BBellaxingxingThis hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Zhujiang South Road Food Street. If you're heading to Nan'ao Island by public transport, bus 161A is about an 8-minute walk away. Tianshan Beef Hotpot is also within an 8-minute walk. Even going to Longyan South Road or the high-speed rail station, a taxi ride is only around 10 yuan. The front desk staff were very helpful and answered all my questions, even allowing me to have a late check-out until 1 PM. The room's cleanliness was decent. The facilities are up to the usual standard you'd expect from a Ji Hotel. But the best part was how quiet the room was (it didn't face the main street), which allowed me to get a great night's sleep. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shantou.

Ordering takeout nearby is also very convenient, with quick delivery by robot. The TV supports screen mirroring. The laundry room is very handy for business travelers and those on short trips.

YYuanyuandechengParking at the hotel is convenient. Upon entering, the lobby made a great impression, feeling spacious and bright! The elevators were also convenient, but the hallway on our floor felt a bit stuffy. We booked a suite, which was very spacious, and the sofa in the living room was very comfortable.
Now, let's talk about the downsides: housekeeping issues. We had to remind them to provide extra toilet paper and water. On a second occasion, we were short two towels and two bath towels, and the bath mat on the bathroom floor wasn't replaced.
Moreover, the hotel surprisingly houses a KTV or perhaps a disco. The vibrating noise from it was incredibly noticeable on the 9th floor late at night. We stayed for three nights, and only on the second night was the sound slightly softer and ended a bit earlier. Especially on the third night, I couldn't help but call the front desk to complain. They said they would send security to intervene, but ultimately, there was no improvement. The partying went on from around 10 PM until roughly 2 AM, leaving my head throbbing from the noise.
The hotel breakfast selection was limited, but the beef kway teow was delicious! What's more, there are plenty of good dining options within a two-kilometer radius, and they all taste great.

My parents, sibling and I stayed for a total of 3 nights in their 4 pax room.
It’s a beautiful and tastefully decorated accommodation with personal courtyard and interior. Bed and duvet were so comfortable especially in the chilly weather of 18 ~ 22 degrees. I didn’t spot anything obvious I can complain about regarding the cleanliness of this place, hence 5/5 for cleanliness.
Location is perfect (5/5). Next to streets of food places that have good ratings, and super near 万象城 shopping mall (restaurants, luxury shops, retail and more). Anyways cabbing around Shantou is really convenient, fast, and affordable. Even though it is nested amongst other tall residential area, once we close the door we couldn’t hear much noise from outside.
Service is 5/5 as well. There’s free pickup and drop off serviced from the railway station. There’s daily fresh fruits delivered to us, as well as chicken soup. There’s also free laundry service which we really appreciate! Staffs were always ready to help and always ready to give recommendations. We really felt their hospitality and they are genuine in providing best service possible.
Amenities is 5/5 as well. The hair dryer is Laifen brand which is so strong and sleek looking. They provide disposable towels on top of those reusable towels. Their slippers are fluffy and comfy. They have like everything we need.
Bonus: Their residential cat and her kittens are adorable!!!
All in all wonderful stay and would stay again if i ever visit Shantou again. Suggestions for improvement: (1) more variety in breakfast options (stayed for 3 nights and felt that some breakfast options would be great), and (2) the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are a little too hard to pour out maybe can consider using press bottles.

HHelenouerlvxingThe location is fantastic! It's right on Longyan Food Street, so all sorts of Shantou delicacies are at your doorstep. Plus, MixC mall is really close by, which is super convenient if you want to go shopping. We booked the Jimu Family Suite, but it didn't really feel like a 'family' room – there were no kids' amenities. However, the hotel manager was incredibly service-oriented. When we first arrived, we couldn't check in on time because the previous guest hadn't checked out yet, but the manager quickly arranged for us to rest in another room. On the first night, there was no hot water for the shower; they said it was broken and being repaired. The hotel understood and compensated us with breakfast the next day. Overall, we were quite satisfied. I didn't take any photos of the hotel, so here's a scenic view instead.

This hotel has an excellent location, within walking distance of many popular attractions, and very convenient for transport. The room was clean and hygienic, the bedding was soft, and there were no strange odors. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet. The bathroom facilities were complete, and there was plenty of hot water. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including local specialty snacks, which tasted great. The staff were warm and attentive, and even provided a travel guide. It offers incredible value for money, highly recommended to anyone planning a trip here!

It's incredibly convenient for getting around and finding good food. The room was clean and tidy, facilities were well-maintained, and the staff were warm and attentive. The soundproofing was excellent, so it was nice and quiet. The superb location combined with excellent service made for a worry-free and pleasant trip. GGuest UserThe hotel's location is super convenient. While the facilities are a bit dated, they are clean and well-maintained, giving a glimpse into its past grandeur, haha. The staff are very friendly, and the environment feels safe and welcoming. There are also many hidden gem shops around the hotel, especially those tucked away under the old residential buildings on Danxia West Street – they may be small, but their light, delicate flavors are surprisingly amazing.
