Very sustainable hotel😂I forgot to bring toothpaste. I called and they said they didn't have any. The price of $650CAD+a night. Bottled water was also charged $7. There were no amenities but there was an Amenity Fee of $29 a night..1.5 languages
The service attitude was OK. The gym had no view. The swimming pool was only open for a few months in the summer. The rooftop bar was also closed due to recent maintenance. The price for two breakfasts booked on Ctrip was actually a $60 breakfast credit per day. The price was a bit expensive. The actual meal cost $60 per person. The excess and tax had to be paid extra. The taste was average.

This is a beautiful hotel, situated at a great part of the city with a great vibe throughout.
Loved the bath products.
Hotel staff very friendly.
Great places to eat nearby.
They make the best coffee at Hotel Lobby.
A retro industrial style hotel. Young artists should like it. It feels like a new building, clean and comfortable..
There is a restaurant downstairs, it feels great, but it's a pity that I didn't eat it.

Booked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative.
The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived.
I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.
The check-in time at the Hyatt was 4:00 pm, which was later than I've been in contact with other hotels. Fortunately, the check-out time is 12:00, which is better than 11:00 in some hotels.
The front desk of the hotel took down my mobile number and told me: If the room is ready in advance, I will be called. Unfortunately, no call was received.
Check in after 4:00, the front desk calls the room and asks what else you need, such as water, coffee, etc.
This hotel was well worth the splurge!! Great location and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. They were always quick to help and the rooms were super clean. The pool and gym were also very nice.

Highly recommended! Great location, easy parking, and fantastic service. Staff are caring, kind, and are edger to assist and ensure you have a memorable experience.
Looking forward to my next visit.
Ritz standard and quality has always been the best among its peers. My stay this time did not disappoint me. The services in all aspects were also very personalized, creating a very unforgettable and comfortable stay experience!
The Novotel Toronto North York was good for a place to sleep in a convenient location to good stores and the subway, but I would only stay here if I needed a place to crash in North York. Check in was very quick and the service was good. Amenities and hotel decor seemed a bit dated though.
There were strands of the previous guest hair in a corner of the bathroom that did not seem to be cleaned well enough and then the night of my shower, the drainage was a little bit slow. The water pressure on the 15th floor for my room also seemed to be a little low. TV channels for the cable service were also lacking signal at random points throughout the broadcast. At least the channels broadcasting PBS and the Olympics were still flawless, so that was a plus.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the Delta Downtown Toronto! We were treated like favoured guests, our every request was handled with professionalism and real concern for our happiness with the quality of our stay, and every staff member was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient.
The room was spotless and gorgeously appointed; even the bathroom was stunning with a fantastic view of the city. Our only sad point was that the pool closed the weekend we stayed there, for what I presume was emergency maintenance, which was disappointing.
I would stay with Delta again for sure; fantastic hotel chain!

Outstanding
RRuilinThe hotel is located outside the subway Union Station. It's a convenient place to stay, whether you're coming from the airport or taking the Go Train back from Niagara Falls.
There is a coffee machine with 3 capsules, cutters. Just bought watermelon at the supermarket outside the hotel.
Nice radio, playing music for me right in the door.

SSandraVery clean and spacious hotel in a great location for downtown Toronto. My room was newly renovated and very clean and comfortable, the only slight downside is the view, which was to the back of the building looking onto a car park. It should be noted that the hotel is only 6 stories high, so views are not really possible. But if you're like me and only plan to spend time in your room to sleep and relax, it doesn't really matter.
Service was good, although felt a bit impersonal and rushed at times. However, the cleaning staff were the most lovely and sweet of them all.
There is no room service, but you can get food at the restaurant during opening hours and take it to your room, and there is a 24/7 kiosk with snacks and drinks.
I'd definitely stay here again.
NNgMoonI was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future

RRaraRylandBeautiful new lobby, heated pool with amazing city view, gym was okay. Upgraded my room to 26th floor with lovely view of CN tower!
No bottled water or coffee/tea in rooms.
They sent up a kettle but no mugs or teas bags so a bit pointless. Room service didn’t have any vegetarian options.
Very Comfortable bed and big TV, but only cable channels, would be nice to provide Netflix or other streaming apps.

RRuilinby Lake Ontario. Get off at Union Station of the subway, turn to Streetbus No. 509 and 510 in the subway station, and you will arrive at the hotel entrance.
The girl at the front desk is very elegant.
Inside and outside the hotel are stylish and stylish, and the rooms are fresh and beautiful. Very comfortable.
Equipped with coffee machine, several coffee capsules.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located within 10min drive from Toronto airport, which is very convenient for transit passengers. The hotel offers free shuttle to and from airport every 30 minutes. The restaurant opens till 11pm and has a reasonable menu to choose from. Overall, good experience as we only stayed for one night for our onward journey.
GGuest UserToilet not flushing properly. Corrected after I raised the problem with staff. Toilet paper roll holder loose. Corrected after I raised the problem with staff. Elevators often very slow. One time it was on service and cleaner asked us to take another elevator. This hotel is slipping due to benign neglect. I only stay there because of location.
GGuest UserI want to start by saying how happy I am that the host let us check in an hour earlier since it starts at 5pm instead of the regular 3pm. This is an Airbnb type of place that requires you to put a $450 deposit for a one night stay which I thought it was very high. The location is amazing, walking distance to the CN tower and restaurants.
It is a very cute place except for the cleanliness. The place was DIRTY. We decided to not use the shower because it was full of mold and hair (picture attached), there was hair everywhere! We saw there was a washer and dryer but the washer was full of towels that yet needed to be dry so we decided not to use. There were stains in the bed sheets so we decided to lay some of our own towels on top to sleep. We also decided to not touch the kitchen because the burner was broken and we did not want to cause a fire or something like that. Over all, it was decent for a one night stay but they need to fire the cleaner because I believe it is an easy fix to be a better place to stay.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good, but there is no front desk staff, so you need to call to get in; it is similar to a B&B, close to Chinatown (lots of Chinese restaurants and grocery stores) and the Ontario Museum of Art, and not far from the University of Toronto and a bustling shopping mall; the hotel is a The two-story villas (all on this street) look nice from the outside, but the rooms inside are small and the furniture and facilities are simple. There is only a small refrigerator, no hot water kettle or other heating equipment, and no toiletries. The service staff are Chinese and relatively easy to talk to.
GGuest UserThe reception was very helpful to wait for my check in even I could come to the hotel in the mid night. She can also provide helping hand for allowing me to leave the luggage there for a couple of hours after checked out.
