Hotel MedinaTown

Good day! We booked an upgraded room at this so-called 4-star hotel. Upon arrival, we found that the air conditioner was blowing warm air. They offered us other rooms, but they all had the same problem! All the staff collectively tried to explain that this was 'normal'! In the end, we sat in a scorching room, 33 degrees Celsius, until a technician came and fixed the issue! You'd think everything would be fine then, but unfortunately, at 9:30 PM, the power went out at the hotel. A hotel that should have a backup generator didn't, and once again, we sat in the heat until 1:30 AM. The hotel refuses to offer any compensation, and no one even bothered to apologize for the incident! I do not recommend this hotel; with such an approach to guests, it barely deserves 3 stars. For breakfast, they serve porridge and fried eggs; there's no buffet.

Magnificent hotel! The service is superb! Any requests are handled immediately! Special thanks to the guys at the front desk! Book it, you won't regret it!

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Here are the main drawbacks: - The location is inconvenient – it's difficult to get to the city's key attractions. - The room is very small, and the space is poorly utilized. - The excessive 'golden' decor looks gaudy and doesn't match the service level. - The staff lacks proper training – there are noticeable gaps in their education and service standards. For just a little more money, you could find options near the airport or in the city center, where both comfort and service would be significantly better. I definitely won't be staying here again.

Good modern hotel. Breakfasts need work, or the operating hours need to change. I arrived at 9:30 AM and the buffet was empty, and what little was left was cold. The staff try to rectify the situation, so this is likely feedback for management. Please remove the air fresheners from the rooms – their scent is unbearable. The air conditioning in my room was noisy; it needs maintenance. The shower door in the bathroom didn't close properly, and water spilled out.
