I had originally booked a junior suite two months ago, but closer to my check-in date, I found a larger, more unique suite that was actually cheaper than the junior suite! Maybe someone cancelled? I snapped it up right away. The room came with a spacious living room and kitchen, equipped with a microwave, induction hob, and fridge. However, there were no cooking utensils, but that was fine as we didn't need them anyway. Having a kitchen meant access to drinkable tap water, which was super convenient. The microwave was really useful; I could just heat up water for a hot drink. The sofa bed in the living room was cleverly hidden inside the sofa, and the duvet cover and other linens were in a cupboard. I only found this out after calling the front desk. The location is fantastic, very close to Chinatown and the Eaton Centre, both about a 10-minute walk away. Supermarkets and pharmacies are all readily available. We even found an A&W nearby and enjoyed a delicious Canadian burger! The only minor downside was that check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is before 12 PM the next morning. Also, you can't leave your luggage at the front desk overnight. So, we had to haul our luggage all the way to Quebec City!

Overall, it's clean, the facilities are quite new, and the view from the window is good. The lobby is a bit small, and the breakfast area is also quite small. Compared to high-end hotels in China, their breakfast is monotonous and bland. Generally, it's a good review. The toiletries are quite good. It feels like the hotel is understaffed.

The location is great, right outside there's a bus stop, and the subway isn't too far either. The only thing is there are so many key cards needed to get through all the doors – I even had to take my room card with me to the shower and toilet! Some of the front desk staff were super friendly though; one even helped me carry my suitcase upstairs (this hostel doesn't have an elevator, and there's no laundry room here, but you can pay to do laundry at a place across the street). Overall, I think it's pretty good! There were some homeless people outside, but they seemed harmless.

Excellent location just steps from King subway station and a short walk to Union Station. Clean, spacious room with comfortable bed and an amazing view (from top floor tower room). Bathroom was a bit tight.

The hotel has three entrances, making it very convenient for transportation. It features a swimming pool and a kids' playroom. Many tour groups and airline crews often stay here, which proves it's a popular hotel in Toronto.

The room was a bit small, and two beds felt a bit cramped, but the location was fantastic. It was within walking distance to the Eaton Centre and St. Lawrence Market, and not far from the University of Toronto. There were plenty of dining options nearby. When a family member fell ill during our stay, the front desk even offered a late check-out free of charge. I wouldn't recommend booking breakfast in advance; it's an à la carte menu, not bad, but booking through Trip.com with breakfast was not worth it, as it was significantly more expensive than paying on-site.

My friend and I had a good experience there. The worker named Liang was very friendly. The room was clean and big enough for us. The layout was odd but it wasn’t a big deal. We got a room with a microwave oven. The location was in a China town. Easy to commute anywhere. I would stay there again.

This was one of the best hotels we ever stayed at, it was very clean with the most spectacular view of the lake in Toronto Island. It is very central and close to all the shops and restaurants. We walked to Harbor front at CN Tower walked to the CNE also Rogers center is next-door overall very satisfied.

Fantastic stay so close to downtown the pathway and great location overall. I checked in around 4pm and the staff were incredibly welcoming and offered free toiletries and a room upgrade on arrival to enhance my stay. I had breakfast included which was in the main dining hall at reception which was 10/10 the options were amazing and the vibe was very nice and friendly. The room itself was insane - incredible views day and night massive room area per sq m and a perfect tv with YouTube Apple TV all the streaming services etc would’ve been tempted to stay in if it was so close to everything downtown. I visited during FIFA World Cup and pride weekend and it was great to see the hype enforcing good security checking guests coming in and out of entrances and lifts I felt very safe here. Would recommend and stay here again! Thank you to the staff

Check-in was quite convenient, fully self-service. However, you need to submit your passport information beforehand, so make sure to check your emails promptly, otherwise you might miss something. The area felt very safe, and the facilities were quite new. It was clean and tidy. The price offers great value for money, and the room size was decent too.
