"First of all, I didn’t know what was broken in the booked room. I changed to a room without windows. I said that I had upgraded it. I wanted to make do with it for one night. It’s okay to have no windows. Wouldn’t it be a problem to have a design of this room. It’s seriously flawed. The most useless decoration, not only useless actual functions, It also brought endless trouble to the guests. From the tree in the room, the decoration is incompatible with the whole room. I don’t know what the designer thinks. The lights on the tree are connected to the bathroom. It must be opened and closed. The room without windows is very dark. This must be closed. To turn on the full-on lights is really not know what the designer thinks, seriously violate the design principle of functionality first, pursue the fancy, user experience is very poor. Especially this windowless room is afraid of the dark need a little light to sleep guests, caused great trouble, but there is no effective solution. I hope to redesign this room and remove the tree with no function. It is recommended that the hotel adopt yellow lights as decoration. Instead of green and purple, it is slightly uncomfortable. In terms of design, the user experience is poor, the service is OK, and the breakfast is relatively simple. Stayed for one night, I don’t understand the hotel design very well."

Parking is convenient, the charging pile is 2 minutes walk from the hotel, but it cannot be charged after 10 pm because it is occupied by the bus. GGuest UserThis was the best night I slept since I went on this long trip for nearly 10 days! The hostess was very hospitable, and the small cave homestay yard was kept clean. In the afternoon, the hostess took us around the village and dug a basket of wild vegetables. For dinner, we had steamed wild vegetables with rice noodles that we had never tried before. It was not very delicious, but it was a brand new experience. We also went to see the 500-year-old locust tree next to her mother's house. The village was very quiet and warm at night, with hot and cold water. Three meals a day were cooked by the hostess herself, and we also ate freshly baked steamed buns, which felt like home. Tourists who drive to the Yucha Grand Canyon Scenic Area can consider living here.

The small yard is full of seasonal vegetables, which are used for three meals a day for the guests staying in the hotel. The cave-style rooms are full of regional characteristics. The boss and the boss's wife are very enthusiastic. We caught up with the heavy rain that had not been seen for a long time and the road was not easy to walk. We were more than 2 hours later than expected, but the boss still cooked a delicious dinner for us personally. The taste was very good and the ingredients were fresh. The boss introduced himself and said that he had been a chef in Beijing. What's more unexpected is that a few hundred meters away from the farmhouse is the Niuweizhai Observation Deck - the classic big bend of the Yellow River, which is also a free scenic spot. The Yellow River is very spectacular. I recommend everyone to come here. It is very cost-effective.

MMechiWe wanted to stay a few more hours because we had a night train and they wanted to charge us for an entire night, the bedsheets and the room were already used and it was nothing for them to charge us half a day, we needed to make a reservation at another hotel. The window is extra small and the best view is from the hallways, don’t know who designed this hotel.
It was clean and the bed super comfy, but the system for taking a shower and go to the loo was weird and uncomfortable with not proper ventilation. But, it is perfect for the price

After booking this Yan'an Folk Hotel, the front desk upgraded the specifications for free. The environment is good, clean and hygienic, and the hot water for bathing is also very good! The morning buffet is also rich, including hot and cold dishes, steamed buns and fried dough sticks, milk pastries, coffee and fruits. The return train was at 4 o'clock, and the front desk was very helpful in extending our check-out time to 3 o'clock, which was really nice👍

There are also gardening arrangements, complete housing facilities and equipment, clean and tidy. The staff is very considerate. They turned on the air conditioner in advance, increased the amount of mineral water, and prepared children's slippers. The breakfast is very satisfactory, with Western-style pastries and grains with the characteristics of northern Shaanxi. KKekeaiaideniugeniujiemamaOn the last day of the Yan'an trip, in order to relieve the fatigue along the way, I specially booked this hotel, which is known as the best in Yan'an. From the hotel scale to the hardware and software facilities and the front desk service, it is really very good. Especially the front desk lady, who is responsive to every request, especially praise 👍👍
When checking in, I confirmed again that only the king-size bed room has a bathtub. Because I have been walking around for two days, my back and legs are sore and swollen. I want to take a bath to relax, so I asked if I could change a standard room to a king-size bed, and I hope that several rooms can be together to facilitate the care of the elderly and children. The lady arranged it very quickly and personally arranged welcome fruits, which was very in place. The hotel's mineral water supply is not only doubled in the room, but also available in the elevator room. This is very considerate for tourists who are not very adaptable to the dry climate in northern Shaanxi.
The breakfast is good overall, but there are not many varieties. The only bread sandwiches for breakfast are butter, jam, nuts and raisins. There is a lack of meat such as bacon and ham. There is only one sausage in the whole breakfast that is a pure meat product, which is a bit lacking. The children didn't eat the small cakes at the seafood buffet the night before, so they thought they would eat it in the morning, but they didn't expect that there was no breakfast at all😔😔
For the hotel facilities, I personally think there are still some suggestions for improvement:
1. The bath water temperature is low, the shower is OK, but the bath is not enough. It is recommended to increase it appropriately and let the guests adjust it by themselves. The temperature changes greatly in spring. Although it was more than 30 degrees in the previous few days, it dropped below 10 degrees on the night we arrived. With such a large temperature difference, the water temperature should also be adjusted in time.
2. There are not enough facilities for placing clean clothes around the bathtub. There are hooks on the wall of the bathroom in the standard king-size bed room, which is very humane, but there is only a stool next to the bathtub in the suite, and the wall tiles on the side are still very rough, which is not very convenient. And the hotel does not provide disposable bathtub covers, which is a bit regrettable. After all, now all Jiangsu and Zhejiang homestays with bathtubs will provide them. It is recommended to add them, especially for super large bathtubs. Generally, you will not buy such a large bathtub cover if you bring your own😂😂
3. The trash can is not covered with disposable trash bags, which puts higher requirements on the work of the housekeeping staff. Once the holiday, it will be a bit too busy and there will be omissions.
Generally speaking, the hotel is very good. I didn't have time to walk around and swim this time, but I will choose it again next time.

FFee YingVery satisfactory 3 nights stay at Jinze hotel during our recent visit to Yan’an. Hotel room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable. Very strategic location at the city centre, walkable to QingLiang Hill and the famous food street. Getting a taxi or DIDI is easy. We enjoyed the breakfast served in the hotel which comes with good variety and mostly local dishes. What impressed me most is the friendly staffs who are always enthusiastic to offer help and travel advice. The hotel in-house restaurants offer delicious food that comes with very reasonable price. Not surprisingly that we had several enjoyable meals at the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff also offered us free souvenirs when we checked out. Appreciate the kind gesture very much 😁. No doubt I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit Yan’an.
