"What an amazing resort experience! When we arrived in the afternoon for check-in, we asked for a room with a good sunrise view, and Giana immediately upgraded us to a deluxe sea view room! It was truly fantastic! The hotel's own 'Talent Park' kept the kids super happy! I loved the hotel's heated pool, we went for a swim every day. Right outside the hotel is the beach, where the kids dug up live clams, which made them incredibly happy again, haha! The breakfast buffet had a huge variety! After Western food, we had Chinese food, super nice! Finally, I want to thank Giana for being so responsive to all our requests these three days. If you have any questions, just find Giana 😘 The kids didn't even want to go home, we'll definitely be back next year! 😍"

"I've been to Ningbo many times, and this stay was the most satisfying. When checking in, the front desk lady thoughtfully asked us what time would be best for housekeeping to clean without disturbing us. Secondly, the room attendant cleaned the room very thoroughly; the tidiness after a refresh was almost as good as when we first checked in. The most impressive detail was that I asked the front desk for a razor the day before, and when the room attendant replenished the supplies the next day, she actually left another one for us! Such attention to detail. The room was very spacious, the duvet was very comfortable, and there were two types of pillows. The hot water in the bathroom was excellent. We ordered a lot of takeout and accumulated trash but couldn't find a bin. The security guard was super nice; he just took it directly and said he'd throw it away for us. With private car restrictions during the long holiday, choosing the Radisson allowed for free access in and out of the resort, which was incredibly convenient! The moment I arrived, the front desk lady's offer to ”see if there's a better room I can arrange for you” made me feel very comfortable. She even complimentary offered breakfast for my two children, which I greatly appreciated. Throughout our three-day, two-night stay, everyone greeted us warmly and was happy to answer any questions. The children's activity area was also very clean.
