The hotel is clean overall, but not big. Although the breakfast is simple, the coffee is delicious and the room is clean. The only thing I hope to improve is the air conditioner in the room. It operates too loudly and may be difficult for light sleepers to fall asleep.

The location of the famous hotel is very good! Close to a lot of Taitung food, the landlord is also very good, the landlord's reply to the newsletter is super fast!
The room is clean and comfortable! The toilet in the room is a smart toilet! You can also change new bath towels with the landlord every day!

During the Chinese New Year, two large and two small 4-person rooms, two nights with breakfast buffet, no refrigerator in the room, no wardrobe is very simple, a total of 16k homestays, at this price is really not recommended, I would rather add money to live in a hotel.

If you want a quiet environment, this hotel is good.
However, the following matters affect the score given by me.
1. The location of this hotel is near residential houses. If you find a restaurant or convenience store, you have to go a long way.
2. Because it is difficult to find food, I originally wanted to consume dinner in the hotel, but unfortunately the hotel will not provide dinner or other light food.
3. Maybe because of the ”environmental” relationship, the whole hotel public place will not turn on the air conditioner, originally wanted to sit quietly in the reading area to read the books provided by the hotel, but because it is too boring, only give up.
However, there are some commendable places.
1. One day breakfast is a set meal, one day is a buffet breakfast, enjoy the package provided, the staff only started to make after the name, can keep the food fresh, and the taste is not bad.
The staff are friendly and willing to help.

The location is very good and it is convenient to come out for dinner at night. There are many small shops on the street if you want to buy something. There is an old Mitaimu brand next to it, and many celebrities go to check in.

It's a Chase bunk, the bed is hard, the pillows are like inflatable, it's hard to sleep...
The ceiling of the toilet is moldy, the toilet is difficult to flush, it is like a leak, and the toilet has water almost all night!
It’s a bit like self-service. After calling the boss, there is a key to go in and out by yourself. The boss’s attitude is also very good, but it’s difficult to sleep and feel very bad.
The quilt is also weird. The sheets are wrapped like flowers. The child sleeps and separates. He is afraid that the cover is not hygienic. In short, it is difficult to sleep. I will not book a second time!

GGuest UserWe live in a quadruple room, clean and comfortable, the room and the bathroom are quite large, there are many sockets, there is a round table and hanger and even a dehumidifier, there are instant noodles, egg toast jam and black tea wheat tea coffee can be made by yourself, the first floor space is also very comfortable, I like it very much!

LLiThe hotel is clean and in a good location. There are many places to eat outside and it's not far to walk. It's just that the sound insulation is really not very good.
There are water dispensers on every floor, and you can drink ice water! It’s really needed in Taitung (bonus points)! ! The water is quite delicious.
There are free bicycles you can borrow, which is very convenient for people who don’t have transportation to travel alone. It saves money and effort. You can ride to the beach or go around to see the scenery.
It is recommended that the bicycle be inspected regularly, especially the chain and brake pads. The one I borrowed was in a serious condition of rust and wear. For safety reasons, it is better to check it again before riding.

Great location (city center).
Love the design of the hotel. Nice relaxing space, big shared kitchen, green and open.
There is a laundry area (to be paid for the wash machine and dryer).
The staff is very friendly. Specially the girl at the reception when I checked out, could change my non-used voucher for a souvenir from the hotel (bag). The best hotel (price and quality) during my 9 days trip through Taiwan (Taipei, Hualien, Taitung, Kaohsiung, Tainan).

AAnonymous UserI checked in around 7pm on Friday night. The reception staff were very kind and introduced the public spaces carefully and clearly. The rooms are large, have balconies, and the toilets are separated from wet and dry. I am very satisfied with the living environment and the price is not expensive. It cost about 900 for two people and I was very satisfied with the experience.

