Absolutely incredible stay! I would highly recommend this resort to anyone planning a trip to Hurghada. Xanadu Club Makadi Bay is easily one of the finest high-class hotels in the region, offering a true luxury experience from the moment you step in. The dining experience was exceptional. The main restaurant offers a fantastic variety of delicious, high-quality food that changes daily, so you never get bored. On top of that, the à la carte restaurants were absolutely amazing, serving top-tier dishes with beautiful presentation and exquisite flavors. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the service. The entire staff operates at a level that is above and beyond. Everyone we met was incredibly polite, respectful, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. They are truly dedicated to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and their hospitality is highly appreciated. The pools are pristine, crystal clear, and wonderfully maintained, and the resort's grounds and gardens are beautiful and spotless. The aqua park is a lot of fun, but if there is one weak spot in the entire resort, it would have to be the aqua park area and the wave pool. They both feel a bit outdated and are in desperate need of renovation to match the ultra-luxury, high-class standard of the rest of the hotel. Also, the bar in that specific area is quite basic and could definitely use an upgrade in quality and service. Despite that minor point, we were absolutely delighted with our vacation. We had a wonderful time, felt extremely pampered, and we will definitely be returning to Xanadu Club Makadi Bay for our next holiday!

There's not much to say, it's just that you get what you pay for. It's very comfortable and relaxing, you can enjoy it without even leaving the hotel. I'd like to stay here again.

We had a great stay at Amarina Sapphire resort, our entire experience was magical! The atmosphere is very cozy, peaceful, and relaxing. Since the hotel opened just one month ago, the early bird price made it an unbelievable deal. The hotel layout is compact, so everything is close by and easy to walk to. The rooms are brand-new, modern, and very comfortable. The location is also very good, about 2km from the city and 3km from Hurghada Marina. The food was delicious with many different choices every day, so there was always something great to eat. The animation team was very active and did a lot of fun activities. The beach is nice and sandy, with a few small rocky coral parts where you can swim and see some colorful coral fish. Because the hotel is so new, some small fix-up work was still happening, the gym and spa are not open yet (but should open soon), and the hot water did not work briefly one time. However, none of this affected the exceptional experience we had. Above all, the service was truly exceptional. The staff is very friendly and professional, working tirelessly to make sure you have the best experience possible. A special shout-out to Fatma, the guest relations manager, and Ramadan on the beach team for all their help and constant support! It was a great trip. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel 100%!

We stayed at Pickalbatros Citadel Resort Sahl Hasheesh for a few nights in June, and it was a great experience. Egypt is vast with attractions spread out, so we had early mornings and late nights every day initially, which was quite exhausting. Coming to Pickalbatros Citadel Resort Sahl Hasheesh for some rest and recuperation was very relaxing. The check-in process was generally smooth. It took about 15 minutes, and while we waited in the lobby, a staff member brought us juice and a hand towel. After checking in, a staff member with printed materials gave us a detailed introduction to the facilities, restaurants, and activities. When we walked to the main entrance, another staff member helped us with our luggage and took us to our room on a shuttle cart. I prefer quiet, smoke-free environments when staying at hotels, and the hotel arranged a room for us in Building 6, which was very quiet and private. I loved the cave design! It has a primitive and rustic charm that made me feel very peaceful. Our room service was provided by Mr. Mahmoud Abd Elal throughout our stay. On our first day, shortly after we entered the room, he knocked on our door with a smile, asking about our preferences and needs. The room was always kept clean and tidy, with plenty of beverages, and we got cute towel animals every day! Mr. Mahmoud's attentiveness and thoughtfulness made our entire stay very comfortable and reassuring. All the staff members we encountered at the hotel were very friendly. No matter where we sat down, they would promptly come over to ask what we wanted to drink and clear our plates in a timely manner. I remember one chef who was quite interesting; he reminded me about not eating certain foods together, concerned that Asian stomachs might not be accustomed to them 😬. There was a small hut being renovated near the beach, and the staff would proactively stop drilling whenever we walked past, which was also very thoughtful! I met two kittens here; one was very shy and looked dusty and very thin. I hope they continue to live well there. I miss them! ❤️

The hotel environment is great, the rooms are very clean, and the staff are enthusiastic and helpful with luggage. The restaurant offers a good variety of dishes, and the taste is decent! It's also very convenient to get to the beach. We were on a self-driving trip and really loved the Red Sea. We'll definitely come again!

