"The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. It takes no more than 10-15 minutes to walk to all the attractions in the historical district. It is also very convenient to eat various specialties. You can take a taxi and it will stop directly at the door. The hotel service is very good, and they are all very warm and thoughtful. The room is also very clean and well-equipped. It feels very comfortable to come back from a day's walk and make a pot of Kung Fu tea by yourself. Sometimes when you stand at the window facing the street and look down, you will see someone taking pictures of the hotel building, as if you are living in someone else's scenery."

"The moment I opened the door, I heard the electronic lock emit a chord sound like a spring. The modern and simple design that came into view was in line with my aesthetics! The air was filled with the scent of wood! This artistic old money style homestay unfolded an immersive narrative about modern travel for me during my trip to Shantou in May. There was a former hotel concierge Golden Key in the store, who was very enthusiastic and provided very considerate service! He introduced all the delicious and fun places around! He also sent me an electronic map for me to browse! For me, a newbie in Shantou tourism, it was really practical! I overslept the next day, and the breakfast time of the homestay had already exceeded, but the beautiful girl at the front desk still asked the kitchen to prepare rice noodle soup for us! It was really considerate and warm! There was also a small gift (star towel) before leaving A very comfortable living experience! Looking forward to coming again next time! Facilities: very retro and tasteful! Hygiene: very clean and tidy"

"I chose the 33rd floor for the starting time. This was my first time booking a famous hotel. I wanted to give it a try. The transportation is very convenient. It is suitable to take a taxi to various places. I arrived at 12 o'clock. The room was just cleaned. I put my things and went out. After playing it, you can open the door with a password lock, and you don’t need to take your room card out, which is good!"

"Facilities: antique, the owner has carefully designed the style of the homestay. Disposable bath towels are standard for homestays, and there are also hot compress sleep eye masks. This time I drove all the way south, and I had the best sleep at his house for two nights. Environment: Pet-friendly is a plus point. Opposite is the check-in point of Shantou Hostel. You can check in in the morning and evening when there is no one, and you don’t have to rush at all. Hygiene: The washing and drying machine on the top floor is very hygienic, and high-temperature disinfection solves the embarrassment of going out to change clothes all the time. Service: I am very happy to get a small gift when I check in. The recommended local delicacies are super delicious without queuing. I especially like the tea room downstairs. The owner has a full emotional value of drinking tea and chatting. The 24-hour butler service parking and luggage are all solved. I will choose to stay here next time."

"It was my first time in Chaoshan. I compared many hotels near Longyan South Road and only theirs had 0 negative reviews. Of course, the price was a bit high and the reservation could not be cancelled within 30 minutes after booking. I booked for 3 days out of curiosity. When I arrived at the B&B on the first day, I felt that the price was so worth it! From the phone call after the initial reservation, to the receptionist after arrival, to the 4-day 1-on-1 butler service, the service was so good that I was moved! Details determine success or failure. The young man was enthusiastic, polite, and very professional throughout the whole process. For example, when he entered the room to deal with a problem, he always wore slippers. The room is specially prepared for guests, with disposable bath towels, slippers, hair clips, facial masks, makeup remover... We also send customers guides on places worth visiting and eating in Shantou, which is very thoughtful! After traveling in Shantou, the biggest feeling is that the locals are not so enthusiastic, whether it is the Didi driver or the shop, but their service will give tourists a sense of warmth, and you must give a thumbs up 👍 I would also like to thank the little brother for his service and care these days Secondly, the room environment is exactly the same as in the pictures, full of design sense, very new, and all the furniture and equipment in the room are of high quality. Special note, every time before a new guest moves in, the auntie cleans the room and checks it again before letting the guest in, which is very good. It's a pity that there is nothing in Shantou worth visiting again 😂 But if you plan to travel to Shantou, I sincerely recommend this B&B. It's a little expensive, but it's comfortable and safe to stay in!"

"No regrets paying more for this beautiful homestay! 花多点钱住这里一点遗憾也没有！ My parents, sibling and I stayed for a total of 3 nights in their 4 pax room. It’s a beautiful and tastefully decorated accommodation with personal courtyard and interior. Bed and duvet were so comfortable especially in the chilly weather of 18 ~ 22 degrees. I didn’t spot anything obvious I can complain about regarding the cleanliness of this place, hence 5/5 for cleanliness. Location is perfect (5/5). Next to streets of food places that have good ratings, and super near 万象城 shopping mall (restaurants, luxury shops, retail and more). Anyways cabbing around Shantou is really convenient, fast, and affordable. Even though it is nested amongst other tall residential area, once we close the door we couldn’t hear much noise from outside. Service is 5/5 as well. There’s free pickup and drop off serviced from the railway station. There’s daily fresh fruits delivered to us, as well as chicken soup. There’s also free laundry service which we really appreciate! Staffs were always ready to help and always ready to give recommendations. We really felt their hospitality and they are genuine in providing best service possible. Amenities is 5/5 as well. The hair dryer is Laifen brand which is so strong and sleek looking. They provide disposable towels on top of those reusable towels. Their slippers are fluffy and comfy. They have like everything we need. Bonus: Their residential cat and her kittens are adorable!!! All in all wonderful stay and would stay again if i ever visit Shantou again. Suggestions for improvement: (1) more variety in breakfast options (stayed for 3 nights and felt that some breakfast options would be great), and (2) the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are a little too hard to pour out maybe can consider using press bottles."

"Thoughtful service! My mum fell ill and had diarrhoea. She dirtied the beddings on the day that we had to check out. We had no choice but see a doctor, yet we were not sure whether we could make it back before check-out time. The staff on duty was very assuring and promised that everything will be taken care of. Lo and behold, she managed to help us move to another room, and made sure we were all settled before we took care of the bills. Service aside, the breakfast was fantastic! Those who enjoy seafood would appreciate how fresh and tasty the rice noodle soup was. Location wise, it’s very near the “little garden”, yet not so near that it would be too noisy and rowdy. To me, if you don’t mind the higher price tag, this would be a perfect place to stay in Shan Tou."