JJLFREEDOMThis is the 1st time I have been staying in taitung z Hotel. The staff is friendly, the hotel environment is nice, the room is spacious, the location is good and convenient. Along the road you can find many retailer shops such as cosmetics, shoes, clothes etc.Not forgetting there are also many food & drinkshopsp along the way. You may also like to drop by the night market to grab some local delight. I was lucky to see the chinese new year street festival - bombing of Master Han Tan. Master Han Tan is a god of money, people believed that throwing fire crackers and chasing the cold away will be blessed by the god of money.
Highly recommended.

JJSTWHotel location is superb. But I personally like the most of this hotel is their buffet breakfast. It’s one of the best breakfast I ever had in taitong hotels given this was my 5th trip to taitung in last 3 years.
The buffet breakfast is well prepared, so many different varieties of food and the staffs provided top notch service to all customers

GGuest UserOur stay at this hotel was a mixed experience, and overall, I wouldn't consider it worth the cost.
The hotel itself is old, and the facilities feel very dated. While it boasts a large swimming pool and spa areas, they were unusable during our stay as they were running with cold water. We didn’t see anyone using them. The “beauty pool,” which was advertised as having heated water, was disappointing due to a strong sewer-like smell. Additionally, the sauna is not complimentary for hotel guests, which felt unreasonable.
The dining experience was also underwhelming. The à la carte food in the restaurant was below average in quality, the portions were small, and the prices were high. However, the atmosphere was pleasant, though it felt odd being the only customers at 8 p.m. On a brighter note, the breakfast was excellent. I would rate it four stars for its variety of local and aboriginal food, which was a highlight of the stay.
The timing of activities for kids was inconvenient as well. While kids could play pool and ping pong for free in the evening (after we arrived at 7 p.m.), all other activities were scheduled for late morning or early afternoon, after checkout time.
The hotel’s location is another drawback. It is far from restaurants and busy areas, making it necessary to have a car or take a taxi.
The one positive aspect of our stay was the room. We booked the premium family room/suite, which provided separate sleeping areas for parents and kids—a feature we appreciated. However, this came at a premium price, costing 25% more. I had requested a room with a view, and the front desk clerk was accommodating, which I appreciated.
Overall, while the room and breakfast were nice, the rest of the experience didn’t justify the cost or the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to the facilities and services.

TTU HUI EIt's a very artistic B&B. The rooms are nice and clean. When I checked in, the landlady was not there and she was very careful to tell me how to unlock the door. The instructions were detailed. When I returned to the B&B in the evening, I saw the hostess and chatted with me. It turned out that this was just opened not long ago. B&B. I often visit Taitung and will choose to stay there next time. I will also introduce it to my friends.

TtwinkleracI had a pleasant stay at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel 4 years ago, so thought I'd try Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II this time, as they are located near to each other, very close to the bus station and Tiehua Village. This is a great location to explore the city. However, other than the superb location and the bigger room, there isn't much else to love about this hotel.
There was literally no service at this branch. Staff were not welcoming and unlike other hotels in Taiwan, they do not greet guests when you are at the lobby. I also never saw any of them smile at guests. In fact, on my first day of check-in, I was blatantly told to check in at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel instead, because ”the hotel is closed for the day”. When I asked how come I was not informed earlier, the staff answered ”because you don't have a Taiwan mobile number”. This is absurd to me, isn't there the Trip.com messaging service where you can contact guests? Very disappointed with the way they handle such cases, no apology at all, and just gives a very transactional feeling. The only time I encountered a staff who greeted me was at the breakfast restaurant.
Room amenities and facilities look like they need proper maintenance, and the windows were so dirty. The bed was also not very comfortable to sleep on.
Lastly, I know Taiwan hotel breakfasts are usually not so nice compared to eating out in the breakfast shops, but the quality of the breakfast was really bad. Seasonal fresh fruit selection was only watermelon on 1 morning, and guava + watermelon on another.
In conclusion, very disappointed with my stay here this time. Will definitely think twice about returning to Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II the next time I visit Taitung again.
