"It was so unexpected. When we walked into this hotel, the staff treated us like old friends. It was really a kind and warm feeling. The room has floor heating and diffuse oxygen supply, which is very comfortable. It was a little late to arrive at the hotel at noon, so Lina asked the chef to cook for us separately. After returning from the scenic spot, we watched the large-scale song and dance performance ”Wedding under the Mountain of God” in the evening. We could eat hot pot while watching it. The scene was grand and interactive. It was really a spiritual enjoyment. Here, I would like to especially thank our butler Chen Caoyong for his care for us and give him a big thumbs up."

"A group of four friends and I booked this newly opened B&B. The price was very cost-effective during the summer vacation, and the B&B completely exceeded our expectations! The B&B seems to be the latest to open in Siguniang Mountain. The rooms are super large, and the beautiful scenery of western Sichuan is clearly on display here. The green forest is very spectacular, and the entire floor-to-ceiling window in the room is the best viewing spot. The location of the B&B is superb, not far from anywhere, and you can also drive directly there, which is very convenient. The wabi-sabi style design is beautiful and unique, and the things used in the house are very textured. There is an elevator, and the owner will also help with luggage. The service is very good! You can dine in the B&B and rest after eating. The taste is authentic. The overall experience is amazing, and it is worth staying"

"位置好，裝修可以，服務態度也不錯，但是有幾個點很影響入住體驗，一是房間一直有股很濃的廁所反味，但神奇的是廁所卻完全沒有味道，開了冷空調味道就消失，但一關空調馬上味道又出來了，目測是新風系統的問題，建議你們排查下。為避免臭味開了一晚上冷空調，風口對着床吹的第二天頭疼。另外窗簾是遮光的，但床頭位置的窗邊有塊凸出的板，導致窗簾垂下來一直有條縫，天一亮一束光照進來剛好照在臉上，如圖，早上照醒幾次。還有就是停車比較麻煩，進出都要給前台打電話報車牌號前台再叫人人工抬桿，停車場走到酒店也略繞。"

GGuest UserThe name on Trip.com is Siguniang Mountain Qingfeng Xiaozhu Homestay, but the actual name on the hotel sign is The Snow Journey Hotel or The Monk Under The Mountain.
The room we stayed in had a bathtub right by the window, and when you looked outside, you could see the mountains and the river—so beautiful! During our 4-day, 3-night stay, we experienced both snowy views and views of the melting snow, giving us a variety of atmospheres. Every corner was perfect for taking photos, and in the mornings, we could just lie in bed and enjoy the view.

In the room, there’s a bed that you can adjust to make it warm, so the bed stays cozy. The bathroom also has a heating system, which was great because it was below freezing when we went. After coming back from the cold outdoors, taking a warm shower was absolutely wonderful!
The bathtub is the highlight of the room! Soaking in warm water while enjoying the beautiful view was totally worth it.
They provide all the basic amenities you might need, and if you’re missing anything, you can pick it up at the lobby. They have a table with various items (near the ”wish tree”) that you can take for free. Or you can message them on WeChat to request anything. Upon check-in, the staff will serve you tea and snacks and ask to add you on WeChat for easier communication since they speak very little English. Communicating via WeChat was very easy and convenient, and they were very quick to respond and always offered help.
The lobby has a fireplace, cozy seating, a dining table, and sometimes in the evenings, they play music or karaoke.
The rooftop on the 5th floor has a place to sit and enjoy the view, along with a washing machine and drying racks, which is great for those staying for an extended period.

The hotel is a bit off the main road, but the service is excellent. There are three staff members: a woman, a man (probably the owner), and a housekeeper. The woman takes care of everything from check-ins to preparing breakfast (which you can request for an additional 28 RMB per person), and even dinner. During our stay, we wanted to go somewhere, and if she was free, she offered to pick us up and drop us off. The care and attention were top-notch!
---- A Lovely Experience ----
The woman who took care of us was really sweet. When we went to the Four Sisters Mountain, she helped us book a car for 15 RMB per person. On the way back, I didn’t book a ride because I wasn’t sure when we’d leave the park, and I thought I could easily grab a Didi taxi. But I was wrong! I couldn’t find a Didi near the park, and to make matters worse, my phone died (from taking too many pictures). I ended up walking around trying to find a taxi, showing the hotel card and gesturing to the drivers that I needed to go back to the hotel. I finally found a taxi that agreed to take me back for the same price (15 RMB per person). The taxi dropped us off close to the hotel but got stuck behind a snowplow, so we had to walk the rest of the way. On the way, we spotted the hotel car and the woman who had been worried and looking for us. She was about to drive to the park to pick us up because she hadn’t heard from us, and we hadn’t replied to her messages. It was such a touching moment when she found us! 🥹

If you’re looking for a place with amazing views, great prices, spacious and clean rooms, and service that feels like family, I highly recommend this hotel. Even though the location is a bit off the main road (and there aren’t many shops nearby), it’s definitely worth it. I’m planning to return for sure!

