Taitung Hotels with Wifi

"Pool was under maintenance during the period of stay. Location though at night market was still a distance away from railway station. Taxi fare abt TWD220. There was hotel shuttle service but no clear instructions on how to book in advance. Info not available on trip.com. Concierge staff did not readily offer the service also. Was told only available to members. Not for 3rd party booking. Am disappointed. Room was spacious. 2 queen size beds. But toilet and bathroom were small. Head will hit the door if I sit at toilet bowl and lean just a bit forward. The bathroom door hits the rain shower head, so if not notice, and open the door with force may break the glass door. Yellow lights in the room were very dim. Make ambience cozy and classy but very straining to the eyes. 2 out of 3 laundry machines out of order. Laundry powder did not dispense from vending machine. Hv to change coins at lobby when laundry is at 6th floor. Overall, not quite up to expectations unfortunately."

"Hotel location is superb. But I personally like the most of this hotel is their buffet breakfast. It’s one of the best breakfast I ever had in taitong hotels given this was my 5th trip to taitung in last 3 years. The buffet breakfast is well prepared, so many different varieties of food and the staffs provided top notch service to all customers Highly recommended Fish hotel, best local chain"

"I stayed here for one night on February 14, 2026. In terms of location, this hotel is excellent. There are two paid parking lots next door, and the hotel itself also provides a limited number of parking spaces for guests. It's close to Tiehua Music Village and Taitung Tourist Night Market, with a gas station, KFC, and Showtime Cinemas nearby. The location truly couldn't be better. However, the hotel facilities are basic, and the soundproofing is really terrible. Whether it's between rooms (above, below, or to the sides) or between the outdoor and indoor spaces, the sound insulation is quite poor. If you're sensitive to noise, I'd recommend bringing earplugs. The breakfast is simple but not sloppy, which is a definite plus."

"This was my first time staying here. The room and lobby were very clean. I found the breakfast more Chinese-style. It was delicious, and the restaurant environment was also very nice. The hot springs and swimming pools were great; I really loved them. The facilities are quite extensive, and I loved the hot springs, pool, and spa. The hot springs were simply wonderful. I'll definitely be back. There's a convenience store nearby, so it's quite convenient for shopping."

"The service at this hotel was outstanding; I absolutely loved it. The breakfast spread offered a huge variety, making it very accommodating for different dietary preferences. They also had family-friendly activities, like the hands-on experience of pounding traditional rice cakes (nian gao)."

"This was my first time visiting Green Island, and after a lot of searching, I finally chose this guesthouse. The owner was really chatty, enthusiastic, and friendly. I also met many lovely people there. It was truly a fantastic experience; everyone absolutely *has* to try diving at least once in their lives! I really didn't want the vacation to end!"

"Overall, the hotel is generally good, especially for the spa and hot spring service. However, the hotel is quite dated and some of its facilities are quite old. The pillows in the room is very flat and hard to sleep on. For the location, the hotel is located quite far away from Zhiben Station so travelling to the resort can be quite a hassle. But the hotel does provide free shuttle service but you have to pre book beforehand."

"I had a pleasant stay at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel 4 years ago, so thought I'd try Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II this time, as they are located near to each other, very close to the bus station and Tiehua Village. This is a great location to explore the city. However, other than the superb location and the bigger room, there isn't much else to love about this hotel. There was literally no service at this branch. Staff were not welcoming and unlike other hotels in Taiwan, they do not greet guests when you are at the lobby. I also never saw any of them smile at guests. In fact, on my first day of check-in, I was blatantly told to check in at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel instead, because ”the hotel is closed for the day”. When I asked how come I was not informed earlier, the staff answered ”because you don't have a Taiwan mobile number”. This is absurd to me, isn't there the Trip.com messaging service where you can contact guests? Very disappointed with the way they handle such cases, no apology at all, and just gives a very transactional feeling. The only time I encountered a staff who greeted me was at the breakfast restaurant. Room amenities and facilities look like they need proper maintenance, and the windows were so dirty. The bed was also not very comfortable to sleep on. Lastly, I know Taiwan hotel breakfasts are usually not so nice compared to eating out in the breakfast shops, but the quality of the breakfast was really bad. Seasonal fresh fruit selection was only watermelon on 1 morning, and guava + watermelon on another. In conclusion, very disappointed with my stay here this time. Will definitely think twice about returning to Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II the next time I visit Taitung again."

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Cham Cham in Taitung! The hotel is stunningly beautiful, impeccably clean, and everything feels so new and well-maintained. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing top-notch service from check-in to check-out. One of the biggest advantages is its convenient location right next to the train station, which makes travel super easy. However, it’s worth noting that it’s a bit far from Taitung City, so you may need some extra time for city visits. Overall, this hotel is perfect for those looking for a modern and serene stay with excellent service. Highly recommended!"

"The most cost-effective hotel in Taitung, with friendly staff, a rich and varied breakfast, and excellent Chinese dinner. The hotel is packed with activities in the afternoon, so the family won't be bored. There's also free afternoon tea and a free golf swing experience. It's really great."
