"Very good hotel, trendy and stylish, with sophisticated facilities, very comfortable bedding, the whole hotel is filled with the smell of perfume, I don't want to leave here, it's very close to Chinatown, it's convenient to travel, the Japanese food next door is highly recommended!"

"Very sustainable hotel😂I forgot to bring toothpaste. I called and they said they didn't have any. The price of $650CAD+a night. Bottled water was also charged $7. There were no amenities but there was an Amenity Fee of $29 a night..1.5 languages The service attitude was OK. The gym had no view. The swimming pool was only open for a few months in the summer. The rooftop bar was also closed due to recent maintenance. The price for two breakfasts booked on Ctrip was actually a $60 breakfast credit per day. The price was a bit expensive. The actual meal cost $60 per person. The excess and tax had to be paid extra. The taste was average."

"This is a beautiful hotel, situated at a great part of the city with a great vibe throughout. Loved the bath products. Hotel staff very friendly. Great places to eat nearby. They make the best coffee at Hotel Lobby. "

"The check-in time at the Hyatt was 4:00 pm, which was later than I've been in contact with other hotels. Fortunately, the check-out time is 12:00, which is better than 11:00 in some hotels. The front desk of the hotel took down my mobile number and told me: If the room is ready in advance, I will be called. Unfortunately, no call was received. Check in after 4:00, the front desk calls the room and asks what else you need, such as water, coffee, etc."

"Booked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative. The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived. I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto."

"The hotel service attitude is very good, especially worth 4000 a night in Toronto. The room is very large, the view is also very good, you can see the CN Tower. The location is also very good, there are many restaurants downstairs"

"Not bad. First, the photos on the website differ significantly from reality. The rooms were much less comfortable than they were pictured. Secondly, the service also did not meet expectations. There were some questions about the card to get to the room ."

"A very comfortable stay in a spacious room with a lovely view from the 15th floor. Well equipped gym but the pool was closed for repairs. The TV had poor signal and despite reporting to reception, it was still not fixed when we checked out after 3 nights. The metro station is around the corner for a 30minute ride into city centre. There is a shopping centre across the street with a huge supermarket and a good liquor store."

"I can't say enough wonderful things about the Delta Downtown Toronto! We were treated like favoured guests, our every request was handled with professionalism and real concern for our happiness with the quality of our stay, and every staff member was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. The room was spotless and gorgeously appointed; even the bathroom was stunning with a fantastic view of the city. Our only sad point was that the pool closed the weekend we stayed there, for what I presume was emergency maintenance, which was disappointing. I would stay with Delta again for sure; fantastic hotel chain!"