We have had a really fabulous time since before we stayed there.
SERVICE is better than 6 stars hotel!
They let us know the weather in Shuangqiaogou and told us how to prepare the outfit for the unpredictable weather at that moment. When we reached Chengdu, they asked us whether we would like them to prepare the meal for us or not because we will reach their place around midnight. They borrowed us the ******* tradition dress to us for FREE. We can wear it and the photo around the hotel area. Whatever the requests we require, they will fulfill it immediately!
THE ROOM is extremely clean and convenient for us.
The boiler machine can set the temperature we want. The oxygen concentrator is really safe in our life during trading in the high altitude area. The ”XIAO DU” made our lives easier when we were there. They change the towel and clean the room every day. The blanket pillow and bedsheets are really clean.
BREAKFAST is an ala cart set. They served the same thing every day. It is simple but nice.
LOCATION is not in the town but is surrounded by a peaceful mountain. It is a good place for having a relaxing holiday.
I wish I could go back their again with my parents.

We stayed here for two nights and had three meals at the hotel. The food was also great especially fried rice with eggs.
10-15 minutes walking distance from Changpinggou and siguniangshan transport center whate we bought our bus tickets to Dugiangyan.

GGuest UserOur stay here was absolutely worth every penny. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warmth and attentiveness of the entire team. The service truly went above and beyond — every staff member was incredibly friendly, offering great advice on where to visit around Chengdu, and even thoughtfully prepared an oxygen bottle for our trip to the national park.
A special highlight was the hotel’s manager personally offering us a car ride to the national park — such an unexpected and generous gesture that made our journey even more comfortable and memorable.
On our first night, we enjoyed a delicious hotpot at the hotel, and on the second night, we tried other Chinese dishes — every meal was authentic and absolutely delicious.
Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a stunning view, making it a perfect place to relax after a full day of exploring.
This was without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We left with full hearts and amazing memories. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Chengdu — we would love to come back again!

We visited in mid-March and were greeted by snowfall. Truly magical experience for a family from a rainforest country. Waking up to mountains draped in white was unforgettable.
Unfortunately, luck wasn’t entirely on our side, as the scenic area was closed on our second day due to snow storm, altering our expedition plans. But we have no regrets about staying here. Despite the cold, the staff’s warm hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable.
The 管家 was very helpful in guiding us on what to prepare for our trip. We were also upgraded to a room with the best view, which made our stay even more special.
The next morning, we enjoyed a hearty breakfast before setting off. Although there was no tourist bus to take us to the entrance, they arranged a private car for us and even contacted our driver to ensure a smooth departure.

GGuest UserThis was an interesting hotel. It is in the ChongPing gorge so a little bit complicated to get to. Luckily the hotel has a shuttle service to pick you up from the outside of ChongPing. Reception staff are very attentive and welcoming. The room was nice as and well furnished. They are doing construction so the building being constructed takes away from the view, but the mountain is still visible from the rooms and the roof, and a couple of minute walk gets you a clean view.

A Slice of Heaven in Xiaojin
We stayed at Cloud Inn in Xiaojin County and it was honestly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. Originally, we planned for just one night… but my friend got altitude sickness (don’t worry — they even have an oxygen machine available!) and we ended up cancelling our next destination just to stay another night. That’s how comfortable and peaceful it felt here.
What truly makes this place special are the people. The aunties, the staff, the bosses, and even the two dogs, Hua and Keke — they’re all incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely warm. From helping us when we arrived, to patiently explaining everything we needed, to just chatting and laughing with us — they made us feel like part of a big family.
The hotel also has a café, and as a coffee lover, I’d give it 9/10! The latte was so good, and the vibe is cozy and relaxing — perfect after a long day of mountain air.
As Muslim travelers, we mentioned our dietary needs, and the staff were thoughtful and careful to guide us through what we could eat. They even helped us locate a Halal restaurant nearby and arranged a very affordable taxi for us. It made a huge difference in our stay.
Also, if you’re planning to visit Shuangqiao Valley (just 8km away), no worries — the hotel helped us book a taxi for about 30 yuan, and the same driver picked us up after. Super smooth and easy.
And for those who want something extra special: the bosses are building a gorgeous new branch just 10–15 minutes away, with private pools in every room and a panoramic view of Mount Siguniang. I’ve seen it myself — it’s honestly breathtaking. If you can afford to splurge, this is the place.
When it was time to say goodbye… I cried. Like, actual tears. The staff walked us to our van, hugged us, and told us to come again. It felt like leaving family. And I’m not writing this review because they were kind only to me — I’m writing this because this hotel is truly something special.

