Amazing
TTrip tips by ZakuroThis hotel was incredibly good for the price! The room was clean and comfortable, and even though the staff were young, they were all very friendly. Here are the good points: 1. The electrical outlets in the room are multi-standard, so you can use your own country's plugs. 2. There's a kettle, coffee, tea bags, slippers, and bottled water provided. 3. There's an elevator, which is great if you have a lot of luggage. This is quite important, as many hotels in Tashkent of a similar standard often don't have one. 4. It's close to both the airport and the long-distance train station, about a 10-15 minute taxi ride. 5. The breakfast is wonderful! The dining area isn't huge, but there's a wide variety of delicious food. It's centrally located, making it convenient to go anywhere. This will definitely become my go-to hotel in the future.

GGuest UserSwissĂŽtel, Tashkent: The epitome of luxury! 😍 I've stayed at Hilton, Hyatt, and InterContinental, but for 1200 CNY, this place offers the service and facilities you'd expect from a 2200 CNY Hilton! đŸ„‡ The bedding is superb, though the view from the window isn't great. 👀 #Swissotel #LuxuryExperience #BestValueForMoney #TravelAccommodationRecommended

GGuest UserOverall service was excellent. Staff was very helpful in trying to upgrade us due to our member status even though rooms were very fully occupied. We were very pleased with our upgrade on our last day of stay.

Ssnevsky1. The MUR (Make Up Room) button in the room either didn’t work or was ignored by the staff, as the room wasn’t cleaned once during our three-day stay and the towels weren’t changed. 2. The Wi-Fi in the hotel leaves much to be desired. In the room, the Wi-Fi signal was barely there and was only available in certain areas. It’s strange to see this in a new hotel. For people who need a stable connection in their room for work, it’s better to consider another hotel. 3. On departure, we were refused the ‘late check-out’ service due to a lack of available rooms in the hotel (the hotel was full, according to the receptionist, who didn’t even ask for my room number or those of my friends). However, on the Accor website, rooms in our category were available for booking on that day.

TTokyoJeffRoom was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and the shower was nice. Amenities like soap and toothbrushes available. Also coffee and tea. The furnishings were modern and clean. The TV had lots of international channels. I booked with the breakfast option; the food was really good. Lots of different items, fruit, yogurt, vegetables and eggs, steamed buns, tofu, other nice things. Many types of fruit juice and tea and coffee. I enjoyed the food very much, everything was fresh and delicious. The staff at the front desk speak English. Very good service in the restaurant and the hotel. I will stay here again.

GGuxiaonanThis is a very nice hotel, located near a local residential area. If you're looking for a glimpse into local life, this is a pleasant surprise. Of course, it's a bit far from the city center by subway, and the station isn't very close. The front desk and restaurant service were excellent. The shower didn't have a curtain, so water splashed outside, making the bathroom floor slippery and potentially unsafe. The air conditioner was loud, and I don't know why, but it really disrupted my sleep. This was a real shame.

SSly NMy room was exactly as shown in the photos and I believe there’s daily cleaning. The hot water and WiFi worked and also, the windows let in a lot of natural light. I arrived very early in the morning and the person working at the time was rude. I think because he had to awake from his sleep when arrived, he didn’t like that. The other staff members I encountered were fine and I didn’t see the rude guy the rest of my trip thankfully.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean. I couldn't figure out how to use the TV; I couldn't get any channels, but I was too lazy to ask the hotel staff for help. Even if it did work, there were no Chinese subtitles, so I wouldn't have understood anything anyway. The shower water wasn't hot enough. For me, the temperature was just right, but if you like really hot water, you won't get it here. The hotel has a swimming pool, but it was January (winter) when I visited, so the pool was closed. Even if it were open, I wouldn't have gone in; I'm not looking to freeze to death in a foreign country. The breakfast was plentiful: milk, bread, cakes, juice, tea, jam, dried fruit, vegetables, sausages, cheese, and eggs – more than enough to go around. It's a shame there was no Hu La Tang (spicy soup), and don't even think about soy milk or fried dough sticks. The hotel staff were very friendly and patient. They could speak a few words of Chinese, but only ”a few.” Most of the time, they communicated using translation apps on their phones. To show respect, I recommend everyone learn to say ”Salom,” which means ”hello.” The locals will be very happy if you do.

GGuest UserThe area was behind Hotel Uzbekistan, and it was less than a 10-minute walk to Amir Timur Square. This time I was given a double room, but I wanted a twin, so they changed it immediately when I asked. There was hot water to soak in the bathtub, but the bath plug didn't fit, so the water kept running even when I closed it. It's an old hotel, but the rooms are clean. The fruit at breakfast was delicious. Breakfast started at 6:30, but I couldn't get an omelet until after 7:00.

NNari. My stay at Retro Palace was a pleasant and memorable experience overall. The hotel offers a charming blend of classic design and modern comfort, making it a great choice for travelers who appreciate a unique atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and eager to assist with any requests, which immediately created a positive first impression. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated with a retro-inspired aesthetic that gave it a distinctive character. The bed was comfortable, and all essential amenities were provided, including reliable Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a well-maintained bathroom. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the interior design, which added a cozy and stylish touch to the stay. The location of Retro Palace is another strong advantage. It is conveniently situated near key attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, making it easy to explore the surrounding area without much hassle. Whether traveling for leisure or business, the accessibility of the hotel is definitely a plus. In terms of facilities, the hotel provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. While it may not be a luxury property, it delivers excellent value for money. The common areas are well-kept, and the overall ambiance is relaxed and inviting. I also found the check-in and check-out process to be smooth and efficient. One minor area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, which could benefit from a bit more variety. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience, as there are many nearby dining options to explore. Overall, I would highly recommend Retro Palace to travelers looking for a comfortable, stylish, and reasonably priced accommodation. The combination of friendly service, convenient location, and unique design makes it a solid choice for anyone visiting the area. I would gladly stay here again in the future.
