"Best part of this Hotel is that it is close to Airport. Hotel is old, rooms needs renovation. English speaking staff was not there. Had to take an early morning flight so could not check the breakfast."

"The hotel located in the fresh market area, Walkable distance to Wuma street about 400 m. The room is perfect, so new and comfortable bed to made us wake up at 11AM , Everything in the room is smart use and smart toilet, nice shower, hood massage chair and excellent friendly staff service and impress us a lot. There is plenty of snacks , purple potato, ice cream and bottle water to take - free in the common room and the front. Plenty choice of breakfast"

"I had an amazing experience at All-Weather Hotel (Wuma Street Shamaohe Branch). The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the front-desk lady even rushed out to welcome my friend and I from our car and assist with our luggage. They offered us some delicious tea and snacks upon arrival, and the scent of freshly baked sweet potatoes lingers around in the air. A lot of free snacks, a comfy and cozy room, and overall great location. I’ll definitely visit again!"

"My stay at the hotel was brief but I enjoyed nonetheless. I went to the wrong side of the hotel upon my arrival and so when I saw no one there, I was worried I would not be able to check in. When I called the front desk, number 82 (小文) went above and beyond to help me. Her English was not good and so was my Chinese but she improvised and used a translator over the phone and even WeChat just to help me to find the lobby. When she finally figured out where I was, she came to meet me and even brought my bag for me to the lobby. Everything went smoothly afterwards. 小文 was exceptional! The epitome of excellent customer service! Please give that lovely lady a raise or better yet, give her a promotion!"

"A wonderful hotel with very prpfessional and froendly staff. The breakfast offers a good range of western food. Thenrooms are very clean and on mon smoking room there is not smell of smoke! Thenstaff is super professional and super friendly. I will go back there, for sure."

"Definitely a great place to stay! What makes the location even better is that you have plenty of options for food and drinks in the surrounding streets. This is also possible via a delivery service through Alipay. Also handy: with a Didi, you can quickly reach larger shopping malls and activities. The staff is very helpful; they clearly explained the room's code lock. A nice bonus, I found, was the voice control in the room. Although it only works in Chinese, a translation app will get you very far. The room was spacious, with a nice sitting area and a large bathroom. For someone with a dust allergy like me, the air purifier in the room was truly ideal. And the trip from the airport? It took about 40 minutes. In short: highly recommended for a comfortable and complete stay!"

"Just an ordinary hotel is nothing outstanding , even other 4 star hotels have a coffee machine and the curtains do need to be closed with your own hands. This hotel doesn't have these simple things. The bathroom has a light sensor when you enter. And when you go to the toilet at night, a bright light turns on in the whole room that hits your eyes and then you can't sleep, so two nights do not get enough sleep… When you take a shower, the light turns off itself, so you need to get out of the shower cabin to take a step the light will turn on then go back into the cabin. Stuck in the elevator instead of the 11th floor, its stood for some time then went to -2 floor..I will choose another hotel next time"

"Not recommended. 1. In dining food fruits area, there are flies. I haven't taste any cut fruits. 2. In dining area, no coffee machine. Only hot water, need to be mixed with premix coffee powder. 3. In room toilet, there is no hand wash liquid. 4. In room refreshments, there is no coffee powder. Only Chinese tea. 5. In room TV, (please check the images) A. I could see a pencil branded with Wyndham Wenzhou. B. I could see rewards club page ”Jin jiang Club” But, while scanning the QR code, it shows account blocked. C. I could see room delivery and room order link goes to ” Vienna International Hotel” Have I stayed in which hotel? Libai Hotel - Park inn by Radisson or Wyndham Wenzhou or Vienna International Hotel or Jin Jiang Club Hotels??? Hotel management can clarify please. 6. Check-in was very pleasant. Front desk receptionist did her job well. She could understand English and respond back properly. Very good. 7. Check-out was terrible. I have requested for invoice if it is not from TRIP.COM. But, too much confusions. Are china have 2 invoice types? One is General and another one is Special? Foreigners are not going to claim for tax credit in foreign countries with Chinese tax invoice. Generally, invoice is required to submit as a proof of stay and get reimbursement accordingly. Kind of receipt or invoice with Guest Name, Room Charges, Check-in and Check-out dates are enough with hotel Stamp/Seal. Or hotel can say to contact the travel agent of TRIP.COM for invoice."

"Lovely hotel, all be it a bit old. There was a lot happening everyday due to events being held in the hotel. Lift was difficult to catch at times and got stuck from overloading. Staff were friendly and check in was easy. Daily fruit gifts were given. Within walking distance to the Railway station."
