Amazing
SSomewhere In Time ⏳Fantastic hotel nestled @ the bustling city centre of Ssukino where the prominent Nikka OOH billiboard is. The hotel is situated right above Susukino train station 🚉 & within Cocono Shopping Mall for easy access & great convenience to travel to anywhere in Sapporo.
Arrived @ the perfect timing to indulge in the reowned 🇯🇵 Sapporo snow & ice festival 2026 ⛄️❄️🧊 . The place come into life @ night with iconic ice sculptures, diverse entertainment & diverse F&B options. Best thing is it’s merely 250m away from the Tanukikoji Shopping Street with countless Sapporo Beauty Stores & Don Donki.
The hotel is modern, stylish & contemporary, boasting clean & comfy room for good slumber dreams 🛌 . An incredible discovery was the buffet breakfast 🍳🍞 was definitely thr best ever which we have savoured in Sapporo, with ingeniously decorated F&B offerings to feast your senses. Exvellenr choice, Next to best, Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻🤛🏻

Great
JjaneshiluI booked this hotel three months in advance. Taking the bus from Sapporo directly to Shiraishi Waterfall Station was much more convenient than taking the subway and then finding a shuttle. The hotel was meticulously cleaned, and we waited until 3:30 PM for check-in. The buffet dinner was good, but the breakfast wasn't as lavish as at The Windsor Hotel Toya. We caught a heavy snowfall, and soaking in the outdoor onsen was amazing. There was a harp performance, and the surrounding area was also nice to explore.
ZZhi鿏For its price point, the environment is mainly good for taking photos. The hotel itself isn't very large, just average. There are a lot of Koreans, so if you're just looking to snap some pictures, it's fine. But if you're coming for a relaxing vacation, I'd seriously reconsider.
Now, about the service—I've stayed in many hotels at a similar price, and none have given me an experience like this... We arrived around 1 PM, and upon entering, we wanted to ask if we could leave our luggage while we went out for lunch. Before I could even finish my sentence, a male staff member blurted out in English: ”Go outside.” We were completely stunned, not understanding at all what he wanted. If they didn't want us to wait in the lobby, that's one thing, but to just blurt out something like that with a straight face, without any explanation, I truly don't understand what that staff member was thinking. When we left, it was the same male staff member. We were putting on our shoes by the door, and he took away the shoehorn that was right beside us, as if he didn't see we were about to use it. It was absolutely shocking.
The other staff members were also just average, even cold. But after that initial 'thunderclap' of an incident, everything else seemed minor. 🫡
In short, if you don't want to get annoyed, do not come to this hotel. Forget hotels at the same price point; I haven't encountered service like this at any normal hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right across from Nakajima Park, making it super convenient for playing in the snow! The facilities are quite new, but the room was a bit small. We booked a deluxe room, but the view wasn't great – it faced inwards. I wonder if it's because we checked in late, so we were given a less desirable orientation. The breakfast was also good; the ramen was delicious, and they even offered free breakfast for our 6-year-old son. Overall, it's great value for money, and we'd definitely stay here again.
AAnonymous UserLocation: If you couldn't book the hotel's free shuttle or the Kappa Liner bus, you can take rapid bus #7 or #8 from Sapporo city center to Daiichi Hotel Mae, and the hotel is right there. There's also a bus to Sapporo Ski Resort that stops at the same platform.
Room Amenities: The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious, and it even had its own private hot spring bath.
I booked a package that included breakfast and dinner. The food was just okay, but there was a self-service bar and some snacks.
NNikandaoRaelemaThis was the biggest room we stayed in during our Hokkaido trip. The interior has a charming retro feel, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. From the window, we enjoyed breathtaking 'blue hour' views. Right downstairs, there's a bus stop that takes you to most of Sapporo's popular attractions. The view outside the hotel, especially with the snow, was unexpectedly beautiful. Plus, there's a large Lawson convenience store right across the street, which was super convenient for late-night snacks or breakfast. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and even gave us tips on fun activities for the Snow Festival.
未未来与远方The hotel's location near Shin-Osaka Station is incredibly convenient for buses, Shinkansen, and subways. It was a thoughtful touch that they offered free umbrellas downstairs on a rainy day, no registration needed. Plus, there are plenty of dining options right downstairs.
DDarunwanThe hotel was very nice. We got the corner rooms (208-209) and they had nothing to complain about. Spacious than most standard rooms in Japan. Our room has sofa and a table. Separate toilet, washing basin zone, and the shower room has a bathtub and a shower head separately. (I don't like thw combination one so i purposely chose this type of room)
The cleanliness was superb, you can put the card on the bed and the sticker at the door to sign them to help clean the room and change the bed sheet. The room is equipped with a mini fridge, hair dryer, robes, air humidifier, kettler, few glasses and mugs, air freshener spray, slippers, laundry bag (for laundry service).
Staff were nice, breakfast buffet was great (no need to book in advance, can pay upfront)
The closest stations are the Tozai Line (orange): Nishi juitchome and the Namboku, Toho, Tozai Line: Odori station.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe accommodation is not far from the train station, and the garden view is absolutely beautiful and very impressive. The room is very spacious and extremely clean. The staff are very kind and friendly. From the accommodation, it’s easy to walk to the tourist areas, and even Sapporo is not far on foot. Transportation is very convenient, the view is great, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The surrounding atmosphere is peaceful and truly relaxing.
GGuest UserI was assigned an older, unrenovated room. Although it was a bit dated, it was still very clean and comfortable. The bathroom wasn't a typical modular unit and was quite spacious.
The hotel is very generous; all guests get complimentary access to the lounge, which offers drinks, alcoholic beverages, snacks, raw chocolate, and some dumplings. Because it's free, it tends to get quite busy.
The biggest downside is the hotel's location. It's near the Tozai Line, but you need to transfer to get to the JR station, making it somewhat inconvenient for getting around. There aren't many shops nearby. There's a Yoshinoya across from Odori, but they don't serve breakfast, and the FamilyMart across the street has very limited options.
