the breakfast is from 7:00am but the actually it starts from 7:30, which was a bit late considering our schedule of the day. The breakfast restaurant staff was kind enough and we were allowed to start the breakfast from around 7:00 although the selection was limited until 7:30. Overall very good experience!

Guest UserI booked this hotel because it had a stellar 5.0-star rating, and my stay was absolutely fantastic! The experience was top-notch! The location is super convenient, just a few hundred meters from Wuyue Plaza, making it an easy walk. Exploring Yan'an was a breeze. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, and the attention to detail made the stay so comfortable. The value for money is outstanding, and the breakfast was especially rich and varied. I highly recommend trying the 'hollow noodles' that were featured in 'A Bite of China' – many other hotels nearby don't offer this for breakfast, only this one does! Staying at Zhiping Hotel (Qingshui Tianhe Branch) is definitely the way to go.

Anonymous UserThe room was spacious and quiet at night, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable! They have a parking lot, which is very convenient for self-driving guests. The owner was genuinely enthusiastic, offering welcome fruits and a small gift at checkout, both very thoughtful touches. The front desk also had a variety of seasonal fruits available, service 100%. The Yellow River carp in the first-floor restaurant was excellent, made with fresh fish. The shredded potato stir-fry (tudou caca) and fried rice cakes were also delicious. However, I really don't recommend the hand-shredded chicken; I'd suggest the owner remove it from the menu. When I left, I bought a lot of local specialties in the lobby, most were 10 yuan a bag, and they even had a 'buy 10 get 1 free' deal, haha! 😆

brain_taoThe guesthouse is only about 200 meters from the scenic area entrance. The owner is said to be a scenic area ambassador, so you can get a discount on tickets purchased through him. The food at this guesthouse is delicious, especially their lamb (the owner's mother has been cooking lamb for 41 years! [Thumbs up]). It used to be called ”Lao Dang's Farmhouse Cuisine.” The guesthouse offers both cave-style rooms and standard rooms. Currently, the cave-style rooms don't have air conditioning, but it doesn't seem to matter much, as the temperature difference between day and night is quite significant, and it's not cold at night.
The guesthouse has a large courtyard (I really like guesthouses with courtyards), parking is very convenient, and a self-service car wash is available.

Inside the scenic area, it is very lively at night, the room is very quiet and clean! Suitable for taking photos and checking in! The breakfast is also rich. And the price is not high, it is very cost-effective to use the points deduction. It is also very easy to find after getting off the highway, and it is very close. The parking lot is on the underground floor, and you can take the elevator directly upstairs. There are a lot of luggage, and the girl at the front desk came down to pick it up. The sheets and duvet covers were disinfected and felt fresh to the touch. The toiletries were of high quality, and the hot water supply was consistent and uninterrupted. The room's soundproofing was superb, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The room service was friendly, the check-out process was quick, and the value for money was exceptional. Definitely worth staying here again!

BajiuyunyanThis year, Hukou Waterfall was the second stop on our trip to China with my parents. After checking reviews online, this place seemed to be the best option around, very distinctive with a typical Northwestern style. The entire complex is quite large; although the surroundings are a bit sparse, the environment is very comfortable. You can take a stroll along the Yellow River in the morning, and there's a bonfire party in the evening. The owner specifically reserved a room near the pool for the kids. However, it was too hot these days to play in the water during the day, and at night, there were so many mosquitoes we ended up with bites all over. Overall, it was still a very good experience.

This guesthouse is quite old; you can even hear trains running at night. It's a 5-minute walk from Yan'an Railway Station. There's a bus stop right across the street, making it very convenient to go to scenic spots. There's a street full of delicious food downstairs. It's also very convenient to take the bus anywhere. The guesthouse itself is rather old. As for the bathroom, I really don't know how to describe it.
