LleileihugoThe airport transfer service was excellent. For first-time guests, I recommend emailing them beforehand to get their WhatsApp or WeChat contact, as it makes communication much more convenient. They'll then send you detailed instructions for the pick-up location. My flight landed at 10:30 PM, and even though I was worried about missing the 11:00 PM shuttle, they kindly waited for me. The next morning, I had booked an 8:00 AM drop-off, and the car was already waiting right outside at 7:58 AM. The room was decent, and the breakfast was quite good. Overall, it's a solid choice for a one-night layover.

SS.The place is very clean, close to the airport. Breakfast was nice but without any coffee or tea. It would be nice to have a cuppa in the morning.
Moreover it would be appreciated if they offer an hourly shuttle from the airport to the hotel with some charges instead of taking a taxi, where the communication is very difficult with the taxi driver.
In short, the place is recommended as it is near the airport and extremely clean and friendly.

GGuest UserThe room itself was decent, though I was surprised there were no slippers provided (perhaps due to local custom?). Everything else was available and the area around the hotel was quiet. The front desk service was excellent, and they offered free luggage storage for a day. Being located right inside the airport, it's perfect for transiting passengers needing a rest or anyone arriving late at night in Jakarta. The breakfast was good too, with a wide variety of options.

The room was generally clean, although the bathroom sink was clogged, and I had to remove the lid to let the water drain.
The food was generally great with a good variety of options. However, the fried rice and sautéed vegetables were a bit too dry.

AAyn86Hotel is clean as it's new, but found small cockroach crawling. Room not sound proof, can hear people pulling their luggage in and out often as its near airport, do not take any room at lvl 2 as it's near the restaurant and the staff is very noisy with music and talking.

GGuest UserThis hotel is for tourists who plan to transit or arrive at the late time. It’s useful for using with the themes like that, but the hotel is little bit old and there is only one floor. So, I needed to walk to my room for long distance. In addition, not all rooms have a hairdryer, so I waited for almost 30 minutes to get it. However, the staff are nice and breaking was also good. It was little bit scared when I slept because the area was so quiet and dark, but if you stay at the hotel for one night, I would recommend.

GGuest UserIt wasn’t really what we were expecting. It wasn’t as clean or as big as we thought it would be. It says online you can add an extra bed, you definitely cannot and we weren’t told that until we checked in. The breakfast was good if you can get there before it’s completely devoured by people who I’m pretty sure weren’t guests. The staff, however, are very friendly. The area doesn’t have much around, it’s mostly a hotel to stay in for 1 night, I think they were shocked we were staying for 2 nights lol

LLydia Chong Siew LooThe room is awesome although it is the smallest room. I have everything I need. Amenities poor due to bad experience at the massage at level 2, made me waited almost 1.5 hours even with prior arrangement with the counter. Receptionist of the hotel helped me to make the booking. Terrible experience. The massage ladies sit there for show only dun know how to massage.
