Very satisfied, the room was large and clean, the breakfast was very rich and delicious. The service attitude is very good. Chinese will be a little bit. English is very good and Russian is very good! ! The only soundproofing is average, but there are not many rooms in this hotel and I am very satisfied! Recommended recommendation
It's okay, everything is there. I broke a porcelain cup and they didn't ask me to pay for it. 306 US dollars, which was a small change for me. I just don’t know why there was no breakfast buffet on the last day. I was asked to write down what I wanted to eat and they sent it to my room. As a result, my door was broken and I stood outside the door hungry for half an hour waiting for them to repair the door. After entering, I waited another half an hour for breakfast. Maybe Chinese people are not suitable for this kind of breakfast, and it is not to my liking. There was a very strong fragrance in the room, and it didn't dissipate even after I opened the window for several days. But the attitude of the service staff is still good!

The location is average, but it is very convenient to use yandexgo to take a taxi. You can go anywhere in the city within 5 US dollars. There is a swimming pool, a gym, and a buffet breakfast on the 8th floor. The front desk can speak English. The most convenient thing is that the socket specifications are the same as in China, and there is no need to convert sockets. The hotel of the same price is very cost-effective.
Staying in the hotel feels very safe. Two times I came back in the middle of the night and the security guy was on duty, which made me feel at ease when I came abroad. They are very particular about hygiene, especially the bedding, which is spotless and cleaned on time every day. The bed is big and quiet and comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast is delicious. Meat is served every day in the local area. In the morning, it is so comfortable to have egg fried rice + white porridge + hot and sour potato shreds + steamed buns. There are also braised fish fillets and large plate chicken, but my favorite is shredded potatoes. The hotel front desk speaks Chinese very well. The boss, Sister Jia, is also staying in the hotel. She is basically there at all times except from 11pm to 7am. If you use one word to evaluate a hotel, it would be: good. If you use three words to evaluate it, it would be: Everything is good. Recommended to stay.
The hotel room is quite big and the sheets are washed. Unfortunately, the bathroom is a little smaller. Breakfast is quite rich. 15 to 20 minutes walk from the subway station. The service staff was good. When I left, I helped to call a local taxi to the train station. The price was cheap. Because there is no good communication, the taxi driver refused to collect our car money, saying that he did not collect cash, and we did not have to pay the money in the owner's card. We can't get off the bus. When we arrive at Buhari, we will call the boss to see how to pay him back. The boss said that we don't have to worry. He will pay the driver on his mobile phone and say that there is not much money. Since we can't come back to pay, we won't charge us. Wow, it's so good people. I will come back next time I have a chance.

IIzzie_82Checking in was a nightmare I booked the hotel to stay 2 night before flying back to London. I checked in with my new wife as we just got married and the hotel reception demanded that we need a marriage certificate to stay at their hotel as my wife was Uzbekistan citizens and me being Uk. The reception was very rude unhelpful and even I was telling them that I am with my wife they didn’t want to check me in I found this very upsetting as I said if my girlfriend or female friend, wife was another nationality they won’t ask me for anything after talking to some fake managers that came to the reception they had to make so many phone calls to some places and after 45 minutes of waiting at the reception desk finally they checked us in was terrible no apologies was offered from 4-5 staff that had dealt with us 2 we’re supposed to be management which am not sure I feel they lied. I wasn’t happy at all with this from such a large hotel chain which I have used them in other locations. Room was good sized clean but service in general was poor for such a new hotel. Even morning breakfast staff no one ever said good morning or anything. There was no security at the front door ever when we came in or left the hotel to see local tourists attractions. Avoid the bar too expensive and cocktails weren’t great head to local restaurants for cheaper drinks. It’s a shame I can’t rate the service less than 1 stars if I could I would rate the service 0 stars. We stayed at the Wyndham in Tashkent as well with my wife didn’t have issues and staff there were fantastic.
