"Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making it a nice place to relax and enjoy my stay. The atmosphere was also pleasant and welcoming.
The food was quite average and could still be improved, especially in terms of variety and taste. However, the service was absolutely outstanding. The staff were very friendly, attentive, professional, and always willing to help. I really appreciated their hospitality and the way they treated guests.
Overall, despite the food being just average, I was very satisfied with the service and the comfort of the hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future."

"Stayed here for a business trip. The facilities were pretty average, not what I'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. There were no USB outlets, and no power outlets under the desk for working. On the plus side, the staff's English was excellent, and it's quite close to the airport. The hotel has a convenient direct link to the mall, but the mall itself was just okay – a bit chaotic and not very high-end, more like a market, so not great for shopping."

Experience the ease and accessibility of our hotel, set near the main road and toll gate of Serbaraja which offers a range of facilities to cater to leisure and business travelers. The hotel is known for its family-friendly atmosphere, offering a playground in the garden and a range of engaging activities for children.
"Best hotel in BSD. Just 2 minutes walk to AEON Mall with excellent choices of food cruisine. During my 6 nights stay, my husband and I tried all kinds of cruisine at Aeon. That's the best place to dine and shop. There is also a supermarket. The room itself is super clean. Bed was very comforfy. Water heater is perfect. Transport via grab is very cheap. Hotel staff are very friendly. Gym equipment are clean too. Hotel breakfast has a lot of variety of Indonesia food but it was not to my liking. It's just personal preference. The only thing that I wish the hotel can improve is to Change the TV to smart TV where travellers can watch netfix and YouTube."

"I stayed here the night before visiting Modern Golf. It was a little difficult to find the way from the guest room to the parking area. Although I checked in late at night, the front desk staff were kind and helpful. The room amenities were quite basic and the cleanliness was not perfect, but it was sufficient for just sleeping overnight."

"Had a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD."

"It's a shame, like in many hotels in Indonesia, the maintenance aspect leaves a lot to be desired. The room, which could have been very nice, lacked cleanliness, and the sink, a common problem there, was clogged again. It took a good part of the night for the 10cm of water to drain. As for me, I won't be returning. I only stayed one night because it was close to the airport."

"Unfortunately this is not going to be a good review , firstly the room was a bit outdated , no soap in the bathroom had to use the body wash from the shower , had an electric stove top but no utensils , no cutlery , did not even have a spoon to stir the coffee , completely bare kitchen area so don’t know why the cooktop is there for . The aircon was really weak the remote didn’t work well so couldn’t change the temp and in the middle of the night we felt water dripping from the unit in the bedroom as it was over the bed , so we had to turn it off and had a really uncomfortable sleep, no bread available for breakfast which was a bit disappointing as I don’t eat heavy things like curry chicken and rice for breakfast .
Staff were good but looking sometimes it is not enough ."

"The hotel is in a good location, although it's dangerous to walk around outside. The beds are large, comfortable, and clean. The room was very dusty and the cleaning was very superficial, with a very dirty shower cabin. The smart TV with Netflix was convenient. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was not up to par, only savory options and only instant coffee or tea."

beambjbyThe staff were all friendly. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very soft and comfortable. Although the room was not very spacious, it was still convenient and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.
Cons:
There was an unpleasant sewer smell in the bathroom. Room service could be improved — on the first day, I waited a little over an hour for my order, and on the following day, I waited for two hours but never received any. It seems my order may have been overlooked, so I ended up canceling it and ordering via Grab instead.
However, it is a good stay and good value for money in overall.

The location is very good. There is a night market just outside. The whole hotel is very new, but the only thing that is not good is that there is a small decorative pillow that has a strong smell.
