AAnonymous UserThis resort's hilltop location offers breathtaking views, which is its biggest draw. The forest environment is quiet, and the room size is decent, with a complimentary minibar. The shuttle bus service to and from the town is quite convenient. However, the hotel is a bit old, and some facilities show their age. Being in a mountainous area, you might occasionally find small insects in the room. Amenities are limited; the gym requires a shuttle ride to another building. Prices can be high during peak season, and service response times are average. It's best suited for travelers who prioritize views and a peaceful atmosphere.

KkaehnThe service is very good, the hotel environment is beautiful, the animals are very docile, the room is rich in drinks, and the sunset is very Nice while taking a bath; breakfast is a set meal system, although it is a pre-made dish but the variety is rich, it can be improved to use on demand to avoid waste. The downside is that the surrounding facilities are seriously insufficient and the dining is inconvenient; The so-called waste industrial style of hotel decoration is explained well, but I personally feel that because the occupancy rate is not high, the funds are not in place, I obviously see the unrenovated part. To add, the quality of decoration hardware, drinks, toiletries and other quality is still OK.

ZzhaorunzhiAbsolutely fell in love with Changbai Mountain Tianyu Resort Hotel – the experience was just fantastic! The room was spotless and tidy, decorated in a cozy yet grand style with a stunning natural wood design that felt incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was huge and well-laid-out, and the double vanity setup was a genius touch for travelers, so practical and convenient. The oversized bathtub was definitely a highlight; soaking in it after a hike washed away all the fatigue, pure bliss! The bedding was top-notch, soft and breathable, letting me drift off instantly and sleep soundly until morning. The service was impeccable; the staff were warm, polite, and responded quickly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The environment was peaceful, the air fresh, and all the facilities were excellent. It's the perfect choice for a vacation in Changbai Mountain. Genuinely super satisfied, highly recommended!
