The owner welcomed us with pleasure and he also upgraded our room. This inn made us feel cozy and comfortable like we were at home. They also provided the meal. (Their hot pot was so good with a big potion) The owner and all stuffs are so nice. The communication was so smooth although we used translate app. The location is also good because there is a cafe nearby.

When traveling during the Mid-Autumn Festival, it is normal to pay a premium for a room with more passengers. In addition to the appropriate hardness of the bed in the room, the following problems were discovered: 1. The so-called starry sky room booked for a fee has an extra piece of glass on the top of the bed. The curtains on the ceiling are as shown in the picture. The hygienic condition is average. There is still toothpaste on the washing cup. The friend's room next door even had the toothpaste used by the previous guest in a cup (not photographed). 4. The newly vacant room I lived in at that time did not have disposable slippers, and there was only one pair of sandals. If two people lived there, the other person would not be able to use them. As a hotel in a scenic spot, its operation is not likely to be affected by the off-peak and peak seasons, but as an accommodation industry, please better improve the hygiene and maintenance of inn facilities and equipment.

The owner provide great service. The hotel doesn’t have breakfast, but does the restaurant nearby. She also helps book a car back to Chengdu. people here are really friendly even you can’t speak Chinese.

The inn is in a convenient location and is very convenient for traveling. There are two convenient supermarkets next to it, and you can just walk to the nearest scenic spot. The room is clean and tidy, the boss is warm and generous, and the food at the inn is delicious. I will come back next time! ! !

The room was fully equipped with amenities such as drinking water, a hairdryer, and toiletries (the soap smelled amazing!). The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable—it kept me warm and cozy even though it was around -4°C outside. The floor had a heater, and the staff made sure to explain everything clearly. There were extra blankets provided in the bedside cabinet and two types of indoor slippers available. The room also had a water heater, which worked perfectly. For meals, there’s a dining area downstairs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The hot tea was particularly delightful, and they also offered a variety of coffee and other drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the hotpot here—it was incredibly tasty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail. One of the staff members, who might also be the owner, kindly arranged a taxi for us to visit Shuangqiaogou. They also helped us book transportation back to Chengdu, with an additional service fee of 10 yuan per person. They were so thoughtful and accommodating! I was genuinely happy with my choice to stay here, and there was nothing disappointing about the experience. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations in every way. I even met many Thai travelers during my stay, so it was lively and far from lonely! If you’re unsure about staying here, I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it.
