From the moment I called to make a reservation in Beijing, I could feel Marriott's enthusiasm and care. Miss Cathy Xiao from the reservation department enthusiastically and patiently introduced the room type to me. In the end, I also booked a 75-square-meter suite. Cathy knew that I was traveling with an elderly man of nearly 80 years old, and she also specially sent breakfast and upgraded the room type. I really experienced Marriott's spirit of ”serving you”. Thank you again and again! Miss He at the front desk also took the initiative to serve, and she also wanted to praise it!
In terms of hardware, Sheraton is even better. Songlan Mountain hosted the Hangzhou Asian Games Sailing Regatta, and Sheraton is also the designated partner hotel for the event. I strongly recommend this resort hotel to everyone. Although the price is a little expensive, you will definitely get more value for money! Open the curtains and walk onto the terrace in the morning. Facilities: Very good. All the rooms are voice-activated by Xiaodu (except for the screen). One small suggestion: could you provide a notification for each light in the room? For example, the bathroom light is called ”bathroom light strip.” We asked Xiaodu to turn it on, but it didn't understand. Or could we change the bathroom light to turn on when someone approaches? There are too many lights in the room, and since we don't know the names of most of them, we can only turn them on and off, which happens all the time.
Cleanliness: Very clean. The floor was spotless, and the bed was fine. Because there are so many furniture and ornaments, and most of them are dark, cleaning is actually quite challenging. Keeping every spot dust-free is quite challenging, but they do a very thorough job.
Ambience: The outdoor area of this room is absolutely stunning! It's especially beautiful in the evening! Recommended for cycling enthusiasts. The mountain road is quite challenging, but cycling at night is also uncomfortable!
Also, the hotel pool is great. It's not big, but swimming at night while looking at the distant mountains and clouds is truly beautiful. Service: The butler service was very attentive.
Local afternoon tea: The chicken feet were super delicious.
Also, the breakfast was excellent, Chinese style, with millet porridge and various pickled vegetables. Perfect for a Chinese baby.

They offer two types of accommodations: rooms in the main building and individual villas on the tea mountain. XXuanqinzilanI chose to come to this homestay for the weekend during the ripening season of oranges. I heard from friends about the homestay in the orange garden before.
The B&B is located in Hepu Baizhang Village, and this orange tree can be seen everywhere. The design of this homestay is really good, the price is considered to be a high-level homestay, overall the environment is OK, but the details are not good, such as the shower facilities have low water pressure, and the hot water in the sink has to wait a long time to come out. There will be a power outage at about 12 o'clock in the evening, and then a sudden call in the middle of the night, so I will not sleep well. In addition, sound insulation is a common problem in the structure of the house.
Toiletries are really difficult to use. They are still using soap instead of hand sanitizer. The high-end homestays now have at least the toiletries to L'Occitane, or there will be some niche fragrance brand supplies.
The bedding is OK.
The dishes are well ordered in the evening, the taste is not bad, and the price is of course very good. But although the breakfast looks good, but I can't feel the intention, such as buns and steamed buns, which use frozen food, not made by myself. Soy milk is made with soy powder. Everything can be seen for convenience.
Service is a glance. Maybe the time we stayed in was off-season, and there were not many people. There was no roast sweet potatoes or anything like the bonfire mentioned by my friend before.
