Seaview Hotels in Suzhou

Stayed 2 nights 2 rooms in Pan Pacific Suzhou, it felt like you’re staying in a ancient Palace which sounds awesome, but given how competitive hospitality is in recent years have evolved in China, they fell short in some important areas. II’m not sure how to review this hotel, as this falls under the Pan pacific brand, guests will have certain expectations. Its ok some amenities are dated, it’s still a comfortable stay. But I wished they had more friendly check in service, better coffee (I don’t why they are using 90s small coffee cup, no latte) better free Hanfu (a free but very limited ancient costume) experience, better slippers.. Despite these hiccups, they managed to offer a value for money stay especially for families, large groups, etc. overall a good experience, if you are not a nit picker like me 😀

The third stay for me in this hotel. I keep coming back because everything works very well here. The staff is friendly and professional. Location is great, there is a big shopping mall across the street and metro lines 3 and 1 are also nearby. I liked the large breakfast buffet, especially the noodle station. The room was maybe a bit old but large and quiet. Excellent price/quality.

First, I hesitate in booking this hotel but I was so impressed by the service and the friendliness of the staff. Hence, I booked a second night with a free complimentary drinks. Upon arriving the hotel, I was greeted with a friendly receptionist named Yolanda, being a non chinese speaker, I feel very relaxed talking to her. She also helped me for an early check-in since we arrived a bit early. We got in early to our room but an upgrade as well. I was so thrilled with the room, the amenities and the coziness of the vibe. The breakfast was amazing as well...If you will come to this hotel, look for Yolanda. She will definitely assist you in all your needs even give you suggestions to places to go and whether it is hot or raining that day. It was an amazing experience. Super Hotel, Friendly staff, good located! I can recommend this hotel!! Gym is also quite okay for a Hotel!

A very beautiful property to stay, the staff is extremely hospitable and sweet. Highly recommended for people who are looking for a relaxing and serene staycation near Shanghai. It does have a western restaurant on site and hotspring facility is also nice 👍

The room is large and has a balcony. I can't look closely, but I can see that many facilities are old and not well maintained, including the shower, which is faded and leaking. Parking is convenient The breakfast is average, which is different from the old five-star hotels. Service 4.5, 0.5 is a deduction for room service. I asked for paper towels twice but didn't get them, so I had to go to the front desk to get them myself. The front desk service is very good, giving people a homely feeling. In general, I won't come again next time.
