The customer service was equally impressive. Every staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was a quick request at the front desk or a thoughtful gesture during breakfast, I always felt sincerely cared for. To be honest, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless and comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and luxurious. I had not anticipated such a wonderful experience, but I left feeling completely satisfied and deeply grateful. In conclusion, this hotel offers not only a spectacular sea view but also outstanding service and an all-around fantastic experience. The staff were enthusiastic and professional, responding promptly to our needs. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. This hotel is a no-brainer, you can't go wrong! The cleaning was super thorough, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and hot water was instant. The facilities were complete and new, WiFi was smooth, and the service was attentive yet not intrusive. It's suitable for both leisure and business travelers.

GGuest UserThe room I booked was great. The first picture was taken from the room. You can see the sea view and the Natural Gate. The morning sun is even more beautiful.
The room is equipped with disposable toiletries, including towels and bath towels, which are disposable and clean. It is also very convenient to wash and dry clothes.
Downstairs is a convenience store and a street of food. It takes a few minutes to walk to the Natural Gate and Qing'ao Bay Beach. Swimming is great. Motorboats and speedboats are convenient. You have to bargain.
I continued to stay the next day and rented an electric car and rode 1.7 kilometers. There were very few people when I arrived at Zhuxi Valley Bay. The sand was clean. I rented a set of tables and chairs, tasted tea, and watched the children play. It was comfortable and cozy.
The most surprising thing was the boss, a tall and handsome man, who was very nice. From the moment of consultation, he gave us a lot of thoughtful services and recommendations for food, fun, etc., making this trip both worry-free and enjoyable!
I will continue to stay here next time and will recommend it to my friends.
By the way, the boss's tea is good😊

I was a bit worried it might not live up to the pictures online, but when I opened the door, I was pleasantly surprised. It was truly beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. All the amenities were smart-enabled. The front desk staff, both the young ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly helpful and responsive, always there when I needed them. They even thoughtfully brought me fruit, and in the evenings, they'd ask if I needed more bottled water. Their attention to detail and care were wonderful. I loved it! I'll definitely be back next time. Highly recommend!

Within 100 meters downstairs, you can find all sorts of food options. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful, answering every question, and they're lovely and pretty too. The most appealing thing is being able to watch the sunrise right from your room's balcony – absolutely delightful!

MM40647****It's super convenient to order takeout here, and it's just a short walk to the beach or the promenade for food and sightseeing. The suite we booked with our child was very convenient and even offered a sea view. The guesthouse has a shared kitchen fully equipped with pots, pans, a fridge, and an air fryer, etc. Downstairs, there's a market where you can buy groceries and cook your own meals. The front desk also has beach toys for guests to borrow, and when we checked out, they even gave us a fridge magnet and seaweed as gifts. The service was excellent, and we had a very pleasant stay.

The panoramic view perfectly captured the vast ocean, and I could clearly see the complete townscape of the island's center at eye level, along with the full view of the coastal pier. It was also at an ideal height to watch the entire spectacular sunset, and the staggered windmills on the sea were perfectly framed. The room was clean, bright, and had excellent natural light. The high-quality bedding was neither too soft nor too firm, suitable for all types of guests. The smart controls on the floor were convenient, and the viewing balcony was at a great height for a soak while enjoying the scenery – an absolutely fantastic experience.
