"Pool was under maintenance during the period of stay. Location though at night market was still a distance away from railway station. Taxi fare abt TWD220. There was hotel shuttle service but no clear instructions on how to book in advance. Info not available on trip.com. Concierge staff did not readily offer the service also. Was told only available to members. Not for 3rd party booking. Am disappointed. Room was spacious. 2 queen size beds. But toilet and bathroom were small. Head will hit the door if I sit at toilet bowl and lean just a bit forward. The bathroom door hits the rain shower head, so if not notice, and open the door with force may break the glass door. Yellow lights in the room were very dim. Make ambience cozy and classy but very straining to the eyes. 2 out of 3 laundry machines out of order. Laundry powder did not dispense from vending machine. Hv to change coins at lobby when laundry is at 6th floor. Overall, not quite up to expectations unfortunately."

The limited space made it challenging to move around comfortably. However, considering the price, it was within the acceptable range. The room was clean and tidy, which was a positive point. Service One aspect that could be improved is the level of service provided. The staff offered minimal assistance during my stay, which led to a lack of personal touch. Despite this, it's worth noting that the basic amenities and necessities were provided. Pricing Considering the reasonable price offered by ”It's Mine Hostel,” it is essential to manage expectations accordingly. While some aspects may not be perfect, the affordability of the accommodation must be taken into account when evaluating the overall value. "Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience, and overall, I wouldn't consider it worth the cost. The hotel itself is old, and the facilities feel very dated. While it boasts a large swimming pool and spa areas, they were unusable during our stay as they were running with cold water. We didn’t see anyone using them. The “beauty pool,” which was advertised as having heated water, was disappointing due to a strong sewer-like smell. Additionally, the sauna is not complimentary for hotel guests, which felt unreasonable. The dining experience was also underwhelming. The à la carte food in the restaurant was below average in quality, the portions were small, and the prices were high. However, the atmosphere was pleasant, though it felt odd being the only customers at 8 p.m. On a brighter note, the breakfast was excellent. I would rate it four stars for its variety of local and aboriginal food, which was a highlight of the stay. The timing of activities for kids was inconvenient as well. While kids could play pool and ping pong for free in the evening (after we arrived at 7 p.m.), all other activities were scheduled for late morning or early afternoon, after checkout time. The hotel’s location is another drawback. It is far from restaurants and busy areas, making it necessary to have a car or take a taxi. The one positive aspect of our stay was the room. We booked the premium family room/suite, which provided separate sleeping areas for parents and kids—a feature we appreciated. However, this came at a premium price, costing 25% more. I had requested a room with a view, and the front desk clerk was accommodating, which I appreciated. Overall, while the room and breakfast were nice, the rest of the experience didn’t justify the cost or the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to the facilities and services."

You can borrow bicycles to explore Taitung City, and there's parking available both in front and behind the hotel, which makes it easy for guests to come and go and unload luggage. In the evening, they have a late-night snack service with a rich selection of savory and sweet items, drinks, and beer. It's really enjoyable to have a good meal and a few drinks – so relaxing!"

It was very exotic. The facilities are not in the condition described in the reviews, it's really great My wife and kids said it was great! In addition, the breakfast the next day was also delicious! I ate a lot of twice-cooked pork and fried chicken thighs that day. Especially the chicken thighs, they are exactly the same as those in teppanyaki restaurants! Really great! "This was my first time staying here. The room and lobby were very clean. I found the breakfast more Chinese-style. It was delicious, and the restaurant environment was also very nice. The hot springs and swimming pools were great; I really loved them. The facilities are quite extensive, and I loved the hot springs, pool, and spa. The hot springs were simply wonderful. I'll definitely be back. There's a convenience store nearby, so it's quite convenient for shopping."

"Overall, the hotel is generally good, especially for the spa and hot spring service. However, the hotel is quite dated and some of its facilities are quite old. The pillows in the room is very flat and hard to sleep on. For the location, the hotel is located quite far away from Zhiben Station so travelling to the resort can be quite a hassle. But the hotel does provide free shuttle service but you have to pre book beforehand."