We stayed in a lagoon room, very close to the beach. You can snorkel in the ocean by the boardwalk and see many fish, which was incredibly enjoyable. Besides the main restaurant, there's also a restaurant by the boardwalk for lunch, and an Aladdin restaurant for dinner that requires reservations. We made sure to book for the next day as soon as we arrived on our first day, and we got to try them all. This is a great place to relax and unwind. Remember to bring your own snorkeling mask and snorkel, as the hotel doesn't offer rentals. There is a small shop that sells them, but the prices are a bit high.

The check-in process at the front desk was incredibly slow; I waited over ten minutes, only to be given a room completely different from the sea-view room I booked—it faced a wall! I had to get angry before they finally switched me to a room with a sea view. It’s best to double-check everything at the front desk when checking in, especially since the rooms are quite a distance from the front desk, and the restaurant is across from the front desk, requiring a walk from the beach. This hotel's pool and beach don't prohibit Muslim swimwear, but the cleanliness felt average, and the facilities are a bit old. A particular note for parents: the pool under the children's play area is very deep. Even though there are lifeguards, parents should definitely accompany their children. The food is typical Egyptian quality, with freshly cut fruit and two dishes prepared live daily. The location is quite good, right in the middle of a lively area and very close to the city pier. However, be cautious of the small Egyptian souvenir shops to the left of the main entrance; I don't recommend them. If you really want to shop there, go with a group. The hotel also has its own pier for direct sea excursions, but be sure to choose your boat captain carefully. The hotel's landscaping is well-maintained with many cats, and the beach water is crystal clear, perfect for spotting small fish and water birds. There's morning yoga by the sea and evening entertainment. There are many hotels in this area, so you might consider staying at a few to get a different experience.

泄湖景完全是來搞笑的，所謂泄湖就是個小水泡，陽臺中間還隔着一段距離和樹擋着，跟其他評論一樣，存在一定的歧視，但是大部份工作人員還是挺友善的，雖然這本來就是他們應該做的。中間想加錢升級海景，帶我們去看的也還是一個稍微大一點的水泡而已，工作人員告訴我這已經是最好的海景房了，最後並沒有升級，泳池開放時間特別晚關閉時間卻很早，如果要出海這家酒店完全沒必要，吃的甚至不如國內100塊錢人民幣的自助餐，基本都靠吃麪包吃飽的，我們拿行李小費給了一美金態度還可以，同行的另一對沒有零錢了給了10埃磅態度就很差，對於一家五星級酒店這種事不應該發生，還是建議加錢選擇更好的全包酒店，或者普通的全包，想省錢或者出海沒有時間在酒店那就市區選擇一家便宜的就好了，這邊出行也並不方便，最後，我們check out的時候工作人員態度非常好，忘記問他的名字了，當看到我們自己拿行李過來了一直在向我道歉，告訴我他們應該安排擺渡車過來接我們的，海邊和泳池邊工作人員也很好，太陽下山後我們想去游泳，海邊的工作人員告訴我太陽下山後海里很危險，並且開玩笑説會有鯊魚，泳池邊的工作人員很耐心的告訴我泳池關閉了，要消毒，會傷眼睛，總的來説，真的不值這個價

Let’s start with that the team went above and beyond so that we have the best experience. We got a very clean and modern room but was on the ground floor. We asked for a room on a higher floor so they showed us different options but clarified that they weren’t renovated yet. The next day they moved us to a renovated room on a higher floor (the photos attached). The team’s response is quick. We had breadkfast and dinner included. The breakfast is a variety of cheese, turkey and chicked slices, baked goods, pancakes eggs, sausages, vegetables, fruits and drinks, etc. The dinner we had was mainly salads, rice, kufta (minced beef with spices, cooked potatoes, duck, baked goods, and deserts. Finally, the resort has access to the beach/sea, it is across the street though and a 10 min walk away.  Thanks for the team for making our experience and vacation as chill and relaxing as possible.
