The hotel is situated in the bustling Wuma Street area, surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants. If you're visiting Wenzhou for its local specialty foods, staying here will definitely satisfy your culinary cravings. Getting around this central district is also incredibly convenient; public transport or taxis are readily available for both nearby and distant attractions. What truly left the deepest impression was the hotel's comprehensive service, living up to its 'All-Weather' name. I was genuinely surprised that the front desk staff proactively helped with my luggage, both at check-in and check-out, even carrying it directly to my car. After receiving my room card, they escorted me all the way to my room – this level of service far surpasses many high-end star-rated hotels! The guest rooms boast a simple yet modern design, with smart voice control keeping up with current trends. Despite the compact space, it's thoughtfully equipped with amenities like a massage chair, air purifier, and a mini-fridge, making it incredibly good value for money at this price point! The hotel's breakfast offers a rich variety, including local specialties like glutinous rice, rice noodles, and fish cakes. The lunch light meals, afternoon tea, and readily available snacks like roasted sweet potatoes and cold drinks are also a major highlight, leaving a lasting impression of genuine hospitality.

GGuest UserEvery time I visit Wenzhou, Kaiyuan is always my top choice; I've lost count of how many times I've stayed here. The rooms are consistently clean and tidy, with a color scheme that's very pleasant to look at, making for a truly relaxing stay. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich and varied, offering authentic local specialties that always leave me satisfied. The gym facilities are also great, making it very convenient to get a workout in. The overall experience is consistently excellent, and I genuinely recommend it.

GGuest User✨ Great Hotel Review (Short Version) I came to Wenzhou for eye surgery and saw this was a newly opened hotel, so I stayed for 2 nights. The experience was so good, I just had to leave a review. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic: it's super close to Jingguang Pagoda and Songtai Park, and also Wuma Street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the old city. You can even see the pagoda from your window, which really sets the mood! The room is very comfortable: newly renovated with a modern style, clean and tidy. The bedding is soft, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the smart toilet is very convenient to use. Attention to detail is a bonus: the room comes with a tea set, and it's so pleasant to brew a pot of tea in the evening while enjoying the mountain view. The overall experience was superb. Special shout-out to: The hotel's front desk staff, both the young men and women, who reminded me to watch my step every time I entered or left. Also, the housekeeping staff were polite and enthusiastic whenever I saw them. The service was incredibly thoughtful, making me feel right at home. 👍👍 I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wenzhou.

CCMCCshThe room was clean and the latex mattress and pillows were unusually comfortable. The room was very quiet, I didn't expect to sleep happily until dawn during the trip. Dry and wet separation is done very well. The shower is large and very comfortable. The TV is a big projection, but we don't watch TV and videos, so it's useless. The front desk and service staff are very welcoming. An extra bath towel and a pack of paper towels were sent soon. Breakfast is cost-effective, 28 yuan a piece, not 48 in Trip.com . In fact, even 48 a piece, the price is very good. There are shrimp, glutinous rice, green dates, very delicious. Recommended.

JJinnie S.Staffs are very good. They are very helpful and service minded. The room is very clean but the toilet's door is transparent. The location is near to Longwan International Airport. It takes around 10-15 mins to the airport. Hotel is a bit far from restaurants. There is vending machine in the lobby. You can find some beverage and instant noodles.

The hotel's design and ambiance are top-notch, from the floral arrangements in the lobby and the faux fireplace to the exquisite and tasteful soft furnishings in the artsy restaurant. Every corner of the hotel is picture-perfect. The location is superb, very close to Wuma Pedestrian Street, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and getting around. The front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful. The staff proactively guided me through check-in, patiently and courteously explained the floor amenities, breakfast times, and convenient facilities, answering all my questions. I even met the hotel owner, who was also very humble and polite, treating everyone with warmth and enthusiasm, showing genuine care in every detail. The room hygiene was impeccable. There was no odd smell inside, the bedding was clean and flat, and the desk, mirror cabinet, and TV corners were wiped spotless. Toiletries were replenished generously. The room is designed for a healing sleep experience, with a soft mattress and excellent soundproofing, ensuring an undisturbed rest. The self-service breakfast offered a wide variety of noodles, pastries, fruits, and vegetables. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, with public areas cleaned daily at regular intervals, clear hallway signs, and a quiet and elegant environment. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

VVivian12300Service: The front desk staff, a young man with glasses, was very enthusiastic and answered all my questions. Thumbs up! The cleaning ladies on the floors were also very friendly. Thumbs up! Hygiene: I found a foreign object, a piece of paper (not sure where it came from), in my breakfast rice noodles. The restaurant manager didn't explain what it was and just took it away, only offering to recook the noodles or provide wontons instead. This was a really bad experience and instantly ruined my appetite. The picture shows the elevator when I was checking out. As a mid-to-high-end hotel, the inspection hatch in the elevator shouldn't be left open like that. Given that the price increased by about 50% during the event (my booking price was 1166 RMB), the hotel should at least provide the basic hygiene and safety that a 600-700 RMB hotel would offer, instead of just raising prices and failing to deliver even basic hygiene and safety guarantees. Additional: This Marriott executive king room only provides two bottles of mineral water. It's the stingiest Marriott I've ever stayed in! The mini-fridge was completely empty. This is the first time I've seen a hotel where you have to contact staff just to use amenities.

GGuest UserThe best: incredibly helpful staff and impeccable cleanliness The most outstanding quality of this hotel is undoubtedly the extremely helpful and attentive staff. In every situation, from check-in to simple requests, they were courteous and ready to assist , always striving to resolve any need. This aspect makes the stay very pleasant from a human perspective. Another strong point is the general cleanliness of the premises, which is truly impeccable and worthy of note. The difficulties: a language barrier and the smell of smoke However, I ve encountered two significant hurdles: 1. Language barrier: No staff member speaks English. Communication was only possible through gestures, translation apps on our phones, and a lot of patience. This can be a problem for managing specific requests or non-routine situations. 2. Smoke smell in the room: Finding a room that did not have a persistent smell of tobacco smoke was a real challenge. It would be advisable to have better-designated and deodorized non-smoking rooms. In summary: I recommend this hotel mainly to those who have no language issues and are not sensitive to the smell of smoke, as the genuine courtesy of the staff and the excellent cleanliness are valuable qualities. For others, it's best to be prepared for these two issues.
