Our room faced the Matterhorn directly! Absolutely stunning! In the morning, you don't even need to go to a viewpoint to see the 'golden' sunrise on the mountain, and the evening view is just as incredible! This hotel is completely worth it just for the views alone! The service, needless to say, was exceptional and very attentive! Someone was there to pick us up right at the train station when we arrived, and they also dropped us off at check-out, saving us the hassle of dragging our luggage around. The hotel room itself was very new and spacious!

The waiter's attitude is good, the breakfast is very good, the choice is many, the hotel is very convenient, very clean, there are many restaurants next to it, not far from the train station and the cable car station, very convenient

I was immediately impressed upon arrival by the beautiful view of the Matterhorn from the terrace. The washroom and bathtub were impeccably clean, and soft bathrobes and slippers were provided. Breakfast offered made-to-order omelets, which were delicious. Upon departure, I was chauffeured to the station in an electric cart. It's a lovely hotel that I would love to stay at again.

Perfect hotel. Thanks to Laginabel for providing us with perfect service and upgrading us to a large apartment with a view of the Matterhorn. Here is a summary of the hotel's features: 1. The hotel is very close to Zermatt Station and View Point. It is very convenient to walk there with a suitcase in about 5 minutes. The hotel also provides a free short-term bus (Zermatt's unique battery car). 2. The hotel itself has first-class facilities, especially the new building No. 3 where we stayed this time. The view is also perfect. You can see the view of the view point from the hotel balcony. The spa facilities are also brand new. There are two outdoor swimming pools, one with a higher water temperature and the other with a slightly lower temperature. Both have surfing and massage functions. 3. The hotel service is first-class. When we checked in, the front desk lady personally took us to the room and gave us a Rome tour. The breakfast is also the most abundant in this trip, with fresh smoked salmon sashimi, various hams, cold cuts, fruits and vegetables are all fresh, and there is homelet. 4. The free bus stop of Zermatt Town is right in front of the hotel, which can go anywhere, including Glacier Paradise, Five Lakes Cable Car Station and Negrat Line Train Station.

We definitely enjoyed our stay in Mirabeau Etoile, Zermatt! 5 stars service. Breakfast is plentiful choices. Room is clean and the bed is so comfy.. will definitely go back again when revisit.

Location - It's about a 7-minute walk from the station, so you'll need to take a detour, but Zermatt itself is quite small, so getting around isn't difficult (pickup is available upon request). - The Golden Horn Point is about a minute away, making it a great place to watch the sunrise in the morning. - The Matterhorn can be seen from your room's veranda, making it a great place to check the weather. 2. Facilities - First of all, this is a very high-end hotel, so the facilities are generally good. - The minibar is free, so you don't need to purchase water or other drinks separately. - There's also a sauna and swimming pool, but I didn't use them. - Each room has a backpack available for use, which you can purchase. - Electric bikes are available for free rental. - There's air conditioning (controlled by the TV) and a smart TV with mirroring, so it works well. 3. Breakfast - Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, and you can dine in the first-floor restaurant. - The breakfast selection is extensive, and the food is delicious. - Pancakes and waffles used to be free, but now they seem to be charged (8-12 francs). - Upon arrival, you can choose your drink of choice. (coffee, etc.) - If you can't eat breakfast, they'll prepare a packed lunch upon request. 4. Other - The staff is very friendly and the housekeeping is excellent. - Upon check-out, they'll provide a car to the station upon request. - Since the reception opens at 7:00 AM, if you check out before then, you can pay your taxes in advance.

The service here are the best. The staff are very lovely and super nice. The beds are very comfy. Very satisfied with this hotel. Would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an accommodation in Zermatt.

This hotel is relatively cost-effective in Zermatt. The room is relatively small, but very design-conscious, and you can see the Matterhorn from the balcony. The breakfast is very good and freshly made. The hotel's spa is very unique and worth a try.

For a truly memorable stay in Zermatt, look no further than the Traditional Julen Hotel. We travelled throughout Switzerland, and the view from our Matterhorn room was hands down the best we experienced. Waking up to that iconic peak every morning was simply breathtaking. The service at the Julen is impeccable. The staff is incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to meet every need we had, making us feel truly welcome. Speaking of needs, be sure to grab a bite at their downstairs restaurant. The food is excellent, though the space is a little on the cozy (some might say claustrophobic) side. Don't let that deter you, though - the culinary experience is well worth it. Overall, the Traditional Julen Hotel is a fantastic choice. Splurge on the Matterhorn room for an unforgettable view, and rest assured knowing you'll be taken care of by a truly exceptional team. Highly recommended!

The room and staff were first class. Baggage storage, completed check in so we could easily get keys when we returned from day out. The breakfast was very nice. They upgraded our room. Wished we could of enjoyed the place longer than the 1 night.