GGeoffLet me talk about the hotel booking first. The booking was for 8/19, and it cannot be changed on 8/10. Whether you stay or not, you have to pay the room fee. Normally, there is no problem, but if there is force majeure, such as flight cancellation due to weather, the loss is all the guests, and the hotel has no loss. I provided proof of the airline's weather reasons, but the negotiation was fruitless, and I lost one day's room fee. The funniest thing is that I booked 4 nights, and I have to stay for the remaining 3 nights, and I can't refund it. If I don't stay, I will be deducted directly. Is this an overlord clause? I don't know how Ctrip negotiated the agreement with the hotel and the agent. Are foreign hotels so strong? I hope that domestic customers will not be taken advantage of. Ctrip still needs to improve in this regard. Of course, Ctrip's customer service attitude is still good, actively communicated, and finally gave 100 yuan in compensation.
Let's talk about the hotel itself. The hotel is in the downtown area, relatively close to the square and shopping center, and you can walk there. But the room is a bit small. The deluxe room is 33 square meters, but there is only one room, one bathroom and one cupboard. I estimate it to be about 28 square meters (room and bathroom 5x5 + 3 square cupboard and bathtub). The facilities are relatively simple. The basin is relatively small overall. The bathtub is a bit narrow and not wide enough. People who are a little fat can't move around. The sound insulation is poor. The sound of various cars on the road at night can be heard clearly. The breakfast is very Western style, which Chinese people may not be used to. There are many varieties of cheese, various sweet local cakes and fruits, which I feel I can't eat. Compared with the room rate of nearly 1,000 yuan a day, I feel that the cost performance is indeed not high. I have to question whether I will stay here next time❓
GGuest UserComplete facilities, clean and tidy, good sound insulation, not noisy on the roadside, there is a hamburger restaurant and a large supermarket next to it, it is very convenient for eating and shopping, the key is that the price is right in Tashkent, the cost performance is very high
MMariia154There were 10 of us flying in. We were met as agreed. We were checked in quickly. The room was clean. In the morning we were taken to the train station. Everything was great!
YYusuf UsmanovI was an attendee at the Global Youth Festival, and unfortunately I double-booked this hotel so I could not stay at this place. Thus I called the staff here to explain and they were very understanding, and left me on a very good mark. Should I stay in Tashkent in the future I plan to book here.
GGuest UserThe accommodation experience was great! The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and comfortable bedding, which made me sleep well all night. The staff was friendly, the service was thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out were very efficient. The location of the hotel is also good, with convenient transportation around, and it is convenient for eating and shopping. I will come again next time!
(I have a visa on arrival, very fast!!!)
DDonovan_lNestled amidst the vibrant streets of Tashkent, the Ramada Tashkent offers a tranquil oasis for travelers seeking both comfort and convenience. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay.
The rooms at Ramada Tashkent exude a sense of understated elegance, with modern furnishings and plush bedding that provide the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploration. There was not much of a view of the city skyline (as we were on level 2), but every detail was carefully curated to ensure a restful and rejuvenating experience. They even sent a complimentary fruits platter to the room as it was my mother’s birthday. Definitely will come back and stay again.
Advantages
✅10 min to/ from the airport
✅1km from Tashkent train station
✅Some food options within walking distance
✅Nice and quiet neighbourhood
GGuest UserBecause the special circumstances, this review is only about the the services. Because I mistakenly booked our flight one day earlier than our hotel booked (at another hotel), we found ourselves without a hotel room in the middle of the night. I tried all booking platforms and failed to find one allowing me to book that night because it had passed the mid night and were only showing the “new date”. Finally I accidentally bumped into Star Hotel and allowed me to still book that night.
The owner of Star Hotel was shocked when we showed up around 1am, because he had closed booking for that night. But still he welcomed us and frankly explained that the rooms were all booked and would let us choose a room reserved for their employees. They saved us from a night in the streets and the owner and his staff were very kind, friendly and helpful! We are forever grateful !
AAnonymous UserLandmark no-frill hotel but unfortunately completely worn out. Rooms need a major renovatio. Staff is very friendly though. They gave me a lunchbox on the day of departure as I couldn't make it for breakfast.
Good value for money but that's it.
EElena KEYThe hotel is very conveniently located. The metro and bus stop are all nearby. The buffet has a fairly large selection. True, the coffee is only instant. Natural coffee is for an additional fee. The air conditioning in the room copes well with the heat