小金县的一片天堂 ——
我们原本只打算在小金县的 Cloud Inn 云上客栈 住一晚，但因为朋友高反（别担心，酒店配有吸氧设备），我们最后取消了原本的行程，多留了一晚。真的一点都不后悔，这里太舒服、太温暖了。
这里最特别的地方是人。酒店的阿姨们、工作人员、老板们，还有两只狗狗 Hua 和 Keke，都非常热情、真诚、有耐心。从我们一到达开始，他们就一直照顾我们、陪我们聊天、带我们看风景，真的感觉像家人一样。
酒店里还有一个咖啡馆，作为一个咖啡爱好者，我给这里的拿铁打 9/10 分！味道很好，环境也很放松，适合在山里玩了一整天后慢慢享受。
作为穆斯林旅客，我们在饮食方面有一些限制。我们说明之后，工作人员特别贴心，认真帮我们确认哪些食物我们可以吃，还帮我们联系了附近的清真餐厅，叫了一辆价格非常实惠的出租车。真的太感谢他们了。
如果你计划去双桥沟（距离酒店大约8公里），完全不用担心交通问题，酒店也可以帮你叫出租车，大概30元，而且司机也会按时来接你，非常方便。
还有一个超级惊喜：老板们正在打造一个新分店，大约离现在这家店10–15分钟车程。每个房间都有私人泳池，面向四姑娘山的绝美景色。我亲自去看过，真的太震撼了！如果你想体验更高级的度假感受，那边会是一个非常值得的选择。
当我们离开时……我真的哭了。所有工作人员都送我们到门口，有人给我一个拥抱，还有人站在门边目送我们离开。就像分别的家人一样温暖。写这篇评价不是因为他们对我特别好，而是因为这家酒店真的值得推荐。

We truly appreciate the amazing hospitality at Feeling Mountain—by far one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. ✨
Before arriving in the Siguniang Mountain area, the sweet meimei contacted us in advance to make sure we had the exact address of the homestay, since it’s located halfway up the mountain. Eventually, she picked us up in Siguniang town and even brought us to lunch before heading up.
The homestay is located in a local village halfway up the mountain. The area is still developing, so it might seem a bit messy around the surroundings, but it didn’t affect the awesomeness of our stay at Feeling Mountain. They even upgraded us to a room with a better view, where we could see Mount Siguniang directly from our window. The room wasn’t super spacious, but it was sparkling clean and so cozy! (Not to mention the super comfortable bed!)
We were always being fed by meimei, haha. We loved the warm teas and the apple passion fruit—so good!
The BBQ dinner was great, and we got to enjoy it in the living room area with a view of the snow-covered mountains.
There’s an adorable dog named Jiujiu (久久) and a cutie cat named Shiyi (十一)—we loved their company too.
The photo with two dogs is from the lovely café nearby, just a 2-minute walk away, where Jiujiu’s “girlfriend” lives, haha.
Overall, the experience was superb, and we totally enjoyed our stay at Feeling Mountain Homestay. We absolutely loved it and hope to visit again in the future!

GGine HuiThe stay was ok. The hotel staff were not that friendly and helpful. The staff didn't greet us whenever they saw us during our 2 nights stay there. It is a small property and we were probably the only few customers there and yet it felt like we're were strangers to them. There is no elevator and we had to lug our luggage up to the 4th floor where our room was. Likewise we need to carry them down from our room when we checked out. If you need suggestion and information about getting around and what to do, don't hold hope that the staff is able give useful tips, you would have better luck checking the Internet. Breakfast was not ready by 7.30am on our first morning and the choices were limited due to low season. We had some soup noodles which was nice. The room was decently decorated. However, the toilet bowl flush was annoying and flushed by itself and splashed water out onto the floor with the ”faulty” sensor. There is no air conditioning but luckily there was floor heating. However, the heating took extremely long time to heat up. We also had to request them to activate the heater for us even though they knew we were in the room in the cold winter, really lack of sense of good customer service. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the Changpinggou visitor center. We visited in February, during the low season, 80% of the shops were closed in Changpinggou area so it felt like a dead town. We went to Shuangqiaogou for meals and it seemed livelier there.
