Tangerang City Apartments

There are probably no Chinese staying in this hotel. The room is too small. Everything else is okay. not cheap. More expensive than the Holiday Inn in Gahja Mada

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

Everything was good except for the room cleaning service that did not replenish the exhausted tissues, toiletries such as toothbrushes and head coverings that were not given, and the drinking utensils that I had used were not cleaned😞

I was very happy stayed in Mercure Tangerang BSD City for 2 days. Spent time for my long weekend with my big family, cousins & nephews for reunited after long time not seeing them. I choosed this hotel because i saw many influencer were reviewed this hotel. They have kids playground, swimming pool, kids activity (but we were not lucky because only available on sunday), and also zoo rider. We spent all day long just stayed in the room because the ambiance like staying at our second home. I would like to recommend this to my friend to bring their family for staying here.

Hotel lacks quite a far bit… only convenient if you need a place to stay within super duper close proximity after attending a concert at ICE BSD. Even then usually the place will be bustling and busy and staff will be overwhelmed. Service is understandably much slower as they have to handle a huge crowd. During my check in I was not informed that my access card will not be activated until 15+mins later. I lugged my luggage up, all ready to settle down and rest in the room but ended up spending a good 10mins outside the door trying to go in but wasn’t able to. I begrudgingly lugged my luggage down again to find the staff to assist. Only after we went up again could the card be used to unlock the door. Would’ve appreciated if the check in staff informed me in advance then at least I don’t have to waste a trip up only to have to come down again with my belongings. First impression of the room… it is definitely decent for resting but I honestly would not choose this hotel again for any future concerts. Just my own personal preference. It looks good in the pictures and I do see a lot of fans staying over at the hotel. They seem ok and happy. If you’re one who prioritises cleanliness and comfort, this hotel might not be suitable for you. The card incident and the hotel room impression did affected me in some ways. I made a booking to another hotel and left within hours. Ps. The room I was assigned to only had the old 2 pin plugs and I did not bring any adaptors so that was one of the few reasons why I left. Also there was eyelash on the counter I thought these were just signs the room is not for me. Perhaps I wouldn’t feel too badly if I wasn’t alone 😭

Visiting Indonesia from Miami, FL USA. JHL Gading Serpong was a 5 star experience! Ms. Fretty went above and beyond for our hotel experience. She provided excellent service, a kind/professional manner and graciously provided us with a beautiful room with panoramic views in the Executive Suite. Without hesitation JHL Gading Serpong will be my hotel of choice and booked without a doubt on my next stay! Thank you kindly to all of the amazing staff that made our stay so special!….. Great place to stay for families, close to Jakarta International Airport CGK. The breakfasts are amazingly good and generous. The rooms are spacious and clean. AC works perfectly. Safe neighborhood, and the free shuttle is so useful. The staff is the best: very friendly, so helpful, and very kind. The pool is very fun for the whole family. The food from the restaurant is yummy, and the wifi is fast. We stayed there a couple of times and loved it every time. Our little 10-year old wants to add this: ”I love the breakfasts because their fried rice is awesome aaaand the fruits. One of the most respectful hotels I've been to in my LIFE!”

they have a free delivery service from airport to hotel.Convenient,near the airport,very suitable for you if you have an early flight tomorrow. Rooms are clean,pretty quiet,they have special local indonesian food.

I don't know know to say that anymore, wowwww. This is a second time we stayed at sapphire sky hotel. They staff always give it warm wellcome when we arrive at the hotel. And also all staff well doing standart procedure during covid pandemic. Well done sapphire keep it up !!

It seems that the hotel was only opened in 2024, but the room was very damp and had a musty smell and we couldn't open the windows. Fortunately, we were moved to a room on the first floor with floor-to-ceiling windows (you must book the first floor when staying in this hotel!) The hotel environment is very good. The lake view and swimming pool are beautiful. The service is also very good.
