Stayed at the hotel for one night from 7 to 8 Nov. The room was clean, modern and spacious with a cozy yard area. Specially grateful to Mr 猴赛雷for being so caring and going the extra mile to book a Didi car ride, giving the driver very clear instructions, which helped us reach our next destination safely. Highly recommend this hotel for those visiting Shantou!

My sister in law and I enjoyed our stay! The staff were welcoming and accommodating, assisting us in all our needs and requests. The room was clean and we enjoyed the breakfast spread. The bonus is that there is a very good spa just next to the hotel which was very convenient! Lastly, the location is good as it is accessible to and from the airport. We will be back. Thank you!

Overall great hotel, centrally located walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Modern classic design that blended into colonial building themed. However, post using the in room amenities, it wasn’t practical.  For example, the washing basin  is rectangular without gradient, hence water wasn’t able to discharge properly. Same as the shower drainage, half way through shower, the tile floor was flooded as drainage was slow (luckily they fix it the day after). Sound proof wasn’t great, my room was near the elevator, I could hear people talking and coming in/out corridor throughout the night!

Got a complimentary upgrade for one room, but another room have a constant cigarette smell. Service is great, customer service is available 24/7 on WeChat and highly responsive! Location is great, can travel to most tourist spots within 15min ride. Overall would recommend!

We drove from Shenzhen to Shantou. It was late when we arrived at the hotel. Joey at the front desk was very nice. He upgraded my room for free. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. This made me feel tired after driving for an afternoon. Two COSTA coffee coupons were given. The service quality during the check-in process was really heartwarming. He recommended many famous local restaurants and the guide to the Nan'ao Island beach. The detailed service was very good. At night, he did not forget to remind us to go to Shantou City to try those popular snacks. My mother said that Joey's service attitude was good and enthusiastic. She was very satisfied with this trip. Hygiene: clean Environment: a very new hotel. The food in the hotel restaurant is also good (forgot to take pictures of the food). I just ate it 😆 Clean. The self-service washing machine is also smart. When washing clothes, hang a tag with your room number. After washing and drying, an aunt will deliver it to the hotel room.
